Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a liquid separator, a heat exchanger and an air conditioner.

Background

The liquid separator has an important task of uniform distribution of refrigerant in the heat exchanger of the air conditioner. If the distribution is uneven, some pipelines can be frosted due to excessive refrigerant, and incomplete evaporation is caused; if the refrigerant is too small, the heat exchange area of the evaporator cannot be fully utilized, the self-regulation judgment of the throttling element is influenced, and the overall performance is that the cold quantity of the air conditioner is reduced.

After a connecting pipe is welded at one end of a liquid distributor of the existing heat exchanger and a plurality of capillary tubes are welded at one end of the liquid distributor, the flowing condition of liquid in the liquid distributor cannot be seen, and the problems of uneven liquid distribution or frosting and freezing of the capillary tubes and the like easily occur in the liquid distributor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a liquid separator, a heat exchanger and an air conditioner, which aim to solve the problem that the internal fluid condition of the liquid separator in the prior art is difficult to observe.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dispenser, including a body and a perspective tube, the body is provided with a plurality of liquid distribution holes, the liquid distribution holes are communicated with the liquid inlet holes, the perspective tube is embedded in the liquid distribution holes or the liquid inlet holes, and the body is provided with a viewing window extending to the perspective tube.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the perspective tube is embedded in the liquid separating hole or the liquid inlet hole of the body, and meanwhile, the body is provided with the viewing window extending to the perspective tube, so that a user can conveniently watch the liquid flowing condition in the liquid distributor body under the action of the viewing window and the perspective tube, and further, the problems of uneven liquid separation, capillary freezing and the like of the liquid distributor can be conveniently judged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment, the body 10 is provided with a liquid inlet hole 111 and a plurality of liquid distribution holes 121 communicated with the liquid inlet hole 111, during actual design, the perspective tube 20 may be embedded inside the liquid distribution holes 121 or embedded inside the liquid inlet hole 111, and the body 10 is provided with a viewing window 114 extending to the perspective tube 20.

Because the perspective tube 20 is embedded in the liquid separating hole 121 or the liquid inlet hole 111 of the body 10 in this embodiment, meanwhile, the body 10 is provided with the viewing window 114 extending to the perspective tube 20, and under the action of the viewing window 114 and the perspective tube 20, a user can conveniently view the liquid flowing condition inside the dispenser body 10, and then can conveniently judge whether the liquid separating unevenness phenomenon or the capillary tube freezing and other problems occur in the dispenser.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the body 10 in this embodiment includes a liquid inlet pipe section 11 and a liquid outlet pipe section 12.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the liquid inlet pipe section 11 or the liquid outlet pipe section 12 may be provided as a multi-segment pipe section or a plurality of circumferentially arranged flap structures, in such a structure, in order to fix the see-through pipe 20, a certain segment of space in the middle of the liquid inlet hole 111 or the liquid distribution hole 121 may be set larger, and then the see-through pipe 20 is embedded therein, so long as other modifications under the concept of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the number of the viewing windows 114 in this embodiment may be one or two or more, and when there are a plurality of viewing windows 114, the plurality of viewing windows 114 are spaced along the outer circumference of the liquid inlet pipe section 11, so that a user can observe the state of the liquid inside the see-through pipe 20 from different directions.

Referring to fig. 1, 8 and 11, the liquid inlet pipe section 11 of the present embodiment is provided with a liquid inlet 112, and the liquid inlet 112 is communicated with the liquid inlet hole 111 to facilitate the liquid transportation to the interior of the liquid separator.

The dispenser in this embodiment further includes the nozzle 50, and during actual installation, the nozzle 50 is detachably installed at the liquid inlet 112, and specifically, the nozzle 50 can be installed at the liquid inlet 112 by adopting a threaded connection or a snap connection or a bolt connection, and when a user observes the liquid inside the dispenser from the viewing window 114 and the perspective tube 20 and is abnormal, the nozzle 50 can be quickly replaced to adjust the aperture size of the nozzle 50, which is simple and fast.

Preferably, the see-through tube 20 in this embodiment is a high pressure glass tube. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the see-through tube 20 may be a transparent rubber tube, and is not limited to the high pressure glass tube in the present invention.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid distributor is a straight-through liquid distributor, which is a liquid distributor in which the liquid inlet holes 111 and the liquid distribution holes 121 are arranged in a straight line, and the body 10 of the liquid distributor has a substantially cylindrical structure.

Referring to fig. 4, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid separator is a trumpet-type liquid separator, wherein the trumpet-type liquid separator is a liquid separator with a plurality of liquid separation holes 121 expanding outwards from the liquid inlet hole 111, and the liquid outlet pipe section 12 of the liquid separator is in a trumpet-shaped structure.

Preferably, the liquid distributor in the embodiment is processed by brass, so that the cost is low and the implementation is convenient. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the material may be made of stainless steel or aluminum material, and any other modification within the concept of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a heat exchanger including a liquid separator, an electronic valve connection pipe 60, a liquid inlet pipe 70, and a capillary tube 80.

The liquid separator in this embodiment is the liquid separator in the above embodiment, and in actual installation, the liquid inlet pipe 70 is connected to the liquid inlet 112 of the liquid separator, the electronic valve connecting pipe 60 is connected to the liquid inlet pipe 70 to facilitate conveying the refrigerant and the like to the liquid inlet pipe 70, and the capillary 80 is connected to the liquid separating hole 121 to facilitate conveying the liquid inside the liquid separator to different throttling elements respectively.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner including the heat exchanger described above.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

the liquid distributor is divided into a liquid inlet pipe section and a liquid outlet pipe section, the middle of the liquid inlet pipe section and the liquid outlet pipe section are connected by threads, a high-pressure glass pipe is arranged at a nozzle in the liquid distributor, two ends of the high-pressure glass pipe are sealed by a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring, one or more viewing windows are arranged on the side surface of the liquid distributor, and the flowing condition of liquid can be directly seen through the viewing windows on the side surface of the liquid distributor. When the condition of uneven liquid distribution is found through the sight window, the nozzle in the liquid distributor can be replaced, and the aperture size of the nozzle is adjusted.
