1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:

a support frame;

a first drum laundry treatment module mounted to said support frame and comprising a rotatable first inner drum;

a second drum laundry treatment module mounted to said support frame and comprising a rotatable second inner drum, said second drum laundry treatment module being located below said first drum laundry treatment module,

wherein a direction of rotation of the first drum in a dehydrated state of the first drum laundry treatment module is opposite to a direction of rotation of the second drum in a dehydrated state of the second drum laundry treatment module.

2. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first drum laundry treatment module is suspended from an upper portion of the support frame by an upper connection assembly.

3. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the upper connecting assembly includes a plurality of upper connecting members spaced apart from each other, one end of the upper connecting member being connected to an upper portion of the support frame, and the other end of the upper connecting member being connected to the first drum laundry treating module.

4. A laundry treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper portion of the support frame has a first upper mating hole, the peripheral wall of the first drum laundry treatment module has a second upper mating hole,

the upper connecting piece is formed into a first elastic connecting piece, one end of the first elastic connecting piece is matched with the first upper matching hole, and the other end of the first elastic connecting piece is matched with the second upper matching hole.

5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the upper connecting members are four in number, the upper portion of the support frame has four first corners, and the four upper connecting members are connected to portions of the support frame adjacent to the four first corners.

6. A laundry treatment apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the support frame includes a centrally located connecting cross member, the first drum laundry treatment module being supported to the support frame by an upper vibration damping assembly,

the upper vibration damping assembly comprises at least two upper vibration damping pieces which are oppositely arranged, one end of each upper vibration damping piece is connected with the connecting beam, and the other end of each upper vibration damping piece is connected with the first drum clothes processing module.

7. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second drum laundry processing module is supported to a lower portion of the support frame by a lower vibration damping assembly.

8. The laundry treating device according to claim 7, wherein the lower vibration damping assembly includes a plurality of lower vibration damping members spaced apart from each other, one end of the lower vibration damping member being connected to a lower portion of the support frame, and the other end of the lower vibration damping member being connected to the second drum laundry treating module.

9. The laundry treating device according to claim 8, wherein the lower damper is formed as a lower damper rod having one end hinged with a lower portion of the supporting frame and the other end hinged with the second drum laundry treating module.

10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the number of the lower vibration dampers is four, the lower portion of the support frame has four second corners, and the four lower vibration dampers are connected to portions of the support frame adjacent to the four second corners.

11. A laundry treatment apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1, 7-10, characterized in that said support frame comprises a connecting cross-member in the middle, said second drum laundry treatment module being suspended from said support frame by a lower connecting assembly,

the lower connecting assembly comprises at least two lower connecting pieces which are oppositely arranged, one end of each lower connecting piece is connected with the connecting beam, and the other end of each lower connecting piece is connected with the second roller clothes processing module.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothes treatment, in particular to a clothes treatment device.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a laundry treating apparatus having high structural strength, long service life, and low operating noise.

A laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a support frame; a first drum laundry treatment module mounted to said support frame and comprising a rotatable first inner drum; a second drum laundry treatment module mounted to the support frame and including a rotatable second drum located below the first drum laundry treatment module, wherein a direction of rotation of the first drum in a dehydrated state of the first drum laundry treatment module is opposite to a direction of rotation of the second drum in a dehydrated state of the second drum laundry treatment module.

According to the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the rotating direction of the first inner cylinder in the dehydration state of the first roller clothes treatment module is controlled to be opposite to the rotating direction of the second inner cylinder in the dehydration state of the second roller clothes treatment module, so that the acting force on the supporting frame when the first inner cylinder rotates and the acting force on the supporting frame when the second inner cylinder rotates can be mutually offset, the supporting frame is prevented from being damaged due to long-time use, and the service life of the clothes treatment device is prolonged.

According to some embodiments of the invention, said first drum laundry treatment module is suspended from an upper portion of said supporting frame by means of an upper connection assembly.

In some embodiments, the upper connecting assembly comprises a plurality of upper connecting members spaced apart from each other, one end of each of the upper connecting members being connected to an upper portion of the support frame, and the other end of each of the upper connecting members being connected to the first drum laundry treating module.

In some examples, the upper portion of the support frame has a first upper fitting hole, and the outer circumferential wall of the first drum laundry treating module has a second upper fitting hole, wherein the upper connector is formed as a first elastic connector having one end fitted with the first upper fitting hole and the other end fitted with the second upper fitting hole.

In some examples, the number of the upper connectors is four, the upper portion of the support frame has four first corners, and the four upper connectors are connected to portions of the support frame adjacent to the four first corners.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the support frame comprises a connecting cross beam located at the middle, and the first drum laundry treatment module is supported to the support frame by an upper vibration damping assembly, wherein the upper vibration damping assembly comprises at least two upper vibration damping members arranged oppositely, one end of the upper vibration damping member is connected to the connecting cross beam, and the other end of the upper vibration damping member is connected to the first drum laundry treatment module.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second drum laundry treating module is supported at a lower portion of the supporting frame by a lower vibration damping assembly.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lower vibration damping assembly includes a plurality of lower vibration damping members spaced apart from each other, one end of the lower vibration damping members being connected to a lower portion of the support frame, and the other end of the lower vibration damping members being connected to the second drum laundry treating module.

In some embodiments, said lower damper is formed as a lower damper rod, one end of which is hinged with a lower portion of said support frame and the other end of which is hinged with said second drum laundry treatment module.

In some embodiments, the number of the lower vibration dampers is four, the lower portion of the support frame has four second corners, and the four lower vibration dampers are connected to portions of the support frame adjacent to the four second corners.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

A laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.

The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention includes a support frame 10, a first laundry treating module and a second laundry treating module, the support frame 10 being a skeleton of the laundry treating apparatus 100 and having high structural strength and high deformation resistance, the first laundry treating module being mounted to the support frame 10, the second laundry treating module being located below the first laundry treating module.

As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first laundry treatment module and the second laundry treatment module are drum laundry treatment modules, respectively, that is, the first laundry treatment module is a first drum laundry treatment module 20, the first drum laundry treatment module 20 is hung on the upper portion of the supporting frame 10 by the upper connection assembly 40, the second laundry treatment module is a second drum laundry treatment module 30, and the second drum laundry treatment module 30 is supported on the lower portion of the supporting frame 10 by the lower vibration damping assembly 70.

Further, the upper portion of the supporting frame 10 has a plurality of first corners 101, the upper connecting assembly 40 includes a plurality of upper connecting members 41 arranged at intervals, one end of each upper connecting member 41 is connected to a portion of the supporting frame 10 adjacent to the first corner 101, and the other end of each upper connecting member 41 is connected to the first drum laundry treating module 20, so as to hang the first drum laundry treating module 20 on the upper portion of the supporting frame 10.

Here, the portion of the support frame 10 adjacent to the first corner 101 may be understood as being located between the first corner 101 and the middle of the upper frame of the support frame 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the upper end of the upper connecting member 41 is connected to the upper left/right frame of the support frame 10 at a position offset from the middle, i.e., the position may be the front or rear of the upper left/right frame of the support frame 10.

According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the supporting frame 10 which has higher structural strength and is not easy to deform, the upper connecting assembly 40 is adopted to hang the first drum clothes treatment module 20 on the upper part of the supporting frame 10, namely, the upper connecting assembly 41 is connected with the part of the supporting frame 10, which is close to the first corner 101, and the first drum clothes treatment module 20, and the lower damping assembly 70 is adopted to support the second drum clothes treatment module 30 on the lower part of the supporting frame 10, so that the installation reliability and stability of the first drum clothes treatment module 20 and the second drum clothes treatment module 30 can be ensured, the damping effect can be achieved, the shaking or displacement of the clothes treatment device 100 during working can be reduced, and the working noise can be reduced.

In some embodiments, the supporting frame 10 comprises a square connecting frame 11 at the upper part, the square connecting frame 11 has a reinforcing structure, and the first drum laundry treating module 20 is hung from the square connecting frame 11 by the upper connecting assembly 40.

For example, the upper connection assembly 40 is connected to a reinforcing structure. Through setting up additional strengthening, be favorable to improving the structural strength of square link 11 to improve the shape ability of preapring for an unfavorable turn of events of square link 11, further improve first cylinder clothing processing module 20's installation reliability and stability.

The square connecting frame 11 includes at least two top beams 111 arranged oppositely, the top beams 111 have mounting flanges 112 bent downward, and the mounting flanges 112 form a reinforcing structure.

Specifically, square base 12 includes a first bottom beam and a second bottom beam, which are opposite and spaced apart in the left-right direction, both extend in the front-back direction, and first drum laundry treating module 20 is connected to first bottom beam and second bottom beam through lower vibration damping assembly 70.

As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a first drum laundry treating module 20 is supported to a supporting frame 10 by an upper vibration damping assembly 50, and a second drum laundry treating module 30 is hung to the supporting frame 10 by a lower connecting assembly 60, wherein the supporting frame 10 includes a connecting beam 14 at the middle, and the upper vibration damping assembly 50 and the lower connecting assembly 60 are connected to the connecting beam 14.

According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the connecting beam 14 is arranged, so that the structural strength of the supporting frame 10 is improved, the upper vibration damping assembly 50 is adopted to support the first drum clothes treatment module 20 on the connecting beam 14, and the lower connecting assembly 60 is adopted to hoist the second drum clothes treatment module 30 on the supporting frame 10, so that the installation reliability and stability of the first drum clothes treatment module 20 and the second drum clothes treatment module 30 can be ensured, the vibration damping effect can be achieved, the vibration or displacement of the clothes treatment device 100 during working can be reduced, and the working noise can be reduced.

In some embodiments, the centers of the connection of the upper vibration damping assembly 50 to the connecting beam 14 and the centers of the connection of the lower connecting assembly 60 to the connecting beam 14 are located in the same horizontal plane.

Thus, it is possible to prevent the interference between the bottom of the first drum laundry treating module 20 and the top of the second drum laundry treating module 30, and to prevent the interference between the upper vibration damping assembly 50 and the lower connecting assembly 60 when the first drum laundry treating module 20 and the second drum laundry treating module 30 are in operation, and it is possible to ensure that the distance between the bottom of the first drum laundry treating module 20 and the top of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is not too long, which is advantageous to reduce the height of the whole machine, and to miniaturize the laundry treating apparatus 100.

In some embodiments, the connecting beam 14 includes a first connecting beam 141 and a second connecting beam 142, the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142 are oppositely arranged in the left-right direction, and the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142 extend in the front-rear direction, respectively.

The upper vibration damping module 50 and the lower connection module 60 are both connected to the first connection beam 141, and the center of the connection between the upper vibration damping module 50 and the first connection beam 141 and the center of the connection between the lower connection module 60 and the first connection beam 141 are located on the same horizontal line, so that the upper vibration damping module 50 and the lower connection module 60 are prevented from interfering at the first connection beam 141.

The upper vibration damping assembly 50 and the lower connecting assembly 60 are both connected with the second connecting beam 142, and the center of the joint of the upper vibration damping assembly 50 and the second connecting beam 142 and the center of the joint of the lower connecting assembly 60 and the second connecting beam 142 are located on the same horizontal line, so that the upper vibration damping assembly 50 and the lower connecting assembly 60 are prevented from interfering at the second connecting beam 142.

In some embodiments, the upper connection assembly 40 includes a plurality of upper connection members 41 arranged at intervals, one end of each upper connection member 41 is connected to the upper portion of the support frame 10, and the other end of each upper connection member 41 is connected to the first drum laundry treatment module 20, that is, the first drum laundry treatment module 20 is hung in the upper space of the support frame 10 through the plurality of upper connection members 41, so that not only can the installation reliability and stability of the first drum laundry treatment module 20 be ensured, but also a vibration damping effect can be achieved, the vibration or displacement of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 during operation can be reduced, and the operation noise can be reduced.

In some examples, the upper portion of the support frame 10 has a first upper fitting hole 113, the outer circumferential wall of the first drum laundry treating module 20 has a second upper fitting hole 201, the upper connecting member 41 is formed as a first elastic connecting member, for example, the upper connecting member 41 forms a spring, one end of the first elastic connecting member is fitted with the first upper fitting hole 113, and the other end of the first elastic connecting member is fitted with the second upper fitting hole 201, which is simple in structure and convenient in connection.

In some examples, the number of the upper connectors 41 is four, the upper portion of the support frame 10 has four first corners 101, and the four upper connectors 41 are connected to portions of the support frame 10 adjacent to the four first corners 101 in a one-to-one correspondence. That is, the upper end of the upper link 41 located at the left front is connected to the front portion of the top cross member 111 located at the left side, the upper end of the upper link 41 located at the left rear is connected to the rear portion of the top cross member 111 located at the left side, the upper end of the upper link 41 located at the right front is connected to the front portion of the top cross member 111 located at the right side, and the upper end of the upper link 41 located at the right rear is connected to the rear portion of the top cross member 111 located at the right side.

As shown in fig. 2, the mounting flanges 112 of the two oppositely disposed top cross members 111 are respectively provided with two first upper fitting holes 113, the two first upper fitting holes 113 are provided at intervals in the front-rear direction, and the first upper fitting holes 113 are provided near the ends of the top cross members 111.

Correspondingly, the peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20 is provided with four first upper connecting seats 215, two of the first upper connecting seats 215 are located at the upper left portion of the peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20, the other two first upper connecting seats 215 are located at the upper right portion of the peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20, each first upper connecting seat 215 is provided with a second upper matching hole 201, one end of an upper connecting member 41 is matched with the first upper matching hole 113, the other end of the upper connecting member 41 is matched with the second upper matching hole 201, so that the upper connecting member 41 is inclined relative to the vertical direction, and the stability of the first drum laundry processing module 20 is ensured.

In some embodiments, upper damping assembly 50 comprises at least two upper damping members 51 arranged opposite each other, one end of upper damping members 51 being connected to connecting cross member 14, and the other end of upper damping members 51 being connected to first drum laundry treatment module 20. That is, the first drum laundry treating module 20 is supported in the upper space of the supporting frame 10 by at least two upper vibration dampers 51, so as to further ensure the installation reliability and stability of the first drum laundry treating module 20, and also to realize the vibration damping effect, reduce the displacement or vibration of the laundry treating apparatus 100, prolong the service life of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and reduce the working noise.

In some examples, upper damper 51 is formed as an upper damper rod, one end of which is hinged to connecting cross-beam 14 and the other end of which is hinged to first drum laundry treatment module 20.

As shown in fig. 3, the inner wall surfaces of two oppositely disposed connecting beams 14 (e.g., the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142) are respectively provided with one upper supporting seat 1401.

Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 10, the outer peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20 is provided with two lower connecting seats 216, one of the lower connecting seats 216 is located at the lower left portion of the outer peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20, the other lower connecting seat 216 is located at the lower right portion of the outer peripheral wall of the first drum laundry processing module 20, one end of the upper vibration damper 51 is hinged to the upper supporting seat 1401, and the other end of the upper vibration damper 51 is hinged to the lower connecting seat 216, so that the upper vibration damper 51 is obliquely arranged with respect to the up-down direction, and the stability of the first drum laundry processing module 20 is further ensured.

In some embodiments, lower vibration damping assembly 70 includes a plurality of lower vibration damping members 71 spaced apart from each other, one end of lower vibration damping members 71 being connected to a lower portion of support frame 10, and the other end of lower vibration damping members 71 being connected to second drum laundry treating module 30. That is, the second drum laundry treating module 30 is supported in the lower space of the supporting frame 10 by the plurality of lower vibration dampers 71, so as to ensure the installation reliability and stability of the first drum laundry treating module 20, and also to achieve a vibration damping effect, reduce the displacement or vibration of the laundry treating apparatus 100, prolong the service life of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and reduce the operation noise.

Wherein, the lower damper 71 is formed as a lower damper rod, one end of which is hinged with the lower portion of the support frame 10, and the other end of which is hinged with the second drum laundry treating module 30.

In some examples, the number of the lower vibration dampers 71 is four, the lower portion of the support frame 10 has four second corner portions 102, and the four lower vibration dampers 71 are connected to portions of the support frame 10 adjacent to the four second corner portions 102.

Here, the portion of the support frame 10 adjacent to the second corner 102 may be understood as being located between the second corner 102 and the middle of the lower frame of the support frame 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lower end of the lower vibration damper 71 is connected to a position of the lower left/right frame of the support frame 10 offset from the middle, i.e., the position may be a front or rear portion of the lower left/right frame of the support frame 10.

That is, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the left front is connected to the front portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the left side, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the left rear is connected to the rear portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the left side, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the right front is connected to the front portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the right side, and the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the right rear is connected to the rear portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the right side.

As shown in fig. 4, two lower supporting seats 122 are respectively disposed on inner sidewalls of two oppositely disposed bottom beams 121, the two lower supporting seats 122 are disposed at intervals in the front-rear direction, and the lower supporting seats 122 are disposed near ends of the bottom beams 121.

Correspondingly, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is provided with two second lower connecting seats 312, wherein the two second lower connecting seats 312 are located at the lower left portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, the other two lower connecting seats 216 are located at the lower right portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, one end of the lower vibration damper 71 is hinged to the lower supporting seat 122, and the other end of the lower vibration damper 71 is hinged to the second lower connecting seats 312, so that the lower vibration damper 71 is inclined relative to the up-down direction, and the stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is ensured.

In some embodiments, the lower connecting assembly 60 includes at least two lower connecting members 61 arranged oppositely, one end of each lower connecting member 61 is connected to the connecting cross member 14, and the other end of each lower connecting member 61 is connected to the second drum laundry treating module 30, so that not only the installation reliability and stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 can be ensured, but also a vibration damping effect can be achieved, the vibration or displacement of the laundry treating device 100 during operation can be reduced, and the operating noise can be reduced.

In some examples, the connection beam 14 has a first lower fitting hole 1402, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 has a second lower fitting hole 301, the lower connector 61 is formed as a second elastic connector, one end of which is fitted with the first lower fitting hole 1402 and the other end is fitted with the second lower fitting hole 301, and the structure is simple and the connection is convenient.

As shown in fig. 4, two oppositely disposed connecting beams 14 (e.g., the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142) are respectively provided with a first lower fitting hole 1402.

Correspondingly, the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30 is provided with two second upper connection seats 311, one of the second upper connection seats 311 is located at the upper left portion of the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30, the other one of the second upper connection seats 311 is located at the upper right portion of the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30, each second upper connection seat 311 is provided with a second lower matching hole 301, one end of the lower connecting member 61 is matched with the first lower matching hole 1402, the other end of the lower connecting member 61 is matched with the second lower matching hole 301, so that the lower connecting member 61 is inclined relative to the up-down direction, and the stability of the second drum laundry processing module 30 is further ensured.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first drum laundry treatment module 20 comprises a rotatable first drum 22, and the second drum laundry treatment module 30 comprises a rotatable second drum 32.

The direction of rotation of the first drum 22 in the dehydrated state of the first drum laundry treatment module 20 is opposite to the direction of rotation of the second drum 32 in the dehydrated state of the second drum laundry treatment module 30. The first drum laundry treating module 20 and the second drum laundry treating module 30 may be simultaneously brought into the dehydration state, or may be brought into the dehydration state at different time periods, respectively.

According to the clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the rotation direction of the first inner cylinder 22 in the dehydration state of the first drum clothes processing module 20 is controlled to be opposite to the rotation direction of the second inner cylinder 32 in the dehydration state of the second drum clothes processing module 30, so that the acting force on the supporting frame 10 when the first inner cylinder 22 rotates and the acting force on the supporting frame 10 when the second inner cylinder 32 rotates can be mutually offset, the supporting frame 10 is prevented from being damaged due to long-term use, and the service life of the clothes processing device 100 is prolonged.

In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13, and a square connection frame 11, the four vertical beams 13 respectively extending upward from four corners of the square base 12, a lower end of each vertical beam 13 being connected to the square base 12, and the square connection frame 11 being connected to upper ends of the four vertical beams 13.

As shown in fig. 1, the four vertical beams 13 are a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 extend in the vertical direction, the upper ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are connected with the square connecting frame 11, the lower ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are connected with the base 12, and the whole structure is convenient to connect and stable in structure.

In some examples, the supporting frame 10 further includes a plurality of connecting cross beams 14, and the middle portions of two adjacent vertical beams 13 are connected to two ends of the connecting cross beams 14, so as to further improve the structural strength of the supporting frame 10 and ensure the structural stability of the supporting frame 10.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the lower portion of the first laundry treatment module has a drain assembly 23, and the upper portion of the second laundry treatment module has a drying tunnel assembly 33, the drain assembly 23 being disposed spaced apart from a terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33.

According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the drainage assembly 23 and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 are arranged at intervals, so that the first clothes treatment module is prevented from influencing the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 during drainage, and the first clothes treatment module and the second clothes treatment module can work safely and normally respectively.

In some embodiments, the drain assembly 23 is spaced apart from the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the horizontal direction, preventing the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 from being affected by water leakage from the drain assembly 23.

In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13, and a square link 11, one of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 is adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the left side, and the other of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 is adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the right side.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the four vertical beams 13 are a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, respectively, the lower end of the first vertical beam 131 is connected with the left front portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the left front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the second vertical beam 132 is connected with the right front portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the right front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the third vertical beam 133 is connected with the left rear portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the left rear portion of the square connecting frame 11, and the fourth vertical beam 134 is connected with the right rear portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the right rear portion of the square connecting.

Further, the drainage assembly 23 is disposed adjacent to the first and third vertical beams 131 and 133, and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 is disposed adjacent to the second and fourth vertical beams 132 and 134, so that the drainage assembly 23 is spaced apart from the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the left-right direction, thereby preventing the drainage assembly 23 from affecting the terminal 331.

In some examples, the first laundry treating module includes a first outer tub 21 and a first inner tub 22, the first inner tub 22 is disposed inside the first outer tub 21, a lower portion of the first outer tub 21 is provided with a drain opening, the drain assembly 23 includes a drain pipe 231, and one end of the drain pipe 231 is communicated with the drain opening of the first outer tub 21, thereby draining the water inside the first outer tub 21.

In some examples, the drain assembly 23 further includes an air pressure pipe 232, and one end of the air pressure pipe 232 communicates with the drain pipe 231, thereby achieving water level control in the first laundry treating module.

In some examples, the drainage assembly 23 further includes a heating cavity 233, the heating cavity 233 is disposed at a lower portion of the first outer tub 21, the heating cavity 233 is integrally formed with the first outer tub 21, the drainage port is disposed on the heating cavity 233, and one end of the drainage pipe 231 is communicated with the drainage port on the heating cavity 233. The heating chamber 233 is used to heat the water flowing into the inside thereof, i.e., the heating chamber 233 can heat the water located inside thereof according to a program setting.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second laundry treating module includes a second outer tub 31 and a second inner tub 32, the second inner tub 32 is disposed inside the second outer tub 31, a drying tunnel assembly 33 is communicated with the second outer tub 31, and the drying tunnel assembly 33 is used for heating air exhausted from the second outer tub 31 and delivering the heated air into the second outer tub 31, thereby drying laundry inside the second inner tub 32.

As shown in fig. 7-10, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the drain assembly 23 includes a heating cavity 233, at least a portion of the heating cavity 233 being offset from the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the up-down direction and the horizontal direction.

According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, at least part of the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 can be prevented from interfering in the operation process of the clothes treatment device 100, the height of the clothes treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the clothes treatment device 100 can be miniaturized.

In some embodiments, the drying tunnel assembly 33 is located in the middle of the upper portion of the second laundry treatment module, and the heating cavity 233 is offset with respect to the middle of the lower portion of the first laundry treatment module.

For example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a left portion of a lower portion of the first laundry treatment module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 on a horizontal plane passing through a central axis of the first laundry treatment module is located at a left side of the central axis of the first laundry treatment module. As another example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a right portion of a lower portion of the first laundry treatment module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 on a horizontal plane passing through a central axis of the first laundry treatment module is located at a right side of the central axis of the first laundry treatment module.

As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 10, a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to other embodiments of the present invention includes a support frame 10 and a first laundry treating module, the support frame 10 defining a receiving space, the first laundry treating module being provided in the receiving space, and the first laundry treating module being coupled to the support frame 10. In the description of the present invention, "the first feature" may include one or more of the features.

Wherein, the first laundry treating module includes an outer tub (a first outer tub 21 as shown in fig. 1) extending in a horizontal direction, the outer tub includes a first tub 211 and a second tub 212, the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 are arranged along an axial direction of the outer tub (a front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1 and 10), the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 are connected by a plurality of fasteners 214, and any one of the fasteners 214 is lower than a highest point of the outer tub.

According to the laundry treatment apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by setting any one of the fastening members 214 lower than the highest point of the tub, it is advantageous to reduce the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of fastening members 214 are provided at intervals along a circumferential direction of the outer tub, ensuring connection reliability and sealability of the first and second tubs 211 and 212 in the circumferential direction.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rear end of the first tub 211 is closed to form a tub bottom of the tub, the front end of the first tub 211 has a first opening, the front end of the second tub 212 has an opening to form an open opening of the tub, and the rear end of the second tub 212 has a second opening, i.e., the first tub 211 has a first opening opened toward the second tub 212, and the second tub 212 has a second opening opened toward the first tub 211.

Further, the peripheral wall of the first barrel 211 is provided with a plurality of first lugs 2111, the plurality of first lugs 2111 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first opening, the peripheral wall of the second barrel 212 is provided with a plurality of second lugs 2121, the plurality of second lugs 2121 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second opening, the plurality of first lugs 2111 and the plurality of second lugs 2121 are in one-to-one correspondence in position and are correspondingly connected through a plurality of fasteners 214, so that the tight connection of the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 is realized.

In some examples, the heights of the first and second lugs 2111 and 2121 are not higher than the highest point of the tub, which is beneficial for reducing the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.

As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, any two adjacent first lugs 2111 are connected by a first connecting rib 2112, the first connecting rib 2112 extends along the circumferential direction of the first opening, any two adjacent second lugs 2121 are connected by a second connecting rib 2122, and the second connecting rib 2122 extends along the circumferential direction of the second opening, so that not only the structural strength of the first lugs 2111 and the second lugs 2121 can be ensured, but also the contact area between the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be increased, and the connection tightness between the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be further improved.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the highest point of the tub has an avoidance platform 213, and the height of any one of the fasteners 214 is lower than the avoidance platform 213. Therefore, by providing the avoidance platform 213, i.e., by flattening the top of the tub of the first laundry treatment module without affecting the structural strength of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module can be reduced, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.

In some embodiments, the first barrel 211 has a first connecting rib 2112 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, the second barrel 212 has a second connecting rib 2122 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, and the avoiding platform 213 is disposed on the first connecting rib 2112 and/or the second connecting rib 2122 at the top of the tub, that is, the first connecting rib 2112 and the second connecting rib 2122 at the top of the tub are flattened, which is beneficial to reduce the height of the tub of the first laundry processing module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry processing apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry processing apparatus 100.

In some embodiments, the first laundry treating module is hung from the upper portion of the support frame 10 by the upper connecting assembly 40, and the upper connecting assembly 40 is connected to the first tub 211 and the second tub 212.

Specifically, the upper connection assembly 40 includes a plurality of upper connection members 41 arranged at intervals, at least one upper connection member 41 is connected to the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the first tub 211, and at least one upper connection member 41 is connected to the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the second tub 212, ensuring the mounting reliability and stability of the first laundry treating module.

In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a connecting cross member 14 at a central portion, and the first laundry treatment module is supported to the support frame 10 by an upper vibration damping assembly 50, wherein the upper vibration damping assembly 50 includes at least two upper vibration damping members 51 disposed opposite to each other, and each upper vibration damping member 51 is connected to the connecting cross member 14 and the first laundry treatment module, respectively.

Specifically, the axial length of the first tub 211 is greater than the axial length of the second tub 212, the upper damper 51 is formed as an upper damper, one end of the upper damper is connected to the connection beam 14 and the other end is connected to the first tub 211, not only can a damping effect be achieved, but also the stability of the first laundry treating module can be ensured.

In some embodiments, the first fabric treatment module further comprises an inner drum rotatably disposed within the outer drum.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further comprises a second laundry treating module, the first laundry treating module being disposed in the accommodating space and connected to the support frame 10, the second laundry treating module being located below the first laundry treating module. The second clothes processing module can be a clothes washing module and can also be a clothes drying module.

Other configurations and operations of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
