Therefore, there is a need to develop a keyless start method, system and vehicle based on internet.

The invention aims to provide a keyless starting method, a system and a vehicle based on internet, which can realize remote unlocking of a vehicle door and authorized starting of the vehicle within a period of time through a mobile phone when a vehicle key is not carried.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a keyless starting method based on internet, comprising the following steps:

When the key is not carried, the starting of the vehicle can be realized by the method; when the remote door is triggered by mistake to unlock, the vehicle can realize automatic secondary fortification locking of the whole vehicle within a certain time; when the vehicle door is unlocked remotely and opened, the authorization can be automatically finished after a certain time; each authorized start can only be initiated once.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a network connection-based keyless starting system, which includes a memory and a controller, and is characterized in that: the memory stores a computer readable program, and the controller can execute the steps of the network connection-based keyless starting method when calling the computer readable program.

The invention has the following advantages: the method is simple, strong in practicability, convenient to operate, high in safety, and free of extra hardware cost, and only the mobile phone is needed to be carried, the car door is unlocked remotely, and other operations are the same as the keyless entry and starting; when the remote vehicle door is unlocked, the vehicle door must be opened within a certain time; when the door of the vehicle is opened to get on the vehicle, the vehicle must be started within a certain time; and the authorized starting is invalid after the vehicle is powered off.
