4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after said sending the notice of the generation of the jamming signal to the predetermined personnel:

Technical Field

Background

With the development of social economy and scientific technology, the application of positioning technology is more and more extensive. A positioning system is an interrelated ensemble or set of devices (components) that are targeted to determine spatial location. The positioning technology can guide airplanes, ships, vehicles and individuals to safely and accurately reach a destination on time along a selected route, and functions of navigation, positioning, time service and the like are realized. The positioning technology brings convenience to the work and life of people.

Taking GPS positioning as an example, the GPS positioning device processes signals received by a GPS receiver to obtain position information, and then transmits the position information to a connected device, and the connected device performs certain calculations and transformations (such as map projection transformation, transformation of a coordinate system, and the like) on the information, and then transmits the information to a mobile terminal.

However, the leakage of the positioning information is more serious, and the personal property and public safety of the individual are seriously affected. For example: lawless persons use a tracking means to achieve the purpose of lawless persons by collecting the positioning habits or position information of the lawless persons.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a positioning processing method and equipment, and aims to solve the problem that leakage of positioning information seriously affects personal property and public safety of individuals.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a positioning processing method, including:

obtaining a position security instruction, wherein the position security instruction carries a target identifier to be secured;

In the positioning processing method and the positioning processing equipment provided by the embodiment, the position security instruction carrying the target identifier to be secured is obtained; determining a position to be kept secret according to the target identification to be kept secret; the position to be kept secret is sent to the positioning interference system, the positioning interference system is indicated to generate a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, and positioning information is prevented from being leaked, so that the influence of the leakage of the positioning information on personal property and public safety is avoided.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present embodiment provides a positioning processing method by obtaining a location privacy instruction carrying an identifier of an object to be kept secret; determining a position to be kept secret according to the target identification to be kept secret; the position to be kept secret is sent to the positioning interference system, the positioning interference system is indicated to generate a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, and positioning information is prevented from being leaked, so that the influence of the leakage of the positioning information on personal property and public safety is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, the system provided in this embodiment includes a processor 101. The processor 101 may obtain a location privacy instruction, where the location privacy instruction carries an identifier of a target to be kept secret; or determining the position to be kept secret according to the target mark to be kept secret; the position to be kept secret can also be sent to a positioning interference system, wherein the position to be kept secret is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret.

The processor may be a micro controller Unit (MCU for short). The MCU is a computer that properly reduces the frequency and specification of the cpu, integrates the peripheral interfaces such as the memory, the counter, the USB, the a/D conversion, the UART, the PLC, the DMA, and the LCD driver circuit on a single chip, and forms a chip-level computer for different applications. For example, the MCU can control switching between the functions of the positioning system and the positioning interference system.

The positioning interference system refers to a system that can interact with the processor and can provide a positioning interference signal, and the implementation manner of the positioning interference system is not particularly limited in this embodiment.

The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Step S404 is the same as the step S203, and is not described herein again.

Optionally, the positioning processing method may further include step S405.

S405: and sending the moving path to be kept secret to the positioning interference system, wherein the moving path to be kept secret is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate the positioning interference signal on the moving path to be kept secret.

The positioning interference system can also provide positioning interference signals corresponding to the security level according to the security level provided by the processor.

Determining a moving path to be kept secret through a target identifier to be kept secret; and sending the mobile path to be kept secret to a positioning interference system, and indicating the positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal according to the mobile path to be kept secret, so that the safety of the positioning information in the mobile path to be kept secret is ensured.

Optionally, the positioning processing method may further include step S406.

S406: judging whether the positioning interference system generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret; and if the positioning interference system generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, sending an interference signal generation notice to a preset person.

The above-mentioned determining whether the positioning interference system generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret may be implemented by, but not limited to, the following manners:

acquiring positioning information of a positioning system at a position to be kept secret; and judging whether the positioning interference system generates a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret according to the positioning information.

For example, if the positioning information of the position to be kept secret is obtained and is different from the actual positioning information of the position, it is determined that the positioning interference system generates a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret;

if the positioning information of the position to be kept secret is the same as the actual positioning information of the position, judging that the positioning interference system does not generate a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret;

the positioning system refers to a system that can interact with the processor and can send positioning information to the processor, such as a GPS system. The embodiment does not particularly limit the implementation manner of the positioning system. For example, the processor may receive a positioning signal of the positioning system through the antenna, so as to obtain positioning information of the positioning system.

The preset personnel refers to personnel capable of receiving the interference signal sent by the processor to generate notification, and the preset personnel can be preset according to an application scene, which is not limited in this embodiment.

By sending the interference signal generation notice to the preset personnel, the preset personnel can be reminded that the positioning interference signal is generated at the position to be kept secret so as to strengthen the control of positioning processing.

Optionally, the positioning processing method may further include step S407.

S407: if a continuous interference instruction is obtained, sending the continuous interference instruction to the positioning interference system, wherein the continuous interference instruction is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret continuously for a preset duration;

and if an interference increasing instruction carrying interference strength is obtained, sending the interference strength to the positioning interference system, wherein the interference strength is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal of the interference strength at the position to be kept secret.

The obtaining of the continuous interference command or the interference increasing command can be realized by the following steps: obtaining a continuous interference instruction or an interference increasing instruction through a UI; and/or obtaining a continuous interference instruction or an interference increasing instruction by monitoring a preset key; and/or obtaining a continuous interference instruction or an interference increasing instruction through voice recognition of the user voice.

The preset duration is the time when the positioning interference signal is generated at the position to be kept secret. The preset duration may be preset according to an application scenario, which is not limited in this embodiment.

Indicating a positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal at a position to be kept secret continuously for a preset duration time by acquiring a continuous interference instruction; or, acquiring an interference increasing instruction, and indicating the positioning interference system to generate a corresponding positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret. The duration and the intensity of the interference signal can meet actual requirements, the safety of positioning information is further guaranteed, and user experience is improved.

In the positioning processing method provided by the embodiment, a position privacy instruction carrying a target identifier to be kept secret is obtained; determining a position to be kept secret according to the target identification to be kept secret; the position to be kept secret is sent to the positioning interference system, the positioning interference system is indicated to generate a positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, and positioning information is prevented from being leaked, so that the influence of the leakage of the positioning information on personal property and public safety is avoided. Meanwhile, the embodiment ensures the safety of the positioning information in the moving path to be kept secret. The positioning system can remind preset personnel of generating positioning interference signals at the position to be kept secret so as to strengthen the control of positioning processing. The duration and the intensity of the interference signal can meet actual requirements, the safety of positioning information is further guaranteed, and user experience is improved.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a positioning processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which corresponds to the positioning processing method according to the foregoing embodiment. For convenience of explanation, only portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown. As shown in fig. 5, the positioning processing device 50 includes: an obtaining module 501, a first determining module 502 and a first sending module 503.

An obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a location privacy instruction, where the location privacy instruction carries an identifier of a target to be kept secret;

a first determining module 502, configured to determine a location to be kept secret according to the target identifier to be kept secret;

a first sending module 503, configured to send the location to be kept secret to a positioning interference system, where the location to be kept secret is used to instruct the positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal at the location to be kept secret.

The apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured to implement the technical solution of the method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again in the embodiment of the present application.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a second positioning processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment further includes, on the basis of the embodiment in fig. 5: a second determination module 504 and a second sending module 505, a processing module 506, a third determination module 507 and a third sending module 508.

Optionally, the second determining module 504 is configured to determine a security level according to the target identifier to be secured;

the second sending module 505 is configured to send the privacy level to the positioning jamming system, where the privacy level is used to instruct the positioning jamming system to generate the positioning jamming signal according to the privacy level.

Optionally, the processing module 506 is configured to, after the first sending module 503 sends the position to be kept secret to a positioning and jamming system,

judging whether the positioning interference system generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret;

and if the positioning interference system generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, sending an interference signal generation notice to a preset person.

Optionally, after sending the interference signal generation notification to the preset person, the processing module 506 is further configured to:

if a continuous interference instruction is obtained, sending the continuous interference instruction to the positioning interference system, wherein the continuous interference instruction is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret continuously for a preset duration;

alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

and if an interference increasing instruction carrying interference strength is obtained, sending the interference strength to the positioning interference system, wherein the interference strength is used for indicating the positioning interference system to generate a positioning interference signal of the interference strength at the position to be kept secret.

Optionally, the third determining module 507 is configured to determine a moving path to be kept secret according to the target identifier to be kept secret;

the third sending module 508 is configured to send the movement path to be kept secret to the positioning jamming system, where the movement path to be kept secret is used to instruct the positioning jamming system to generate the positioning jamming signal in the movement path to be kept secret.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a positioning processing device according to an embodiment of the present application. For convenience of explanation, only portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown. As shown in fig. 7, the positioning processing device 70 includes: a processor 701 and a positioning interference system 702.

A processor 701, configured to obtain a location privacy instruction, where the location privacy instruction carries an identifier of a target to be kept secret; determining a position to be kept secret according to the target mark to be kept secret; sending the location to be kept secret to a positioning jamming system 702;

the positioning interference system 702 is configured to generate a positioning interference signal at the location to be kept secret.

Optionally, the processor 701 is further configured to determine a security level according to the target identifier to be secured; sending the privacy level to the positioning jamming system 702;

the positioning interference system 702 is further configured to generate the positioning interference signal according to the privacy level.

Optionally, after sending the position to be kept secret to a positioning interference system, the processor 701 is further configured to:

determining whether the positioning interference system 702 generates the positioning interference signal at the location to be kept secret;

if the positioning interference system 702 generates the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret, an interference signal generation notification is sent to a preset person.

Optionally, after sending the interference signal generation notification to the preset person, the processor 701 is further configured to:

if the interference continuing instruction is obtained, sending the interference continuing instruction to the positioning interference system 702;

the positioning interference system 702 is further configured to generate the positioning interference signal at the position to be kept secret for a preset duration according to the continuous interference instruction;

alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

if an interference increasing instruction carrying interference intensity is obtained, sending the interference intensity to the positioning interference system 702;

the positioning interference system 702 is further configured to generate a positioning interference signal of the interference strength at the location to be kept secret according to the interference strength.

Optionally, the processor 701 is further configured to determine a moving path to be kept secret according to the target identifier to be kept secret; sending the moving path to be kept secret to the positioning interference system 702;

the positioning interference system 702 is further configured to generate the positioning interference signal in the moving path to be kept secret.

The implementation principle and technical effect of the device provided by the embodiment of the present application are similar to those of the method embodiment described above, and the embodiment of the present application is not described herein again.

Fig. 8 is a schematic hardware structure diagram of a positioning processing device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the positioning processing device 80 of the present embodiment includes: a processor 801 and a memory 802; wherein

A memory 802 for storing computer-executable instructions;

the processor 801 is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the steps of the positioning processing method in the above embodiments. Reference may be made in particular to the description relating to the method embodiments described above.

Alternatively, the memory 802 may be separate or integrated with the processor 801.

When the memory 802 is provided separately, the positioning processing device further includes a bus 803 for connecting the memory 802 and the processor 801.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer executing instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer executing instruction, the positioning processing method as described above is implemented.

In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described embodiments of the positioning processing device are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to implement the solution of the present embodiment.

In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The unit formed by the modules can be realized in a hardware form, and can also be realized in a form of hardware and a software functional unit.

The integrated module implemented in the form of a software functional module may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The software functional module is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor to execute some steps of the positioning processing method according to the embodiments of the present application.

It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the positioning processing method disclosed in this application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the processor.

The memory may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory, and may also be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.

The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.

An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an electronic device or host device.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps of implementing the embodiments of the positioning processing method described above can be implemented by hardware related to program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When the program is executed, the program executes the steps of the positioning processing method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
