B. stirring at low speed for 12-36h in combination with defoaming treatment;

C. after the viscosity of the slurry is adjusted, a coating machine is used for tape casting, and a silicone oil-coated PET film is used as a carrier;

D. drying the membrane, vulcanizing and forming, wherein the hot pressing temperature is 150-.

The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic protection, in particular to a high-permeability wave-absorbing sheet material with high temperature resistance and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Electronic products represented by smart phones and computers are becoming more and more popular, and as electronic devices are developed to be small, thin, and multifunctional, circuit boards are also packaged as a large number of electronic components. Especially, the integration level and the signal transmission density of the smart phone are further improved when the smart phone enters the 5G era. This will bring about two major challenges, the first is that the electromagnetic interference of the electronic device is more serious, and the second is that the heat productivity of the electronic device is larger and the operating temperature is higher.

The electromagnetic wave absorbing material is a new need in the future 5G era, and can effectively convert harmful electromagnetic waves into energy to be dissipated, and inhibit electromagnetic interference of electronic equipment. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic wave absorbing material is required to be capable of stably operating at a higher temperature for a long period of time. In response to the demand for miniaturization and integration of electronic devices, electromagnetic wave absorbing materials are required to have high temperature resistance, high magnetic permeability, and as small a thickness as possible, which is continuously reduced toward 0.1 mm.

With the increasing use amount and integration level of electronic components, the wave-absorbing sheet is continuously developed towards thinning, which puts higher requirements on the magnetic conductivity and high temperature resistance of the wave-absorbing sheet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant high-permeability wave-absorbing sheet and a preparation method thereof, which can solve one or more of the problems in the prior art.

The wave-absorbing material generally needs to work stably for a long time at 85 ℃, and the wave-absorbing sheet and the preparation method thereof can be used reliably at 120 ℃.

According to one aspect of the invention, the high-temperature-resistant high-permeability wave-absorbing sheet material comprises the following components in parts by weight:

In some embodiments, the nitrile rubber comprises one or more acrylonitrile-containing nitrile rubbers. The nitrile butadiene rubber has the beneficial effects that various nitrile butadiene rubbers are mixed, so that the service performance of the product can be ensured, and the selection diversity can be provided.

In some embodiments, the curing agent is a phenolic resin, further comprising an activator and an accelerator. The curing agent has the advantages of promoting the curing of the adhesive, further improving the crosslinking degree of the product, improving the heat resistance, selecting the modified phenolic resin, being easy to disperse and fast in curing, and improving the curing rate by adding a proper amount of the active agent and the accelerator.

In some embodiments, the dispersant is an anionic dispersant, which is of the phosphate type. In some embodiments, the organic solvent comprises one or more of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, and toluene. The beneficial effects are that ethyl acetate and butyl acetate are environment-friendly and have little influence on the body.

According to another aspect of the invention, a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant high-permeability wave-absorbing sheet is provided, which comprises the following steps:

A. mixing soft magnetic alloy powder, a binder, a vulcanizing agent, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent, and stirring and dispersing at medium speed for 0.5-4h by using a planetary stirrer;

B. stirring at low speed for 12-36h in combination with defoaming treatment;

C. after adjusting the viscosity of the slurry, carrying out tape casting by using a coating machine, wherein a silicon oil-coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film is used as a carrier; the viscosity here is only suitable for the requirements of the coating machine.

D. And drying the membrane obtained by casting, vulcanizing and molding by using a flat plate hot press, and hot-pressing in a lamination mode according to the thickness requirement, wherein the hot-pressing temperature is 150-200 ℃, the time is 10-60min, and the pressure is controlled at 5-30 MPa.

The wave-absorbing sheet prepared by the method has excellent high-temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at the temperature of 120 ℃.
