Background

Lightning disasters are one of the most serious natural disasters, and casualties and property losses caused by the lightning disasters are countless every year all over the world. With the large application of electronic and microelectronic integrated devices, the damage of systems and devices caused by lightning overvoltage and lightning electromagnetic pulse is more and more. Therefore, it is very important to solve the lightning disaster protection problem of buildings and electronic information systems as soon as possible.

With the increasing strictness of relevant equipment on lightning protection requirements, installing a Surge Protector (SPD) to suppress surge and instantaneous overvoltage on a line and overcurrent on a bleeder line becomes one of the important links of modern lightning protection technology.

The Surge Protective Device is called SPD, Surge protector, and is an electronic Device for providing safety protection for various electronic equipment, instruments and meters, and communication lines. When the peak current or the voltage is suddenly generated in the electric loop or the communication line due to the external interference, the surge protector can conduct and shunt in a very short time, so that the damage of the surge to other equipment in the loop is avoided.

The existing mature communities or old unit communities all adopt simple fool SPDs, the SPDs usually adopt diodes to display the working state, a green light is turned on when the SPDs normally work, a red light is turned on when the SPDs abnormally work, workers can know the working state of the SPDs through site investigation and cannot respond in time, some SPDs with alarm or upload functions have therefore appeared, the new SPD itself having a detection circuit inside, the working state of the SPD can be judged according to the states of the electric arc, the temperature and the fuse wire, but the novel SPD needs to consume a large amount of engineering to be applied to the existing mature community, the old simple SPD needs to be dismantled and then the novel SPD needs to be installed again, the cost of the mode is high, however, the demand for monitoring the SPD is increasing day by day, and people seek to add a stable and reliable monitoring device on the basis of not changing the original SPD simply by means of adding the SPD and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a temperature alarm device for a fool SPD, which has stable performance and simple installation.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an SPD temperature alarm device comprising: the temperature acquisition module, the control analysis module, the communication transmission module and the shell, the temperature acquisition module, the control analysis module and the communication transmission module are all installed in the shell, the output of the temperature acquisition module is connected with the input of the control analysis module, and the output of the control analysis module is connected with the input of the communication transmission module.

Preferably, the temperature acquisition module is any one of a thermistor and an infrared temperature sensor.

Preferably, the control analysis module comprises a controller and upper computer software, the controller is a single chip microcomputer or an embedded system, and the upper computer software comprises SPD state display, SPD fault alarm prompt and SPD state history record.

Preferably, the communication transmission module adopts an RS-485 communication mode.

Preferably, the shell is concave, the inner sides of the convex parts on the two sides of the shell are provided with buckle structures, and the left end and the right end of the shell are respectively provided with a convex groove and a concave groove.

Preferably, the SPD identification alarm device is arranged on the surface of the SPD through a buckle structure, and the temperature acquisition module is aligned with the SPD.

The functions of the main components are as follows:

the temperature acquisition module is used for identifying the state of the SPD, the distance between the temperature acquisition module and the surface of the SPD is kept to be 3-5 cm, the temperature acquisition module is the optimal sensing distance, and the temperature acquisition module adopts one of a thermistor or an infrared temperature sensor and senses whether the internal temperature of the SPD is higher than the normal working temperature by 80-110 ℃.

The control analysis module is used for receiving the internal temperature of the SPD shot by the temperature acquisition module, the controller compares and analyzes whether the temperature of the SPD is abnormal or not, the upper computer software is used for displaying the state of the SPD, and alarming and storing historical records are given out when the temperature of the SPD is abnormal.

And the communication transmission module adopts an RS485 communication protocol, receives a control signal of the controller and can simultaneously upload a plurality of SPD state signals to the upper computer software.

The shell is used for loading the temperature acquisition module, the control analysis module and the communication transmission module, and a plurality of SPD identification alarm devices can be assembled by using grooves and convex grooves on two sides of the shell according to the number of SPDs.

The working principle is as follows:

the SPD identification alarm device is directly arranged on the surface of the existing SPD by using a buckle structure, a temperature acquisition module acquires the real-time temperature in the SPD at regular time and then sends the acquired data to a control analysis module, a controller of the control analysis module compares and analyzes the data, judges whether the temperature of the SPD is in a normal value range and judges whether the SPD is in a normal working state, and when the SPD is in the normal state, the controller only uploads the acquired data to the software of an upper computer through a communication transmission module to display and store a history record; when the SPD is in an abnormal state, the controller sends a signal which is uploaded to the upper computer software through the communication transmission module to display, and simultaneously starts an alarm and stores a history record.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the invention regularly monitors whether the SPD normally works or not through the temperature acquisition module, has simple and effective working principle and reliable identification performance, and is suitable for long-time continuous work.

The invention directly clamps the surface of the existing SPD through the buckle structures on the two sides of the shell, does not need to change the existing SPD, has extremely small installation and maintenance engineering quantity and lower cost, and solves the problem that most mature communities adopt fool SPDs by an additional installation mode.

The invention realizes the state monitoring of the traditional fool SPD by adopting simple module integration, enables the manager to master the working state of the SPD at any time through wireless transmission to the host computer, and stores the history record for the manager to inquire at any time.

The convex grooves and the concave grooves are designed on two sides of the shell, and a user can install SPD identification alarm devices according to the number of SPDs on site in a mode that the concave grooves are buckled with the convex grooves.
