Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an infusion monitoring system and an operation method thereof.

Background

Intravenous infusion is one of the clinical common nursing technical operations, and 70 percent of hospitalized patients need to receive intravenous infusion treatment at present. According to the data published by the national development and modification commission, the medical transfusion in 2015 in China reaches 104 hundred million bottles, which is equivalent to 8 bottles per year per person and is higher than the average level of 2.5 bottles per year to 3.3 bottles per year per person internationally. During infusion, the dropping speed of the infusion is generally regulated according to different diseases, ages and drug properties of patients. Meanwhile, the bottle or the tube is sealed and the needle is pulled out in time after the liquid is dripped. In the process of infusion, a nurse is required to constantly visit a ward or a family member for nursing at intervals, and the workload is extremely large. However, the infusion time is generally long and the hospital is various, so that the situations of energy dispersion and insufficient hands are inevitable. If no person is in care of the infusion apparatus, the patient needs to worry about the infusion process all the time in the infusion process, so that the patient is stressed greatly, and the patient cannot have a good rest during infusion.

The basic tasks of nursing are to promote health, prevent disease, restore health and relieve pain. However, clinically, treatment is the most important, especially in the aspect of infusion. After the ward nurses check rooms and change the rooms to work every day, the transfusion treatment is carried out all the time. Sometimes the sudden infusion call ring may affect not only the operation being performed by the nurse but also the rest of the patient in the department. If the completion of the fluid infusion is not dealt with in a timely manner, adverse consequences to the patient are more likely. Meanwhile, the tumor hospital has the possibility of intravenous drip of chemotherapeutic drugs. If the nurse performs the replacement of the bottle or the operation of sealing the tube (pulling the needle) in the past in a hurry without performing corresponding protective measures, the chemotherapy drugs may leak out, and adverse consequences are caused. Or when the bottle is replaced, the tube is not flushed, so that incompatibility of the front bag and the rear bag of medicines is caused, and the curative effect or the health of a patient is influenced.

At present, people pay attention to the clinical transfusion condition and have related instruments for use, the use of an infusion pump is one method, but the infusion pump is expensive and complex to operate, is not beneficial to large-area popularization in domestic hospitals, and nurses still need to run saline when switching saline and need to timely treat the saline which is emptied.
