As shown in fig. 1, the entrained flow coal gasification black grey water settling and dispersing system comprises a primary flocculant adding device, a secondary flocculant adding device, a settling tank 7, a baffling clarifier 8, a dispersant adding device and a grey water tank 9 which are sequentially arranged outside a water outlet of a gasification furnace, wherein the primary flocculant adding device is formed by connecting a flocculation tank I1 with a mixer I3 through a flocculation pump I2; the secondary flocculant adding device is characterized in that a flocculation tank II 4 is connected with a mixer II 6 through a flocculation pump II 5; the mixer I3 and the mixer II 6 are connected with a black water pipeline of a settling tank 7, the bottom of the settling tank 7 is connected with a drainage pump, and the top of the settling tank 7 is connected with a water inlet of a baffling clarifier 8 through an overflow weir; the bottom of the baffling clarifier 8 is provided with a sewage discharge outlet, the top of the baffling clarifier is provided with a drain pipe, and the end part of the drain pipe is connected with an ash water tank 9; the baffled clarifier 8 is connected with the grey water tank 9 through a dispersant pump 11 to be connected with a dispersant tank 10.
