The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the umbilical cord shearing device which is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of conveniently and stably clamping the umbilical cord, not easy to fall off and capable of avoiding new wounds in the process of extruding the umbilical cord.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, one side or two sides of the upper clamping flap and the lower clamping flap are wrapped with flexible materials; the upper clamping flap and the lower clamping flap are made of PP materials, and the upper clamping flap and the lower clamping flap are formed by pressing the flexible materials through an injection molding process.
