With the rapid development of industrial production, the problem of water pollution is becoming more severe, which has adverse effects on human living environment and urban image. The current sewage of China has the problems of large sewage treatment capacity, low treatment degree and the like, and the high-quality effluent and energy/resource recovery are important development targets of the international sewage treatment industry. The technical research is the leading direction for promoting the development of the water treatment industry in China in the future. At the same time, sludge treatment accompanied with sewage is a serious problem facing industrial development.

The coal gasification sewage and sludge treatment is an important ring for the clean utilization of coal, forms a system of coal gasification wastewater treatment and sludge recovery, and is a booster for the clean utilization of coal.

Preferably, the biochemical treatment system is also provided with a condensate inlet of a downstream device, a domestic sewage inlet and a sewage discharge inlet of a circulating water station.

Preferably, the sludge treatment device comprises a sludge concentration device and a spiral-wound dehydrator, wherein a sludge outlet for sedimentation treatment is connected with an inlet of the sludge concentration device, an outlet of the sludge concentration device is connected with an inlet of the spiral-wound dehydrator, and a mud cake outlet of the spiral-wound dehydrator is connected with an inlet of the coal gasification furnace.

the black water of the water washing device is subjected to primary water treatment to obtain relatively clean grey water, the gasified grey water is subjected to biochemical treatment in a biochemical treatment system and then enters a sedimentation treatment, and after the sedimentation treatment, a part of regenerated water enters a desalting device and is used as desalted water to be supplemented to a water-cooled wall of a synthesis gas purification device; the other part of the reclaimed water is collected into organic water removed in the sludge treatment device to be used as water supplement of the coal gasification furnace, and a mud cake from the sludge treatment device and the superfine coal powder are mixed and enter the coal gasification furnace for gasification.

The sludge treatment device comprises a sludge concentration device 6 and a stacked spiral dehydrator 7, wherein a sludge outlet of the sedimentation treatment 5 is connected with an inlet of the sludge concentration device 6, an outlet of the sludge concentration device 6 is connected with an inlet of the stacked spiral dehydrator 7, and a mud cake outlet of the stacked spiral dehydrator 7 is connected with an inlet of the coal gasification furnace 1.
