The smoking resistance is a cigarette physical index which can be directly felt by a smoker, and the smoking resistance of the cigarette is related to tipping paper, the air permeability of cigarette paper, the smoking resistance of a filter stick, the length of the cigarette, the filling density of tobacco shreds in the cigarette, the circumference of the cigarette and the like. The traditional cigarette quality on-line detection system only needs to find out the faulty cigarette and reject the faulty cigarette, and the production process data and parameters of the cigarette are sampled and detected by a quality inspector, so that the traditional cigarette quality on-line detection system does not have a large amount of data statistical capability.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cigarette suction resistance and dilution degree detection system and a detection method, which aim to solve the problems that a traditional cigarette quality online detection system only detects a fault cigarette and removes the fault cigarette, and production process data and parameters of the cigarette are sampled and detected by a quality inspector, and the traditional cigarette quality online detection system does not have a large amount of data statistics capacity.

and counting the unqualified cigarettes according to the loose end number, the gas leakage number, the number of the inner rows and the outer rows of the lacking cigarettes and the number of the inner rows and the outer rows of the good cigarettes so as to determine the reason for causing the unqualified suction resistance of the cigarettes to be detected and provide the reason for operators.

The number of the defective cigarettes in the inner row and the defective cigarettes in the outer row refers to the number of the defective cigarettes in the inner row and the number of the defective cigarettes in the outer row; the number of the inner rows and the outer rows of the good cigarettes refers to the number of the qualified cigarettes in the inner rows and the number of the qualified cigarettes in the outer rows. The inner row and the outer row are related to the cigarette production, and belong to the conventional technology of cigarette production.

The suction resistance value comprises an opening suction resistance value and a closing suction resistance value, wherein the opening suction resistance value is the suction resistance value under the condition that the ignition end is exposed to the atmosphere; the closed-end resistance value is the resistance value under the condition that the ignition end is closed.
