1. An eyeglass device with cups is characterized by comprising a frame, a lens unit and two cups; wherein:

the spectacle frame comprises a spectacle strip, a nose bridge section and two connecting sections, wherein the nose bridge section is positioned in the center, and the two connecting sections respectively extend outwards and backwards from the left side and the right side of the nose bridge section; and

two temples extending backwards from the two connecting sections of the mirror strip, each temple having an inner surface and an outer surface arranged in opposite directions, and each temple further having a connecting section extending backwards from the respective connecting section, an adjusting section extending inwards from the connecting section and backwards, and a reinforcing rib formed on the respective inner surface and connected to the connecting section and the adjusting section, the adjusting section of each temple having a long slot extending backwards and penetrating from the respective inner surface to the respective outer surface;

a lens unit detachably mounted on the frame and including a lens, and a fitting member disposed at a top edge of the lens and used for positioning the lens on the frame, the lens having two spaced mirror surface portions, and a bridge portion connected to the two mirror surface portions and disposed below a nose bridge section of the lens, at least a portion of the fitting member being disposed on the bridge portion;

two cups, which are respectively and adjustably arranged on the two adjusting sections of the two glasses legs, wherein each cup comprises an adjusting piece movably penetrating through the long slot of the respective glasses leg and a cover body connected with the adjusting piece, positioned at the inner side of the respective glasses leg and worn on the ear.

The eyewear apparatus with cup of claim 1, wherein the nose bridge section of the frame has a body connected to the two connecting sections, two insertion walls extending upward from the top surface of the body, a through slot formed between the two insertion walls and penetrating the top and bottom, and a hook formed on one of the insertion walls and facing the through slot, the insertion member of the lens unit extends upward from the top edge of the lens and is vertically movably inserted into the through slot of the frame, the insertion member has a row of teeth for the hook to engage, the row of teeth has a plurality of teeth spaced up and down, and the hook is used to engage with one of the teeth.

The eyewear apparatus having a cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nose bridge section of the frame has a central groove with an open bottom, and two side grooves extending outward from opposite sides of the central groove and having open bottoms, the engaging member of the lens unit has a central block formed on the nose bridge section of the frame and protruding upward from the center, and two side blocks connected to opposite sides of the central block, the central block is adapted to be inserted into the central groove, and the two side blocks are adapted to be inserted into the two side grooves, respectively.

An eyeglass apparatus with cup as set forth in claim 1, wherein the bridge portion of the lens unit has an arc groove formed at a bottom side and connected to the two lens portions, the lens unit further comprising a nose pad connected to the lens, the nose pad having two nose pads respectively disposed at the two lens portions and oppositely disposed centering on the arc groove.

An eyeglass apparatus with bra cups as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shell of each bra cup has a receiving hole with an opening facing outward and for the engagement of the respective adjustment member, the adjustment member of each bra cup has a connector portion engaging with the respective receiving hole, a head portion opposite to the connector portion and located outside the respective temple, and a necking portion located between the connector portion and the head portion and passing through the respective elongated slot.

6. The eyewear apparatus of claim 4, wherein each specular portion has at least one positioning pin facing the nose pad, and each nose pad has at least one corresponding pin hole engaging with the respective positioning pin.

7. An eyeglass apparatus with bra cups as claimed in claim 5, wherein each adjuster further comprises a stop connected to the respective connector portion and the respective necked-down portion, each stop abutting against the corresponding shield and the inner surface of the respective temple.

8. An eyeglass apparatus with bra as defined in claim 5, wherein the adjustment section of each temple further has two protruding strips formed on respective outer surfaces thereof, the two protruding strips being disposed opposite to each other up and down about the elongated slot, the head portion of each adjustment member having two barbs located at opposite ends of the top and bottom and facing the respective temple, each head portion having two grooves defined by the respective necking portion and the respective two barbs, the two protruding strips being adapted to fit into the two grooves, the two barbs respectively abutting against the two protruding strips.

9. An eyeglass apparatus with bra cups as defined in claim 5, wherein the connector portion of each adjuster has two hemispheroids and a gap formed between the hemispheroids, the elongated slot of each temple has a plurality of spaced-apart positioning teeth, and the necked-down portion of each adjuster has a plurality of engaging teeth circumferentially surrounding and adapted to engage the two positioning teeth, such that each adjuster is capable of rotating relative to its respective shell and moving along the two positioning teeth of its corresponding elongated slot.

10. An eyeglass apparatus with cup as set forth in claim 7, wherein the receiving hole of each shield body has a small-diameter section adjacent to the respective opening, a large-diameter section remote from the respective opening and having a larger diameter than the small-diameter section, and a shoulder section connected to the small-diameter section and the large-diameter section, the connector portion of each adjustment member having an outer section adjacent to the respective stopper and received in the small-diameter section of the corresponding receiving hole, and an inverted section extending inwardly from the outer section and stopped in the shoulder section of the respective receiving hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a head covering, in particular to an eyeglass device with cups.

Background

A working face guard for protecting face is composed of an arc frame projected forward and used for wearing on forehead, a protecting cover body able to be rotationally arranged at front of said arc frame, an adjusting band unit extended backward from left and right sides of said arc frame and used for surrounding head, a head band movably passing through said adjusting band unit and used for leaning against head, and two cups respectively arranged at left and right ends of said head band. The adjusting belt device is provided with an adjusting belt connected with the left end and the right end of the arc frame and a knob rotatably arranged on the adjusting belt, and the adjusting belt can be extended or shortened to match different head circumferences by rotating the knob. The headband can move upwards or downwards relative to the adjusting band device so as to adjust the wearing positions of the two cups. Therefore, workers can protect eyes and isolate noise of the working environment.

However, the working protective mask needs to be worn with the arc frame, the adjusting band device, the headband and the two cups from the front side, the back side, the top side and the left side and the right side respectively, so the wearing mode is very inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an eyeglass device with cups. The glasses device has the advantages of convenient wearing mode, convenient use and low maintenance cost; and the cup is assembled and matched stably, and the wearing angle can be adjusted, so that the best sound insulation effect is achieved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a glasses device with cups comprises a glasses frame, a lens unit and two cups; wherein: the spectacle frame comprises a spectacle strip, a nose bridge section and two connecting sections, wherein the nose bridge section is positioned in the center, and the two connecting sections respectively extend outwards and backwards from the left side and the right side of the nose bridge section; and two temples, extend backwards from the two connection sections of the mirror strip separately, each temple has a reverse inner surface and an outer surface, and each temple also has a connection section extending backwards from the respective connection section, an adjustment section extending inwards from the connection section and backwards, and a reinforcing rib formed on the respective inner surface and connected to the connection section and the adjustment section, the adjustment section of each temple has a long slot extending backwards and penetrating through from the respective inner surface to the respective outer surface;

a lens unit detachably mounted on the frame and including a lens, and a fitting member disposed at a top edge of the lens and used for positioning the lens on the frame, the lens having two spaced mirror surface portions, and a bridge portion connected to the two mirror surface portions and disposed below a nose bridge section of the lens, at least a portion of the fitting member being disposed on the bridge portion;

two cups, which are respectively and adjustably arranged on the two adjusting sections of the two glasses legs, wherein each cup comprises an adjusting piece movably penetrating through the long slot of the respective glasses leg and a cover body connected with the adjusting piece, positioned at the inner side of the respective glasses leg and worn on the ear.

The eyeglass device with the cups as described above, the nose bridge section of the eyeglass frame has a body connected to the two connecting sections, two embedded walls extending upward from the top surface of the body, a through groove formed between the two embedded walls and penetrating through the top bottom, and a hook formed on one of the embedded walls and facing the through groove, the embedded piece of the lens unit extends upward from the top edge of the lens and can vertically move through the through groove of the eyeglass frame, the embedded piece has a row of teeth for the engagement of the hook, the row of teeth has a plurality of teeth arranged at intervals up and down, and the hook is used for engaging with one of the teeth.

The nose bridge section of the spectacle frame is provided with a central clamping groove with an open bottom end and two side clamping grooves with open bottom ends, the two opposite sides of the central clamping groove extend outwards, the embedded part of the lens unit is provided with a central clamping block which is formed on the nose bridge section of the spectacle frame and protrudes upwards in the center, and two side clamping blocks which are connected with the two opposite sides of the central clamping block, the central clamping block is embedded into the central clamping groove, and the two side clamping blocks are respectively embedded into the two side clamping grooves.

In the above-mentioned glasses device with cups, the bridge portion of the lens unit has an arc groove formed at the bottom side and connected to the two lens portions, the lens unit further includes a nose pad connected to the lens, and the nose pad has two nose pads respectively disposed on the two lens portions and oppositely disposed with the arc groove as the center.

The glasses device with the cups as described above, the cover body of each cup has a receiving hole with an outward opening for the respective adjusting member to engage, the adjusting member of each cup has a joint portion engaged with the respective receiving hole, a bolt head portion opposite to the joint portion and located at the outer side of the respective temple, and a necking portion located between the joint portion and the bolt head portion and passing through the respective long slot.

In the above-mentioned glasses device with cups, each mirror surface portion has at least one positioning pin facing the nose pad, and each nose pad has at least one corresponding pin hole sleeved on the respective positioning pin.

In an embodiment, each adjusting member further has a stop portion connected to the respective joint portion and the respective necking portion, and each stop portion abuts against the corresponding cover body and the inner surface of the corresponding temple.

As described above, the adjusting section of each temple further has two protruding strips formed on the respective outer surface, the two protruding strips are disposed opposite to each other up and down with the long slot as the center, the head of each adjusting member has two barbs located at two opposite ends of the top and bottom and facing the respective temple, each head of each adjusting member is matched with the two barbs by the respective necking portion to define two grooves, the two protruding strips are used for being embedded in the two grooves, and the two barbs respectively abut against the two protruding strips.

The joint part of each adjusting piece is provided with two hemispheroids and a gap formed between the two hemispheroids, the long slot of each earpiece is provided with a plurality of spaced positioning teeth, and the necking part of each adjusting piece is provided with a plurality of meshing teeth which are circumferentially arranged and are used for being jointed with the two positioning teeth, so that each adjusting piece can rotate relative to the corresponding cover body and move along the two positioning teeth of the corresponding long slot.

The above-mentioned glasses device with cups, the accommodating hole of each cover body has a small aperture section adjacent to the respective opening, a large aperture section far away from the respective opening and having an aperture larger than that of the small aperture section, and a shoulder section connected to the small aperture section and the large aperture section, the joint portion of each adjusting member has an outer section adjacent to the respective stopping portion and received in the small aperture section of the corresponding accommodating hole, and an inverted buckle section extending inwards from the outer section and stopping at the shoulder section of the respective accommodating hole.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, when in use, the invention is worn and hung from the front to the head, the cover bodies of the two cups are attached to two ears, and the lens unit is attached to the face to be positioned on the head.

Secondly, if the eye protection function is not needed temporarily during work, the spectacle frame can be turned towards the top of the head and placed on the top of the head, and a user can still continue to work without interrupting work to detach the spectacle device, so that the spectacle device has convenience in use.

Thirdly, the lens unit can be detachably mounted on the spectacle frame, and when the lens unit is damaged, the lens unit can be replaced by another lens unit, so that the maintenance cost can be reduced.

And fourthly, the adjusting piece of each cup can be movably arranged in the long slot of each earpiece in a penetrating way, so that the glasses device can also adjust the wearing positions of the two covers in a matching way with the head shape to achieve the best sound insulation effect.

Fifthly, the assembly and the matching of each cover body and the respective adjusting piece have a stable structure.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that the left-right direction, front-back direction, top-bottom direction, and inside-outside referred to in the following description are based on the normal wearing orientation, and similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the eyeglass device with cups according to the present invention is provided for wearing on the head, and comprises a frame 200, a lens unit 400, and two cups 700.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the frame 200 includes a lens strip 2 and two legs 3 extending rearward from opposite ends of the lens strip 2. The lens strip 2 has a nose bridge section 21 located at the center, and two connecting sections 22 extending outward and backward from the left and right sides of the nose bridge section 21. The nose bridge segment 21 has a body 211 connected to the two connecting segments 22, two insertion walls 212 extending from the top surface of the body 211 toward the top side, a through slot 213 formed between the two insertion walls 212 and penetrating the top and bottom, and a hook 214 formed on one of the insertion walls 212 and facing the through slot 213. The nose bridge section 21 further has a slip-stopping portion 215 located at the inner side and formed by combining a plurality of ribs, and when the first embodiment is worn, the slip-stopping portion 215 abuts against the nose bridge to prevent the frame 200 from slipping off. The two legs 3 extend from the two connecting sections 22 of the lens strip 2 toward the rear side, each leg 3 has an inner surface 31 and an outer surface 32 disposed in opposite directions, and the two inner surfaces 31 of the two legs 3 face each other. Each temple 3 further has an engaging section 33 extending rearward from the respective connecting section 22, an adjusting section 34 extending inward and rearward from the engaging section 33, and a reinforcing rib 35 formed on the respective inner surface 31 and connected to the engaging section 33 and the adjusting section 34. The invention can improve the structural strength of the two lens legs 3 through the two reinforcing ribs 35, so that the two lens legs 3 can bear the stress of inward bending or outward opening for a long time to prolong the service life. The adjusting section 34 of each temple 3 has an elongated slot 341 extending toward the rear side and penetrating from the respective inner surface 31 to the respective outer surface 32, and two convex strips 342 formed on the respective outer surface 32, and the two convex strips 342 are disposed opposite to each other up and down with the elongated slot 341 as the center and are connected end to form a closed oblong shape.

The lens unit 400 is detachably and vertically movably mounted to the frame 200, and the lens unit 400 includes a lens 4 for protecting eyes and a fitting member 5 disposed at a top edge of the lens 4 for positioning the lens 4 on the lens strip 2. The lens 4 has two spaced mirror surface portions 41 and a bridge portion 42 connected to the two mirror surface portions 41 and located below the bridge section 21 of the lens strip 2. The bridging portion 42 has an arc groove 421 formed on the bottom side and connected to the two mirror surface portions 41. The fitting member 5 extends from the top edge of the bridge portion 42 of the lens 4 toward the top side and is inserted into the insertion groove 213 of the lens bar 2 so as to be movable up and down. In detail, the engaging member 5 has a row of teeth 51 for engaging with the hook 214 of the mirror strip 2, the row of teeth 51 has a plurality of teeth portions 511 spaced up and down, and the height position of the lens 4 can be adjusted by engaging the hook 214 of the mirror strip 2 with one of the teeth portions 511, so as to position the lens 4 on the mirror strip 2. It is noted that the present invention can reduce maintenance costs by detachably mounting the lens unit 400 to the frame 200, and replacing the lens unit 400 with another lens unit 400 when the lens unit 400 is damaged.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the two cups 700 are respectively adjustably disposed on the two adjusting sections 34 of the two temples 3. Each cup 700 includes an adjusting member 7 movably inserted through the long slot 341 of the corresponding temple 3, and a cover 8 connected to the adjusting member 7 and located inside the corresponding temple 3 for wearing on the ear, so that the wearing position of the cover 8 can be adjusted by sliding the adjusting members 7 relative to the long slots 341. Each cover 8 has an opening 811 facing outward and receiving a respective adjuster 7. Each adjusting member 7 has a joint portion 71 engaged with the corresponding receiving hole 81, a head portion 72 opposite to the joint portion 71 and located outside the corresponding temple 3, a necking portion 73 located between the joint portion 71 and the head portion 72 and passing through the corresponding elongated slot 341, and a stopper portion 74 connected to the joint portion 71 and the necking portion 73. In more detail, each joint portion 71 has an outer section 711 adjacent to the respective stop portion 74, a reversed section 712 extending from the outer section 711 toward the inside, and an inner section 713 extending from the reversed section 712 toward the inside. Each bolt head part 72 is provided with two barbs 721 which are positioned at two opposite ends of the top and the bottom and face to the respective temple 3, each bolt head part 72 is matched with the two barbs 721 by the respective necking part 73 to define two grooves 722, the two convex strips 342 of the corresponding adjusting part 7 are embedded by the two grooves 722, and the two barbs 721 are respectively abutted against the two convex strips 342, so that each adjusting part 7 can be positioned at the corresponding temple 3 and is not easy to slide. Each stop 74 abuts against the corresponding cover 8 and the inner surface 31 of the respective temple 3. The receiving hole 81 of each housing 8 has a small aperture section 812 adjacent to the respective opening 811, a large aperture section 813 away from the respective opening 811 and having a larger aperture than the small aperture section 812, a shoulder section 814 connecting the small aperture section 812 and the large aperture section 813, and a tail section 815 extending from the large aperture section 813 towards the inside and having a larger aperture than the small aperture section 812. Each cover 8 is mounted to the corresponding adjuster 7 by receiving the outer section 711 of each connector portion 71 into the small bore section 812 of the corresponding receiving hole 81 and the inner section 713 of each connector portion 71 into the respective tail section 815. Meanwhile, each reverse-buckling section 712 abuts against the shoulder section 814 of the corresponding receiving hole 81, so that each reverse-buckling section 712 is stopped at the corresponding shoulder section 814 and is not easy to be removed, and therefore, the assembly and the matching of each cover 8 and the corresponding adjusting member 7 are stable.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when using, the first embodiment can be positioned on the head by pulling the two temples 3 to the left and right sides respectively and hanging the glasses from the front of the face to the face, and making the two cups 700 respectively attached to the two ears, and the bottom edges of the two mirror surfaces 41 of the lenses 4 are attached to the two cheeks, and the anti-slip part 215 (see fig. 1) of the frame 200 is attached to the nose bridge, so that the wearing manner is very convenient. When the positions of the two cover bodies 8 of the two cups 700 are adjusted according to different head circumferences, the two adjusting pieces 7 are pushed by force and slide back and forth along the two long slots 341, so that the adjusting mode is very convenient.

Referring to fig. 6, if the eye-protecting function is not needed for a while, the glasses frame 200 can be turned towards the top of the head and placed on the top of the head, so that the user can continue to work without interrupting the work to detach the glasses frame, and the glasses frame has convenience in use.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is similar to the first embodiment except that:

the two protruding strips 342 (see fig. 1) are omitted from the adjusting section 34 'of each temple 3, and the two barbs 721 (see fig. 1) and the two grooves 722 (see fig. 3) of the respective bolt head 72' are omitted from each adjusting member 7, and are generally in a T-shape.

The second embodiment can clamp the adjusting section 34 'of the corresponding temple 3 to achieve positioning by the head 72' of each adjusting member 7 and the respective stop 74, and also has the same function of adjustably installing each cup 8 on the corresponding temple 3.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is similar to the second embodiment except that:

the bridge section 21' of the lens strip 2 has a central groove 216 with an open bottom end, and two side grooves 217 extending outward from two opposite sides of the central groove 216 and having open bottom ends.

The elongated slot 341' of the adjustment section 34 "of each temple 3 has a plurality of spaced positioning teeth 343 formed at the bottom end thereof.

The fitting member 5' of the lens unit 400 is formed by combining a central block 52 formed on the bridge section 21 of the lens strip 2 and having an upwardly protruding center, and two side blocks 53 connected to opposite sides of the central block 52, so that the lens unit 400 can be detachably mounted to the frame 200 by inserting the central block 52 into the central groove 216 of the bridge section 21' of the lens strip 2 and inserting the side blocks 53 into the side grooves 217 of the bridge section 21' of the lens strip 2, and the lens unit 400 can be replaced to reduce the maintenance cost.

The lens unit 400 further includes a nose pad 6 connected to the lens 4, and each specular surface portion 41' of the lens 4 has two positioning pins 411 protruding toward the nose pad 6. The nose pad 6 has two nose pads 61, and a bracket 62 connecting the two nose pads 61. Each nose pad 61 has two corresponding bolt holes 611 respectively sleeved on the two positioning bolts 411 of the corresponding mirror surface portion 41', so that the two nose pads 61 are oppositely disposed with the arc groove 421 as the center and respectively installed on the two mirror surface portions 41'.

The receiving hole 81' of each housing 8 is substantially spherical, and the small-diameter section 812 (see fig. 5), the large-diameter section 813 (see fig. 5), the shoulder section 814 (see fig. 5) and the tail section 815 (see fig. 5) are omitted.

The stop portion 74 (see fig. 2) is omitted from each adjustment member 7', and the joint portion 71' of each adjustment member 7' is composed of two spaced hemispheres 714 and a gap 715 formed between the hemispheres 714.
