With the development of manufacturing materials and manufacturing processes, orthodontic treatment using shell-shaped dental appliances has gradually replaced the conventional metal steel wire treatment scheme. The production process of the shell-shaped tooth appliance generally comprises a film preparation process, a film pressing process, a marking process and a cutting process, and how to obtain corresponding process parameters in each production process is one of the important problems faced by manufacturers in the development of a shell-shaped tooth appliance production line.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a shell-shaped tooth appliance production method, a shell-shaped tooth appliance production system and terminal equipment.

Further preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: a case database in communication with the control management center, the case database being configured to collect the case information; sending the unique identification information and the adapted shell-shaped dental appliance production associated information at least included in the case information to the control management center;

The invention provides a production method and a system of a shell-shaped tooth appliance and terminal equipment, which have the following advantages and positive effects compared with the prior art:

the read unique identification information associated with the current dental model is written into the RFID label of the current dental model bearing device through the control management center, information interaction is completed through the RFID label and the information of the current execution procedure, and after the production associated information of the shell-shaped dental appliance corresponding to the current execution procedure is obtained, the current procedure is further controlled through the production execution center to execute corresponding production operation. By the mode, the bearing device and the RFID label can be recycled, resources can be recycled, and production cost is saved.
