1. A flow directing collar, comprising:

the air inlet part (1) comprises an air inlet guide surface (11);

the air outlet part extends from the air inlet part (1) and comprises an air outlet guide surface;

the boss (2) extends out from one side of the air inlet part (1) back to the air inlet guide surface (11) to the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface (11); and the projection of the air outlet guide surface far away from one end of the air inlet guide surface (11) in the radial outward direction of the guide ring falls on the air inlet part (1) or the boss (2).

2. The deflector ring according to claim 1, wherein the boss (2) is of an annular structure.

The flow guide ring of claim 6, wherein the length of the air outlet part in the axial direction of the flow guide ring is L1, the length of the air inlet part (1) in the axial direction of the flow guide ring is L2, and the length of the second air outlet section (5) in the axial direction of the flow guide ring is L3, so that L1, L2 and L3 are satisfied, and L1 > L2 > L3.

13. A wind turbine, characterized in that it comprises a guide ring according to any of claims 1-12, and a wind wheel (6).

14. A wind turbine, characterized by comprising a guide ring according to any of claims 8-10, and a wind wheel (6); the inner diameter of the wind wheel (6) is D4, the outer diameter is D5,

d4 and D3, D3 > D4, and/or,

d5 and D1, D1 > D5.

15. The fan set forth in claim 14 wherein (D5-D4)/3 ≦ D5-D3 ≦ 2(D5-D4)/3 is satisfied between D3, D4, and D5.

16. The fan of claim 14 wherein D1 and D5 satisfy, 4mm ≦ D1-D5 ≦ 6 mm.

17. The fan as claimed in claim 14, wherein the boss (2) has an inner diameter D6, such that D6 > D5 is satisfied between D6 and D5.

18. The fan of claim 17, wherein D6 and D5 satisfy, 10mm ≦ D6-D5 ≦ 15 mm.

19. The fan according to claim 13, wherein the distance between the end of the boss (2) far away from the air inlet part (1) and the end surface of the wind wheel (6) is S, and S is satisfied, and S is larger than or equal to 2mm and smaller than or equal to 4 mm.

20. The wind turbine according to any of claims 13-19, characterized in that the wind turbine is a centrifugal wind turbine and the wind turbine (6) is a centrifugal wind turbine (6).

21. An apparatus having a fan, comprising a fan as claimed in any one of claims 13 to 20.

22. The device with a blower of claim 21, wherein the device with a blower is an air conditioner indoor unit.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a flow guide ring, a fan and a device with the fan.

Background

The guide ring is an important component in an air supply system of the centrifugal fan and mainly plays a role in guiding airflow entering the volute of the centrifugal fan.

The molded line of the axial air inlet surface of the traditional guide ring used by matching the air conditioner cabinet internal unit with the centrifugal fan is in a single-arc shape or in a form of a single arc and a straight line. The working surface of the centrifugal fan is only arranged at the inlet position of the guide ring, no matter on the inlet edge of the guide ring or at the outlet, the function of changing a wind field cannot be achieved, vortex flow is easily generated at the front disc position of the impeller, the centrifugal volute of the centrifugal fan is uneven in air inlet and uneven in air outlet, and the centrifugal fan is enabled to generate large noise.

The existing flow guide ring comprises an air inlet portion, an air outlet portion and a boss, wherein the air inlet portion is connected with the air outlet portion, the air inlet portion comprises a first flow guide arc surface, the air outlet portion comprises a second flow guide arc surface, one end of the second flow guide arc surface is tangent to one end of the first flow guide arc surface, and the other end of the second flow guide arc surface is an air outlet end. The second flow guide arc surface is an arc surface, the circle center of the second flow guide arc surface is defined as a second circle center, and an included angle beta exists between the contact point of the tangent point and the second circle center and the vertical axis, so that the second flow guide arc surface forms a convex surface on the outer edge of the inlet of the flow guide ring. The plane of the central axis of the guide ring cuts the guide ring into a cross section, and in the cross section, an included angle alpha exists between a connecting line of the air outlet end of the second guide cambered surface and the second circle center and the horizontal axis, so that the second guide cambered surface forms a convex surface at the outlet of the guide ring. Above-mentioned water conservancy diversion circle, through setting up first water conservancy diversion cambered surface and second water conservancy diversion cambered surface, and the second water conservancy diversion cambered surface forms the convex surface with the exit of water conservancy diversion circle on the import outward flange of water conservancy diversion circle, has strengthened the wall surface flow of water conservancy diversion circle in import outer edge and exit for centrifugal fan's air inlet, air-out homoenergetic are more even.

However, since a certain movement gap is formed between the centrifugal wind wheel and the wall surface of the volute, the above-mentioned flow guiding ring can cause the situation that the airflow sucked by the centrifugal wind wheel enters the volute from the movement gap and the airflow entering the volute exits the volute through the movement gap, which causes a large backflow and leakage between the wind wheel and the flow guiding ring.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the guide ring in the prior art has larger backflow and leakage with the wind wheel when being installed on the fan, so that the guide ring, the fan and the device with the fan, which can reduce the backflow and leakage with the wind wheel, are provided.

The invention provides a flow guide ring, which comprises:

the air inlet part comprises an air inlet guide surface;

the air outlet part extends from the air inlet part and comprises an air outlet guide surface;

the boss extends out from one side of the air inlet part, which is back to the air inlet guide surface, to the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface; and the projection of the air outlet guide surface far away from one end of the air inlet guide surface in the radial outward direction of the guide ring falls on the air inlet part or the boss.

The boss is of an annular structure.

The extension length L0 that the boss is to keeping away from the air inlet water conservancy diversion face direction satisfies, L0 is 5 mm.

Still include the installation department, the air inlet portion by the installation department extends to the direction of being close to the axle center of water conservancy diversion circle, and is extending the in-process, air inlet water conservancy diversion face with distance between the boss crescent.

The air outlet part comprises a first air outlet section, and the air outlet flow guide surface comprises a first air outlet surface arranged on the first air outlet section; the first air outlet section extends from the air inlet part to the direction close to the axis of the flow guide ring, and the distance between the first air outlet surface and the boss is gradually reduced in the extending process.

The air outlet part also comprises a second air outlet section, and the air outlet flow guide surface also comprises a second air outlet surface arranged on the second air outlet section; the second air outlet section extends from the first air outlet section to the direction far away from the axis of the flow guide ring, and the distance between the second air outlet surface and the boss is gradually reduced in the extending process.

The air inlet guide surface, the first air outlet surface and the second air outlet surface are cambered surfaces.

The diameter of the intersection of the air inlet guide surface and the first air outlet surface is D1, the diameter of one end, far away from the first air outlet surface, of the second air outlet surface is D2, the diameter of the intersection of the first air outlet surface and the second air outlet surface is D3, and then D1, D2 and D3 are satisfied, and D1 is greater than D2 and greater than D3.

D1 and D3 are satisfied, and D1-D3 are less than or equal to 15mm and less than or equal to 20 mm.

D2 and D3 are satisfied, and D2-D3 are less than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.

The air-out portion is L1 at the ascending length of water conservancy diversion circle axial, the air inlet portion is L2 at the ascending length of water conservancy diversion circle axial, the second air-out section is L3 at the ascending length of water conservancy diversion circle axial, then satisfies between L1, L2 and L3, L1 > L2 > L3.

L1 satisfies, 10 mm. ltoreq. L1. ltoreq.15 mm, and/or,

l2 satisfies, 8 mm. ltoreq. L2. ltoreq.10 mm, and/or,

l3 satisfies that L3 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.

The invention also provides a fan which comprises the guide ring and a wind wheel.

The invention also provides a fan, which comprises the guide ring and a wind wheel; the inner diameter of the wind wheel is D4, the outer diameter is D5,

d4 and D3, D3 > D4, and/or,

d5 and D1, D1 > D5.

D3, D4 and D5 are satisfied, wherein (D5-D4)/3 is equal to or less than D5-D3 is equal to or less than 2 (D5-D4)/3.

D1 and D5 are satisfied, and D1-D5 are less than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 6 mm.

The inner diameter of the boss is D6, then, D6 and D5 satisfy, D6 > D5.

D6 and D5 are satisfied, and D6-D5 are less than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 15 mm.

And the distance between one end of the boss, which is far away from the air inlet part, and the end surface of the wind wheel is S, and then S is satisfied, wherein S is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 4 mm.

The fan is a centrifugal fan, and the wind wheel is a centrifugal wind wheel.

The invention also provides a device with the fan, which comprises the fan.

The device with the fan is an air conditioner indoor unit.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following effects:

1. the invention provides a guide ring, which comprises: the air inlet part comprises an air inlet guide surface; the air outlet part extends from the air inlet part and comprises an air outlet guide surface; the boss extends out from one side of the air inlet part, which is back to the air inlet guide surface, to the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface; and the projection of the air outlet guide surface far away from one end of the air inlet guide surface in the radial outward direction of the guide ring falls on the air inlet part or the boss. Through setting up the boss to make air-out water conservancy diversion face keep away from the one end of air inlet water conservancy diversion face, at the radial ascending projection in outside direction along the water conservancy diversion circle, fall in the air inlet portion or on the boss, when using water conservancy diversion circle and wind wheel cooperation, can prevent that the air current that is inhaled by the wind wheel scurries into the casing from the movement clearance between wind wheel and the casing, perhaps prevents that the air current that has got into in the casing from scurring out the casing through the movement clearance between wind wheel and the casing, thereby can effectively reduce the backward flow and the leakage that produce between wind wheel and the water conservancy diversion circle.

2. According to the guide ring provided by the invention, the extension length L0 of the boss in the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface is satisfied, and L0 is more than 3mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. Therefore, when the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel for use, the air flow can be more effectively prevented from flowing back.

3. According to the guide ring provided by the invention, the diameter of the intersection of the air inlet guide surface and the first air outlet surface is D1, the diameter of one end, away from the first air outlet surface, of the second air outlet surface is D2, the diameter of the intersection of the first air outlet surface and the second air outlet surface is D3, D1, D2 and D3 are satisfied, and D1 is greater than D2 is greater than D3. When the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel for use, a uniform airflow speed field and a uniform airflow pressure field can be established in front of the inlet of the wind wheel, and the characteristics of the airflow field in the wind turbine are improved.

4. The fan provided by the invention comprises the guide ring and a wind wheel; the inner diameter of the wind wheel is D4, the outer diameter is D5, then, D4 and D3 meet, D3 is more than D4, and/or, D5 and D1 meet, D1 is more than D5. When the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel for use, better guide can be realized, and air flow backflow and leakage can be prevented.

5. According to the fan provided by the invention, the distance between the end, far away from the air inlet part, of the boss and the end surface of the wind wheel is S, S is satisfied, and S is larger than or equal to 2mm and smaller than or equal to 4 mm. Therefore, when the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel for use, the air flow can be more effectively prevented from flowing back.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the present embodiment provides a flow guiding ring, which includes an air inlet portion 1, an air outlet portion and a boss 2.

The air inlet portion 1 includes an air inlet guide surface 11.

The air outlet part extends from the air inlet part 1 and comprises an air outlet guide surface.

The boss 2 extends out from one side of the air inlet part 1 back to the air inlet guide surface 11 to the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface 11; and the projection of the air outlet flow guide surface far away from one end of the air inlet flow guide surface 11 in the radial outward direction of the flow guide ring falls on the air inlet part 1 or the boss 2.

Through setting up boss 2 to make the air-out water conservancy diversion face keep away from the one end of air inlet water conservancy diversion face 11, at the radial ascending projection in outside direction along the water conservancy diversion circle, fall in air inlet portion 1 or on boss 2, when using water conservancy diversion circle and 6 cooperations of wind wheel, can prevent that the air current that is inhaled by wind wheel 6 scurries into the casing from the movement clearance between wind wheel 6 and the casing, perhaps prevents that the air current that has got into in the casing from scurring out the casing through the movement clearance between wind wheel 6 and the casing, thereby can effectively reduce the backward flow that produces between wind wheel 6 and the water conservancy diversion circle and leak and scurring the casing

The specific structural form of the boss 2 is not limited, and in the present embodiment, the boss 2 has an annular structure.

The extension length of the boss 2 in the direction far away from the air inlet guide surface 11 is L0, in order to more effectively prevent air flow from flowing back when the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel 6, preferably L0 meets the requirement that L0 is more than 3mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. Specifically, L0 in the present embodiment satisfies L0 ═ 5 mm.

The water conservancy diversion circle that this embodiment provided still includes installation department 3, and air inlet portion 1 is extended to the direction that is close to the axle center of water conservancy diversion circle by installation department 3, and at the extension in-process, the distance between air inlet water conservancy diversion face 11 and the boss 2 increases gradually.

The air outlet part comprises a first air outlet section 4, and the air outlet flow guide surface comprises a first air outlet surface 41 arranged on the first air outlet section 4; the first air outlet section 4 extends from the air inlet portion 1 to a direction close to the axis of the flow guide ring, and the distance between the first air outlet surface 41 and the boss 2 is gradually reduced in the extending process.

The air outlet part also comprises a second air outlet section 5, and the air outlet guide surface also comprises a second air outlet surface 51 arranged on the second air outlet section 5; the second air outlet section 5 extends from the first air outlet section 4 to the direction far away from the axis of the flow guide ring, and the distance between the second air outlet surface 51 and the boss 2 is gradually reduced in the extending process.

The air inlet guide surface 11, the first air outlet surface 41 and the second air outlet surface 51 are all cambered surfaces. Specifically, in this embodiment, the air inlet guide surface 11, the first air outlet surface 41, and the second air outlet surface 51 are all arc surfaces.

The diameter of the intersection of the air inlet guide surface 11 and the first air outlet surface 41 is D1, the diameter of one end, away from the first air outlet surface 41, of the second air outlet surface 51 is D2, the diameter of the intersection of the first air outlet surface 41 and the second air outlet surface 51 is D3, and D1, D2 and D3 are satisfied, and D1 is greater than D2 and greater than D3. Thus, when the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel 6 for use, a uniform airflow speed field and a uniform pressure field can be established in front of the inlet of the wind wheel 6, and the characteristics of the airflow field in the wind turbine are improved.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, D1 and D3 satisfy, 15 mm. ltoreq. D1-D3. ltoreq.20 mm. D2 and D3 are satisfied, and D2-D3 are less than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.

The axial length of the air outlet part in the flow guide ring is L1, the axial length of the air inlet part 1 in the flow guide ring is L2, and the axial length of the second air outlet section 5 in the flow guide ring is L3, so that L1, L2 and L3 are satisfied, and L1 is greater than L2 is greater than L3.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, L1 satisfies, L1 ≦ 15 mm; and/or L2 meets the condition that L2 is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 10 mm; and/or L3 satisfies that L3 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.

The embodiment also provides a centrifugal fan, which comprises the guide ring, the wind wheel 6 and the casing. Wherein, the water conservancy diversion circle passes through installation department 3 to be installed on the casing, and wind wheel 6 installs in the casing.

The inner diameter of the wind wheel 6 is D4, the outer diameter is D5, in order to better guide the flow and prevent the air flow from flowing back and leaking when the guide ring is matched with the wind wheel 6, the requirement between D4 and D3 in the embodiment is met, and D3 is more than D4; and/or, D1 > D5 are satisfied between D5 and D1.

Specifically, D3, D4 and D5 satisfy the condition that D5-D4/3 is not more than D5-D3 is not more than 2D 5-D4/3; and/or D1 and D5 meet the requirement that the distance between 4mm and D1-D5 is less than or equal to 6 mm.

The inner diameter of the boss 2 is D6, then, D6 and D5 satisfy, D6 > D5. Specifically, in the present embodiment, 10 mm. ltoreq.D 6-D5. ltoreq.15 mm.

The boss 2 is far away from the one end of air inlet portion 1, and is S with the distance between the terminal surface of wind wheel 6, in order to can more effectively prevent the air current backward flow when using water conservancy diversion circle and the cooperation of wind wheel 6, in this embodiment, S satisfies, and S is not less than 2mm and is not more than 4 mm.

The specific form of the fan is not limited, and the fan in this embodiment is a centrifugal fan, and correspondingly, the wind wheel 6 is a centrifugal wind wheel 6, and the casing is a volute.

The embodiment also provides an air conditioner indoor unit comprising the fan. As an alternative embodiment, the air conditioner indoor unit may be replaced by other devices having a fan, such as an air conditioner outdoor unit or a range hood.
