To accommodate the specific needs of both endoscopic and abdominal approaches, endoscopic suturing devices have been developed to provide easier access to the surgical site for the surgeon. Typically, these stapling instruments include an articulatable tool component supported at the proximal end of the approximation stapling device. The tool assembly is selectively manipulable to enable a surgeon to manipulate the surgical device within a confined space. These instruments provide significant medical benefits to endoscopic procedures. Nevertheless, improvements in cost reduction and manufacturing complexity are desired.

The endoscope cutting anastomat used in the current market is complex in installation safety device, more in parts and low in reliability. Meanwhile, due to the fact that a plurality of complex parts are arranged, production cost is increased, medical cost of a patient is improved, and the medical surgical instrument is not beneficial to large-scale popularization and use.

Detailed Description

A surgical anastomat nail bin assembly with a safety device comprises a nail pushing seat 1-1, a nail bin seat 1-2, a nail bin 1-3, a push piece 1-4, titanium nails 1-5, a push block 1-6, a nail bin spring piece 1-7, a lower adapter 1-8, an upper adapter 1-9, a rotating head pin 1-10, a nail bin seat pin 1-11, a connecting piece 1-12, an upper half shell 1-13, a lower half shell 1-14, an arc-shaped buckle 1-15, an anti-expansion plate 1-16, an H-shaped block 1-17, a cutting knife 1-18, a driving sleeve 1-19, a steering drag hook 1-20, a sleeve 1-21 and a protective cover 1-22.

The nail pushing seat 1-1 is provided with six rows of a plurality of suturing nail guide grooves 1-1-1, a walking groove 1-1-2 is arranged in the middle, the tail end is provided with a protecting cover positioning hole 1-1-3, and the tail end is provided with a positioning connecting hole 1-1-4.

The nail bin seat 1-2 is of a U-shaped structure integrally, a cutter trough 1-2-1 is arranged in the middle, two positioning holes 1-2-2 are arranged at the tail end, and a plurality of nail bin positioning holes 1-2-3 are arranged at two sides.

The front end of the connecting sheet 1-12 is provided with a fixing hole 1-12-1, and the rear end is I-shaped.

The upper rotating joint 1-8 and the lower rotating joint 1-9 are installed together, the steering drag hook 1-20 is installed in a gap on the right side, the fixing through holes of the upper rotating joint 1-8, the lower rotating joint 1-9 and the steering drag hook 1-20 are concentric, and the rotating head pin 1-10 is installed.

The nail pushing seat 1-1 and the nail bin seat 1-2 are arranged on the lower adapter 1-9, and the nail bin seat pin 1-11 is arranged in the nail pushing seat fixing hole 1-9-6 of the lower adapter 1-9. The upper part of the front end of the upper half shell 1-13 is provided with a connecting sheet mounting groove 1-13-1, the lower part of the front end is provided with an anti-expansion plate mounting groove 1-13-2, and the middle of the lower end is provided with a cutting knife guide groove 1-13-3.

The lower part of the front end of the lower half shell 1-14 is provided with a connecting piece mounting groove 1-14-1, the upper part of the front end is provided with an anti-expansion plate mounting groove 1-14-2, the side edge of the front end is provided with a sleeve fixing block 1-14-3, the middle of the upper part is provided with a cutting knife guide groove 1-14-4, the middle is provided with a rotating fixing point 1-14-5, the middle and the rear part are provided with an arc-shaped buckle guide hole 1-14-6, the tail end is provided with two guide fixing blocks 1-14-7, and the front of the guide fixing blocks 1-14-7 is provided with two arc-shaped buckle.

The cutting knife 1-18 consists of a cutting knife head 1-18-1 and 4 pushing plates 1-18-2. The two sides of the tail end of the push plate 1-18-2 are provided with convex surfaces 1-18-2-1, the convex surface at the lower side is provided with a limiting opening 1-18-2-2, and the inner side of the tail end of the push plate is provided with 4 claws 1-18-2-3.

The upper half shell 1-13 is arranged on the lower half shell 1-14, the anti-expansion plate 1-16 is arranged in the anti-expansion plate mounting groove 1-13-2 of the upper half shell 1-13 and the anti-expansion plate mounting groove 1-14-2 of the lower half shell 1-14, and the H-shaped block 1-17 is arranged in the middle of the anti-expansion plate 1-16. The rotary fixing holes 1-20-2 of the steering drag hook 1-20 are arranged on the rotary fixing points 1-14-5 of the lower half shell 1-14, and the cutting knives 1-18 are arranged in the cutting knife guide grooves 1-13-3 of the upper half shell 1-13 and the cutting knife guide grooves 1-14-4 of the lower half shell 1-14. The limiting opening 1-18-2-2 of the cutting knife 1-18 is right opposite to the arc-shaped buckle guide hole 1-14-8 of the lower half shell 1-14, and a driving sleeve 1-19 is arranged in 4 claws 1-18-2-3.

The inner side of the arc-shaped buckle 1-15 is provided with a limiting block 1-15-1, the tail end of the arc-shaped buckle is provided with two clamping feet 1-15-2, and the tail end of each clamping foot 1-15-2 is provided with a fixing point 1-15-3.

The arc-shaped buckle 1-15 is wrapped at the outer sides of the upper half shell 1-13 and the lower half shell 1-14, and the limiting block 1-15-1 is arranged in the arc-shaped buckle guide hole 1-14-8 of the lower half shell 1-14.

The sleeve 1-21 is tubular, and the front end of the sleeve is provided with a fixing hole 1-21-1.

The sleeve 1-21 is sleeved outside the upper half shell 1-13 and the lower half shell 1-14, and the sleeve fixing block 1-14-3 of the lower half shell 1-14 is arranged in the fixing hole 1-21-1.

The protective cover 1-22 is arc-shaped, and a positioning block 1-22-1 is arranged in the middle.

The protective cover 1-22 is wrapped outside the sleeve 1-21, and the positioning block 1-22-1 is arranged in the protective cover positioning hole 1-1-3 of the nail abutting seat 1-1.

The surgical anastomat matched with the nail bin assembly 1 of the surgical anastomat with the safety device comprises a fixing rod 2-1, a connecting rod sleeve 2-2, a rotary fixing handle 2-3, a withdrawing button 2-4, a rotary handle 2-5, a fixing handle 2-6, a resetting handle 2-7, a movable handle 2-8 and a triggering push rod 2-9.

Before the nail bin assembly 1 is matched with the surgical anastomat 2 for use, the fixing points 1-15-3 on the clamping feet 1-15-2 of the arc-shaped buckles 1-15 fall into the arc-shaped buckle limiting pits 1-14-8 of the lower half shells 1-14, at the moment, the arc-shaped buckles 1-15 limiting blocks 1-15-1 are positioned in the limiting openings 1-18-2-2 of the cutting knife 1-18, and the cutting knife 1-18 cannot be pushed forwards.

When the nail bin assembly 1 is matched with the anastomat 2 for use, the arc-shaped buckle 1-15 clamping feet 1-15-2 slide into the connecting guide groove 2-1-1 of the fixing rod 2-1 along with the guide fixing block 1-14-7 of the lower half shell 1-14 of the nail bin assembly 1; meanwhile, claws 1-18-2-3 of a pushing plate 1-18-2 of a cutting knife 1-18 of a fixed driving sleeve 1-19 are sleeved on a firing push rod 2-9 along a guide port 2-9-1 of the firing push rod 2-9. When the nail bin assembly 1 is rotated, the arc-shaped buckle 1-15 cannot rotate due to the limit, so that the limit block 1-15-1 of the arc-shaped buckle 1-15 slides out of the limit opening 1-18-2-3 of the cutting knife 1-18, and the guide fixing block 1-14-7 of the lower half shell 1-14 is hung on the connecting fixing surface 2-1-2 of the fixing rod 2-1. At the moment, the cutting knives 1-18 of the nail bin assembly 1 can be pushed forwards, and the instrument can be normally used.
