Fork assembly 453 includes a fork shaft 4531 and a fork shaft 4532, and the two fork shafts 4531 are rotatably connected at their middle portions by the fork shaft 4532.

The lower end face of the lifting box 452 is provided with a second sliding groove 4533 communicated with the interior of the lifting box 452, the lower end of the scissor shaft 4532 is provided with a second sliding block 4534, the second sliding block 4534 is in sliding fit with the second sliding groove 4533, the lower end of the second sliding block 4534 is provided with a press-cutting rod 4535, the lower end of the press-cutting rod 4535 is provided with a press-cutting blade 4536, and the press-cutting blade 4536 is an annular blade.

During specific work, the third electric push rod 451 works, a telescopic rod of the third electric push rod 451 extends out to drive the lifting box 452 to move downwards, so that the pressing and cutting blade 4536 moves downwards to press and cut holes in the rear side close to the edge of the accounting voucher, the edge of the opening of the accounting voucher is supported by the branched chain 46, paper scraps which are cut by the holes enter the collecting branched chain 47 to be collected, and the position of the pressing and cutting blade 4536 is adjusted according to specific needs; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the second driving motor 458 is a forward and reverse rotating motor, the second driving motor 458 works, an output shaft of the second driving motor 458 rotates to drive the screw rod 457 to rotate, opposite threads on the front side and the rear side of the screw rod 457 drive the first sliding block 455 to approach to the middle, the first sliding block 455 enables the hinged parts of the two sets of scissors assemblies 453 to approach to each other through a pin shaft, so that the scissors assemblies 453 extend, the scissors assemblies 453 on the left side and the right side of the first sliding block 455 extend, so that the scissors shaft 4532 on the left side of the first sliding block 455 and the scissors shaft 4532 on the right side of the first sliding block 455 are far away from each other, the distances between the scissors shafts 4532 are equal, the second sliding block 4534 is driven to slide in the second sliding groove 4533 when the scissors shaft 4532 moves, the pressing rod 4535 and the pressing blade 4536 at the lower end of the pressing rod 4535 move along with the second sliding block 4534, so that the pressing blades 4536 are far away from each other gradually and the distances are equal, and the opposite output shafts of the second driving motor 458 rotate reversely, make between the pressure cutting blade 4536 be close to each other gradually and the distance equals to reach the interval of adjusting between the pressure cutting blade 4536 and make the interval between it equal purpose, guaranteed that the interval of pressure cutting blade 4536 trompil on the accounting voucher equals, can punch the accounting voucher of requirement and different size specifications according to the difference moreover and adjust the position of punching, equal interval punch and improved the aesthetic property of binding.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, the fitting branch 46 includes a rectangular plate 461, a fitting groove 462, a third sliding groove 463, a fitting block 464, a fitting hole 465, a moving rod 466, a through groove 467 and a connecting rod 468, the rectangular plate 461 is arranged on the front end surface of the lower side of the second mounting plate 44, the middle part of the rectangular plate 461 is provided with a matching groove 462, the lower part of the second mounting plate 44 is provided with a third sliding groove 463, the third sliding groove 463 is connected to the fitting groove 462, the moving rod 466 has an L-shaped structure, and the carriage release lever 466 is provided with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of carriage release levers 466 one side sliding connection are in No. three sliding tray 463, and the one end that the carriage release lever 466 is close to cooperation groove 462 is provided with cooperation piece 464, cooperation piece 464 and cooperation groove 462 sliding fit, and cooperation hole 465 has been seted up in the middle part of cooperation piece 464, and logical groove 467 has been seted up in the middle part of No. two mounting panels 44, and carriage release lever 466 slides through connecting rod 468, and connecting rod 468 one end and No. two sliding block 4534 fixed connection.

During specific work, the press-cutting blade 4536 penetrates through the matching hole 465 to press paper scraps removed by press-cutting into the drawing box 472 during punching, when the paper scraps in the drawing box 472 are too much, the drawing box 472 is pulled out from the fixing box 471 through the pulling handle 473, the paper scraps are poured out from the drawing box 472 and are placed into the fixing box 471 again, and the use is rapid and convenient.

Referring to fig. 8, a second ejection spring 4538 is disposed at the lower end of the pressure cutting rod 4535 inside the pressure cutting blade 4536, a material returning block 4537 is disposed at the lower end of the second ejection spring 4538, and the material returning block 4537 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the pressure cutting blade 4536.

During specific work, paper scraps punched and removed by the pressing cutter 4536 enter the pressing cutter 4536 and push the material returning block 4537 to move upwards, the material returning block 4537 presses the second ejection spring 4538 to compress the second ejection spring 4538, and when the pressing cutter 4536 penetrates through an accounting voucher, the second ejection spring 4538 pushes the material returning block 4537 downwards to push the paper scraps out of the pressing cutter hole and fall into the drawing box 472, so that the paper scraps are prevented from remaining in the pressing cutter 4536.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, after the accounting voucher is punched, the punching mechanism 4 returns to the initial position, the second electric push rod 43 works, the telescopic rod of the second electric push rod 43 is contracted to drive, the moving block 42 slides backwards in the moving groove 41, the moving block 42 drives the second mounting plate 44, the punching branched chain 45, the matching branched chain 46 and the collecting branched chain 47 to move backwards for a certain distance, the rotating motor 21 works, the output shaft of the rotating motor 21 rotates 180 degrees, so that the punched side of the accounting voucher is rotated to the front side, then the accounting voucher is manually bound by using a riveting tube binding machine or threading, the accounting voucher is still fixed in the punching process and after punching is finished, the situation that the accounting voucher is difficult to bind due to the scattered and staggered layers is prevented, meanwhile, the second electric push rod 43 enables the moving block 42 to drive the second mounting plate 44, the punching branched chain 45, the matching branched chain 46 and the collecting branched chain 47 to reset, the clamping mechanism 2 and the pressing mechanism 3 are reset, so that the meter slip is taken down.

During operation, the first step: the accountant voucher which is arranged in a stack is placed between the clamping plates 29, the first driving motor 24 works, the output shaft of the first driving motor 24 rotates clockwise to drive the fixing rod 25 to rotate clockwise, the fixing rod 25 drives the sliding block 28 to move towards the middle of the first mounting plate 23 in the sliding groove 27 through the connecting rod 26, and the clamping plates 29 are close to each other along with the sliding block 28 to limit the left end and the right end of the accountant voucher between the clamping plates, so that the accountant voucher is prevented from being scattered towards the left side and the right side during subsequent punching;

the second step is that: the first electric push rod 33 works, the telescopic rod of the first electric push rod 33 extends out to drive the lower press plate 34 to move downwards, so that the pressing blocks 37 also move downwards, the pressing blocks 37 on the left side and the right side are blocked by the clamping plate 29 to stop moving downwards, the first ejection spring 38 between the lower pressing plate 34 and the pressing blocks 37 is compressed, the pressing blocks 37 in the middle of the lower pressing plate 34 which are not blocked by the clamping plate 29 continue to move downwards to press the accounting vouchers among the clamping plates 29, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 33 stops extending after pressing is completed, thereby achieving the purpose of fixing the accounting vouchers, preventing the accounting vouchers from generating relative dislocation sliding to damage the accounting vouchers in the subsequent punching process, the limit and the fixation of the accounting vouchers with different sizes and specifications can be realized under the common cooperation of the clamping plate 29 and the pressing block 37, so that the application range of the equipment is expanded;

the third step: when the third electric push rod 451 works, the telescopic rod of the third electric push rod 451 extends out to drive the lifting box 452 to move downwards, so that the pressing and cutting blade 4536 moves downwards to press and cut holes at the edge close to the rear side of the accounting voucher, the edge of the opening of the accounting voucher is supported by the branched chain 46, paper scraps cut by the holes enter the collecting branched chain 47 to be collected, and the position of the pressing and cutting blade 4536 is adjusted according to specific requirements;

the fourth step: the punching mechanism 4 returns to the initial position, the second electric push rod 43 works, the telescopic rod of the second electric push rod 43 is contracted and driven, the moving block 42 slides backwards in the moving groove 41, the moving block 42 drives the second mounting plate 44, the punching branched chain 45, the matching branched chain 46 and the collecting branched chain 47 to move backwards for a certain distance, the rotating motor 21 works, the output shaft of the rotating motor 21 rotates for 180 degrees, so that the punched side of the accounting voucher is turned to the front side, and then the accounting voucher is bound by using a riveting tube binding machine or threading by workers, so that the accounting voucher is still in a fixed state in the punching process and after punching is completed, the situation that the accounting voucher is difficult to bind due to a scattered and staggered layer is prevented, and meanwhile, the second electric push rod 43 enables the moving block 42 to drive the second mounting plate 44, the punching branched chain 45, the matching branched chain 46 and the collecting branched chain 47 to reset;

the fifth step: the clamping mechanism 2 and the pressing mechanism 3 are reset, so that the meter slip is taken down.
