Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of medical equipment, and relates to an integrated severe patient transfer bed board.

Background

At present, a patient is generally moved from a hospital bed to a transfer bed, and then an electrocardiogram monitor, an analgesia pump, a simple respirator and other instruments are placed beside the patient on the transfer bed. When the patient arrives at the destination such as a CT room, the instrument is removed, the patient is carried to the examination bed board, the patient is carried to the transfer bed after the examination is finished, and the instrument is put well again. This mode of transport has the following disadvantages:

(1) and low efficiency: in the whole inspection process of transporting, the instrument needs the transport to remove 4 at least, consumes medical staff's valuable physical power and time, increases personnel's work load, and inefficiency.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: a bed board (1) of the transfer bed is arranged on a bed body of the existing transfer bed, a patient lies on the bed board (1), feet are positioned in the direction of a support frame (3), an analgesia pump can be arranged on a circular tube of the support frame (3), and related medical instruments such as a simple breathing machine, an electrocardiogram monitor and the like are arranged on a tray (4) and are fixed through a restraint strap; when the transfer bed is pushed to a destination such as a CT room, the bed plate (1) is integrally lifted to a CT machine tool plate for inspection, after the inspection is finished, the bed plate (1) is moved back to the transfer bed, and finally the transfer bed is pushed back to a ward to finish the transfer inspection; when the examination is not carried out, the transfer bed can be used as a common sickbed; in the whole transfer process, the instrument moves along with the bed plate (1), so that the instrument is prevented from being repeatedly moved and carried like a common transfer bed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the figure; an integrated severe patient transfer bed board comprises a rectangular bed board (1), a truss (2) and a support frame (3); the bed board (1) is arranged on a truss (2), a support frame (3) is arranged at the tail end of the truss (2), and a tray (4) is arranged above the support frame (3).

The support frame (3) consists of two rectangular aluminum alloy pipes and a circular aluminum alloy pipe, and the circular aluminum alloy pipe can be provided with an analgesic pump;

The bed plate (1) is made of a polyurethane plate non-metal material, but is not limited to the polyurethane plate; the X-ray CT imaging device has the characteristics of high strength, light weight and capability of penetrating X rays, and does not influence CT imaging formation.
