Background

The heat-conducting silicone grease is commonly called as heat-dissipating paste, is a heat-conducting silicone grease-like compound, and is used for heat conduction and heat dissipation of electronic components such as power amplifiers, transistors, electron tubes, CPUs (central processing units) and the like, so that the stability of the electrical performance of electronic instruments, meters and the like is ensured.

The existing heat-conducting silicone grease has low strength and is a loose and simple mixture of liquid and solid. When the heat conduction silicone grease is coated between a heat source and a heat radiator, the heat source and the heat radiator have slight deformation during cold and hot circulation due to the fact that the thermal expansion coefficients of the heat radiator and the heat source are different, so that a breathing phenomenon is formed, and the continuous deformation breathing phenomenon can cause the heat conduction silicone grease between the heat source and the heat radiator to be extruded out of a working range, so that the heat conduction silicone grease between the heat source and the heat radiator is not available, and thermal runaway is caused. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a thermally conductive silicone grease with a strong internal force to prevent the heat source from being squeezed out during the cooling and heating cycles.

Preferably, the organic silicone oil is one or a mixture of methyl silicone oil, vinyl silicone oil or quinyl silicone oil.

Preferably, the organic silicone oil is methyl silicone oil, and methyl silicone has the advantages of being tasteless, non-toxic, physiologically inert, good in chemical stability, electric insulation, weather resistance, wide in viscosity range, low in freezing point and the like, and has good advantages when being applied to the field of heat-conducting silicone grease.

Preferably, the treating agent is one or a mixture of two of a Z3J type treating agent produced by morning light company and an X50 type treating agent produced by Yijiamei company.

By adopting the technical scheme, the high-reliability heat-conducting silicone grease prepared by the method has strong acting force inside and has the risk of resisting an extruded heat source under the cold and hot circulation, so that the effective stable heat-conducting and heat-radiating effects between the heat source and a radiator are ensured.
