Detailed Description

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the variable-diameter drill rod blowout preventer box device comprises an outer full-sealing cover plate 1, an inner half-sealing cover plate 2, a hinge 3, a screw 4, a first sealing groove strip 5, a cylinder shell 7, a hinge 8, a screw 10, a guide groove 6, a handrail 9, a screw 11, a locking device 12, an inner inclined plane 13, a second sealing groove strip 14, an outer tie 15, a lower cover plate 16, a third sealing groove strip 25, a screw 20, a lifting rod 19, a screw 18, an upper slide rail 17, a slide block 21, a lower slide rail 26, a bottom plate 22 and a universal wheel 24.

The outer full-sealing cover plate 1 and the inner half-sealing cover plate 2 are connected by a hinge 3, the hinge 3 and the outer full-sealing cover plate 1 are connected by a screw 4, and the upper half part of the outer full-sealing cover plate 1 is provided with a hole groove 201.

The cylinder shell 7 is provided with two half cylinders which are connected with screws 10 by hinges 8, and the outer full-sealing cover plate 1 and the inner half-sealing cover plate 2 are respectively fixed at the tops of the two half cylinders; the lower cover plate 16 is fixed to the bottom of the two half cylinders, respectively, which are connected by the hinge 8 (what the hinges 8 and 27 differ). The loose-leaf 8 is fixed on the round through shell 7 by a screw 11; the cylinder shell 7 is connected with the handrail 9 through a screw 10; the cylinder shell 7 is fixedly connected with a locking device 12; the cylinder shell 7 is in threaded connection with an outer screw 15.

The guiding groove 6 is provided with two half grooves which are respectively fixed at the opening groove 201 of the outer full-sealing cover plate 1.

The inner bevel 13 is an ellipse divided into two, the middle of the ellipse is provided with a groove 203 and a circle with the diameter of the step of the drill rod 23, and the ellipse is connected with the second sealing groove strip 14 in a clinging manner.

The lower cover plate 16 is provided with a groove 204 inside to be closely connected with the third sealing groove strip 25, and the bottom of the lower cover plate 16 is fixedly connected with the upper sliding rail 17.

The upper slide rail 17 and the lower slide rail 26 are connected with the lifting rod 19 through screws, the lifting rod 19 is connected through a screw 20, a groove 205 is formed in the upper slide rail 17 and the lower slide rail 26, a sliding block 21 is arranged in the groove 205, and the upper slide rail 17 and the lower slide rail are connected with the lifting rod 19 through a screw 18.

The bottom plate 22 is fixedly connected with the lower slide rail 26, and the lower part of the bottom plate 22 is fixed with the universal wheel 24 through screws.

The inner half-sealing cover plate 1 also comprises an I-shaped groove 202, a first sealing groove strip 5 is embedded in the groove 202, and a reducing sealing ring is embedded in the first sealing groove strip 5, so that the inner diameter of the cover plate can be adjusted according to the size of the drill rod 2323.

The outer part of the cylinder shell 7 is provided with a handrail 9, a locking device 12 and a three-hinged hinge 8, the handrail 9 and the cylinder shell 7 are fixed through a screw 10, the locking device 12 is positioned on the edge of the front side surface of the cylinder shell 7 and used for closing and locking the cylinder shell 7, the three-hinged hinge 8 is positioned on the edge of the rear side surface of the cylinder shell 7 and used for fixing the shaft of the cylinder shell 7 and rotating around the hinge 8.

The guiding groove 6 is fixed in the cylinder shell 7 and is close to the top, the upper table surface of the guiding groove 6 is fixed on the outer full-sealing cover plate 1, the lower table surface of the guiding groove 6 is fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder shell 7, the drill rod 23 is buckled off and plays a guiding role when approaching the inner half-sealing cover plate 2, and the drill rod 23 is prevented from being pulled over the device in a non-centered mode.

Interior inclined plane 13 is fixed inside drum shell 7, and interior inclined plane 13 middle part is drawn a hole the disc and is slightly greater than drilling rod 23 external diameter, and interior inclined plane 13 inner circle is equipped with recess 203, is equipped with second sealed groove 14 in the recess 203, inlays the sealing washer in the second sealed groove 14, and the device is installed and is sealed drum upper and lower part when drilling rod 23, avoids the drilling fluid to overflow when unloading drilling rod 23 and leaks.

The lifting system is fixed on the lower cover plate 16 and the cylinder shell 7 and comprises a lifting rod 19, an upper sliding rail 17, a lower sliding rail 26, a sliding block 21, a bottom plate 22 and a universal wheel 24, wherein the upper sliding rail 17 and the lower sliding rail 26 are respectively positioned at the bottom of the cylinder shell 7 and fixedly connected with the bottom plate 22, the upper sliding rail 17 and the lower sliding rail 26 are connected with the lifting rod 19 through screws 18, a groove 205 is formed in the upper sliding rail 17, a groove 206 is formed in the lower sliding rail 26, the movable sliding block 21 is arranged in the groove, and the sliding block 21 is fixedly connected with the lifting rod 19. The bottom plate 22 is connected with the universal wheel 24 through screws, when the height of the device needs to be adjusted, the position of the slide block 21 is adjusted through a hydraulic system, the height of the lifting rod 19 is adjusted through movement of the slide block 21, and when the position needs to be moved, the position of the device is changed through the universal wheel 24.

The using method of the device comprises the following steps:

in the process of removing a drill and a single drill rod during drilling, after B-type tongs (hydraulic tongs) release a connecting buckle between drill rods, the device is pushed to the position of the drill rods through universal wheels, the upper position and the lower position of a mechanical lifting rod are adjusted through a hydraulic system, the device is determined to be locked and installed through an external handrail of the device, and an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a slope making surface and a guide groove are tightly attached to the drill rods. After the installation is finished, the drilling crew carries out normal tripping, the drill rod is continuously lifted to the inner inclined plane to be separated from the lower drill rod buckle, the drilling fluid flows out of the inner inclined plane, the recovery rate is increased through the inclination angle, and the drilling fluid is recovered to the overhead groove by pulling the outer screw; the drill rod is lifted continuously and lifted out of the inner half-sealing cover plate through the guide groove, the inner half-sealing cover plate returns through the automatic spring after the drill rod is completely lifted out, and the drill rod is placed normally subsequently. The drilling fluid recycling device can recycle the drilling fluid again, prevent the drilling fluid from being wasted in the process of pulling out the drill and discharging single, and prevent the drilling fluid from falling to the ground.
