Background

The case rack is the metal cabinet body that is used for holding communication, distribution equipment, and in the installation, some cabinet bodies are directly placed subaerial, utilize the dead weight to accomplish the location, but the stability of this kind of case rack is not good enough, to the majority of cabinet bodies, and it is provided with the base in the bottom, and in the installation, the base passes through modes such as pre-buried and ground fixed connection, then passes through connected modes such as screw with the case rack and fixes on the base, accomplishes the installation of case rack.

Since the sizes of the box cabinets are various, the box cabinets corresponding to each size are provided with the base independently, and the problems exist that: 1. during production, a plurality of different production lines need to be equipped, which wastes manpower and material resources; 2. the base of multiple specification is very easily confused when using, influences the installation effectiveness.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to avoid the defects in the prior art and provides the adjustable universal base for the floor type box cabinet and the using method, so that the defects in the prior art are effectively overcome.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the adjustable general base of the floor type box cabinet comprises a square frame, wherein the square frame is formed by enclosing two first-length adjustable frame plates and two second-length adjustable frame plates;

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the base in the invention has strong adjustability, the length and width of the whole framework structure can be adjusted according to the size of the box cabinet, and the position of the embedded rod can be adjusted according to the position of the mounting hole on the box cabinet, so that the position of the mounting end on the embedded rod meets the actual requirement, and the invention has strong universality and can be suitable for box cabinets of various specifications.

The second length-adjustable frame plate 20 comprises second fixing plates 21 located on two sides and a second connecting plate 22 used for connecting the second fixing plates 21 on the two sides, the second fixing plates 21 and the second connecting plate 22 are connected through a second adjusting type connecting structure, and the sizes of the second fixing plates 21 on the two sides are the same.

The first fixing plate 11 and the second fixing plate 21 are fixedly connected, and the first fixing plate 11 and the second fixing plate 21 located at corresponding positions form an L-shaped framework structure, that is, four corners of the present invention are respectively provided with an L-shaped framework structure.

The fixed pre-buried pole 23 that is provided with of adjustable position on the frame plate 20 with adjustable second length, pre-buried pole 23 set up along vertical direction, and the bottom of pre-buried pole 23 extends to square frame's below, and the top of pre-buried pole 23 extends to square frame's top and forms the installation end that is used for the install bin rack.

The first fixing plate 11 and the second fixing plate 21 are fixedly connected by an L-shaped connecting plate 30, in this embodiment, the L-shaped connecting plate 30 is connected with the first fixing plate 11 by a first bolt 41, the L-shaped connecting plate 30 is connected with the second fixing plate 21 by a second bolt 42, and in order to improve the connection strength, at least two first bolts 41 and two second bolts 42 are arranged in parallel at each place, and nuts are arranged on both the first bolts 41 and the second bolts 42.

The first adjustable connecting structure comprises a third bolt 43, the first fixing plate 11 and the first connecting plate 12 are respectively provided with a first long slot hole 111 and a second long slot hole 121 in cooperation with the third bolt 43, and the third bolt 43 passes through the first long slot hole 111 and the second long slot hole 121 and then is fixed through a nut; the second adjustable connecting structure includes a fourth bolt 44, a third long slot 211 and a fourth long slot 221 are respectively arranged on the second fixing plate 21 and the second connecting plate 22 in cooperation with the fourth bolt 44, and the fourth bolt 44 passes through the third long slot 211 and the fourth long slot 221 and then is fixed by a nut.

The cross sections of the first fixing plate 11, the first connecting plate 12, the second fixing plate 21 and the second connecting plate 22 are L-shaped, for convenience, angle iron can be directly adopted for manufacturing, thus, the guide and auxiliary fixing effects can be achieved between the first fixing plate 11 and the first connecting plate 12 and between the second fixing plate 21 and the second connecting plate 22, the first fixing plate 11, the first connecting plate 12, the second fixing plate 21 and the second connecting plate 22 respectively comprise a horizontal part and a vertical part, and the first long slot hole 111, the second long slot hole 121, the third long slot hole 211 and the fourth long slot hole 221 are respectively arranged on the vertical part.

The bottom of embedded rod 23 is provided with the portion of bending 231, the portion of bending 231 can play fine ground effect of grabbing when pre-buried, improve joint strength, the mounting end is for setting up the screw thread portion 232 on embedded rod 23 upper portion, cooperate screw thread portion 232 respectively on second fixed plate 21 and the second connecting plate 22 to be provided with fifth long slot 212 and sixth long slot 222, screw thread portion 232 alternates in fifth long slot 212 and sixth long slot 222 to fix through the lock nut 45 that is located both sides from top to bottom.

The use method of the adjustable universal base of the floor type box cabinet comprises the following steps:

step three: the box cabinet 50 is connected with the mounting end of the embedded rod 23, namely, the thread part 232 on the embedded rod 23 passes through the mounting hole on the mounting plate 51 of the box cabinet 50 and is locked and fixed through the mounting nut 52.
