具体实施方式

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：

如图1和图2所示，由套筒扳手1，伸缩外筒2，卡槽21，伸缩内筒3，弹簧槽31，弹簧32，卡球33，T型基座4，连接螺帽5，连接杆6，手柄7组成。本发明所述T型基座4上部连接有伸缩外筒2，伸缩外筒2内壁设置有卡槽21、伸缩外筒2内设伸缩内筒3，伸缩内筒3外壁设置有弹簧槽31，弹簧槽31内设弹簧32，弹簧32一端设置有卡球33，伸缩内筒3端部内设螺纹，套筒扳手1端部设有螺纹。

作为改进：T型基座4左、右两端设置有外螺纹，连接杆6长10cm～20cm，连接杆6两端设置有外螺纹，手柄7一段设置有外螺纹，另一端设置有防滑螺纹。
