A cutting knife groove 4-1-5 is arranged in the middle of the upper half shell 4-1, a cutting knife push plate 4-4 can slide in the driving sleeve 4-3 after being arranged on the driving sleeve 4-3, platforms 4-1-6 at two sides of the cutting knife groove 4-1-5 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the cutting knife groove 4-1-5, a groove 4-1-3 is arranged at the tail end of the cutting knife groove 4-1-5, the groove 4-1-3 is flush with the cutting knife groove 4-1-5, a front platform 4-1-4 with a groove is arranged in front of the groove 4-1-3, the front platform 4-1-4 with a groove is higher than the groove 4-1-3 and lower than the platforms 4-1-6 at two sides of the cutting knife groove, therefore, the front platform 4-1-4 with, a slope is formed, and the front platform 4-1-4 of the groove and the groove 4-1-3 form a groove front end surface step 4-1-1 with high-low fall. Two rectangular initial bosses 4-1-2 extend out of the left side and the right side in the upper half shell 4-1 at the positions which are higher than platforms 4-1-6 on the two sides of the cutting knife groove and are right above the groove 4-1-3, and the rectangular initial bosses 4-1-2 are the initial positions of the nail bin.

The middle of the inner part of the lower half shell 4-2 is provided with a lower half shell cutting knife groove 4-2-1, a cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 can slide in the driving sleeve 4-3 after being arranged on the driving sleeve, and the tail part of the cutting knife groove of the lower half shell is provided with an upper half shell matching clamping groove 4-2-2 which is matched with the upper half shell to cover the upper half shell.

The shape of the cutting knife 4-5 is I-shaped, one side of the I-shaped beam is provided with a cutting edge, the other side of the I-shaped beam is not provided with the cutting edge, and the side without the cutting edge is provided with a cutting knife push plate clamping groove 4-5-1 which can be connected with a cutting knife push plate 4-4.

One side of the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 is provided with a cutting knife clamping point 4-4-1 which is connected with a cutting knife pushing plate clamping groove 4-5-1 of the cutting knife 4-5, and the other side is provided with a driving sleeve clamping position 4-4-2 which is matched with a driving sleeve clamping groove 4-3-3.

When the empty nail bin unfixing device 4 is assembled, the safety spring 4-7 is hung on the fixed fork 4-6 and is connected with the driving sleeve 4-3 through the triggering safety pin 4-8, the other end of the safety spring 4-7 abuts against the driving sleeve 4-3, at the moment, when the fixed fork 4-6 rotates around the triggering safety pin 4-8 in the driving sleeve 4-3, the safety spring 4-7 generates torque and rotating force to pull the torque and the rotating force back to the initial position, and after triggering is completed and the driving sleeve 4-3 is pulled back, the fixed fork 4-6 abuts against the upper half shell 4-1 under the action of the safety spring 4-7 to form the empty nail bin unfixing device. A cutting knife push plate 4-4 is arranged in a cutting knife push plate clamping groove 4-3-3 of a driving sleeve 4-3, a cutting knife 4-5 is arranged at the front end of the cutting knife push plate 4-4, an assembly body provided with a fixed fork 4-6, a safety spring 4-7, a driving sleeve 4-3, a triggering safety pin 4-8, a cutting knife 4-5 and the cutting knife push plate 4-4 is arranged in a cutting knife groove 4-1-5 of an upper half shell 4-1, the fixed fork 4-6 is pressed on a rectangular initial boss 4-1-2 of the upper half shell 4-1, a lower half shell 4-2 is covered above the upper half shell 4-1, an upper connecting piece 4-11 and a lower connecting piece 4-11 are respectively arranged in a connecting piece clamping groove of the upper half shell 4-1 and the lower half shell 4-2, the front end parts of an upper connecting sheet 4-11 and a lower connecting sheet 4-11 are connected with a nail bin seat 3 and a nail pushing seat 1 through an upper adapter 4-9 and a lower adapter 4-10, a nail bin 2 is arranged in the nail bin seat 3, a cutting knife 4-5 and a cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 are arranged in a cutting knife groove 4-1 through the upper adapter 4-9 and the lower adapter 4-10, a sleeve 4-12 is sleeved outside the upper half shell 4-1 and the lower half shell 4-2, anastomotic nails are arranged in the nail bin 2, a pushing block 2-2 is arranged in a nail pushing groove of the nail bin 2, and the nail bin assembly with an empty nail bin and a percussion device is assembled. When the nail is fired, the driving sleeve 4-3 pushes the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 and the fixed fork 4-6 to jump over the groove 4-1-3, then the fixed fork 4-6 slides onto the groove front platform 4-1-4 of the upper half shell 4-1 from the rectangular initial boss 4-1-2, and slides onto the platforms 4-1-6 at the two sides of the cutting knife groove through the slope to complete firing, and an empty nail bin is formed. When the driving sleeve 4-3 is pulled back, the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 and the fixed fork 4-6 are driven to return together, at the moment, the fixed fork 4-6 firstly passes through the platforms 4-1-6 at the two sides of the cutting knife groove, then slides to the slope, finally passes through the front platform 4-1-4 of the groove and slides to the inner part 4-1-3 of the groove, under the action of the safety spring 4-7, the fixed fork 4-6 is enabled to abut against the front end surface step 4-1-1 of the groove, at the moment, the driving sleeve 4-3 cannot be pushed forward, the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 cannot advance again, the empty nail bin cannot be fired, the misoperation of firing the empty nail bin in the operation process is avoided, and the safety function is achieved.

Referring to the attached drawings 1-2, when the disposable intracavity cutting anastomat cartridge component provided with the hollow cartridge percussion device is used with the disposable intracavity cutting anastomat in a matched mode, an arrow at the tail of the cartridge component is aligned with an arrow at the head of the disposable intracavity cutting anastomat, the cartridge component is inserted into the disposable intracavity cutting anastomat, the cartridge component is rotated anticlockwise to enable the cartridge component to be connected with the disposable intracavity cutting anastomat and then locked, and at the moment, the cartridge component is installed completely.

Referring to the attached drawings 3-10, after the movable handle 10 is driven to lock and close the nail pushing seat 1 and the nail bin seat 3 provided with the nail bin 2, the movable handle 10 is continuously driven for a plurality of times after the clamping safety reset button 9 is pressed, the rack arranged in the fixed handle drives the driving sleeve 4-3 and the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 to move forwards, the cutting knife 4-4 drives the pushing block 2-2, the pushing block 2-2 moves forwards to drive the pushing piece to ascend so as to form a suturing nail, and therefore the clamped tissue is sutured and cut.

Referring to the attached drawings 11-12, after the sewing and cutting are completed, the reset handle 7 is pulled backwards to enable the rack to drive the driving sleeve 4-3 to reset, and at the moment, a jaw formed by the nail abutting seat 1 and the nail bin seat 3 is opened. If the steps are repeated, the movable handle 10 is driven to close the jaw formed by the nail abutting seat 1 and the nail bin seat 3, the clamping safety reset button 9 is pressed down, when the movable handle 10 is driven again to fire, the fixed fork 4-6 slides onto the front platform 4-1-4 of the groove of the upper half shell from the rectangular initial boss 4-1-2 when not fired, jumps over the groove 4-1-3 and slides onto the platforms 4-1-6 at the two sides of the cutting knife groove through the slope to complete firing, and an empty nail bin is formed. When the driving sleeve 4-3 is pulled back, the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 and the fixed fork 4-6 are driven to return together, at the moment, the fixed fork 4-6 firstly passes through the platforms 4-1-6 at the two sides of the cutting knife groove, then slides to the slope, finally passes through the front platform 4-1-4 of the groove and slides into the groove 4-1-3, the fixed fork 4-6 is enabled to abut against the front end surface step 4-1-1 of the groove under the action of the safety spring 4-7, at the moment, the driving sleeve 4-3 cannot be pushed, the cutting knife pushing plate 4-4 cannot continue to advance, the empty nail bin cannot be fired again, the misoperation of firing the empty nail bin in the operation process is avoided, and the safety insurance effect is achieved.
