Background

The rescue helicopter is used for transporting the sick and wounded to ensure that the sick and wounded are very necessary to be timely rescued, and some serious sick and wounded need to be bandaged, stanch, fix, introduce oxygen, defibrillate, monitor electrocardio, blood pressure, breath and pulse, absorb phlegm, blood, pus, secretion and other dirt in the body of the patient and other first-aid functions in the process of delivering the serious sick and wounded, but the existing airborne medical rescue equipment of the helicopter occupies a large area, cannot load a plurality of lying sick and wounded, is incomplete in function and cannot realize effective first aid.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an onboard medical rescue unit of a helicopter, which can quickly mount and dismount two stretchers in a cabin, is convenient for transporting sick and wounded and operating in a smaller cabin, and can simultaneously rescue 2 serious sick and wounded.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 15, an onboard medical rescue unit of a helicopter, mounted with vertical heading near the cabin door, comprises a partition 3 and a double-layer stretcher device; the double-layer stretcher device comprises a stretcher station 1 and an upper stretcher layer and a lower stretcher layer 2 arranged on the stretcher station 1, wherein the stretcher station 1 comprises a bottom beam 11 arranged on the floor (corresponding to a seat joint as shown in figure 2) of a cabin through a foot mechanism 17, an upright post 12 detachably connected with a partition plate 3, a support arm 13 detachably connected with the upright post 12, and slide rails 14 (shown in figure 4, in the embodiment, the three groups of the bottom beam 11, the middle and the rear upright posts 12 and the support arm 13 are provided, the upper slide rail 14 spans over the three support arms 13 and is fixedly connected through inner hexagonal screws, the lower slide rail 14 spans over the three bottom beams 11 and is fixedly connected through inner hexagonal screws, the two sides of the slide rails 14 are connected through cross rods 16, the side length of the slide rail 14 is connected and lengthened through rivets) and a locking mechanism 15, the two stretcher layers 2 are respectively supported on the slide rails 14 on the bottom beams 11 and the support arms 13, the bottom of the frame of the stretcher 2 is provided with a supporting leg 22 with a roller 221, the supporting leg 22 and the sliding rail 14 are provided with anti-falling structures, the stretcher 2 is inserted into the sliding rail 14 through the anti-falling structures without falling off the sliding rail 14 and moves along the sliding rail 14 through the roller 221, the stretcher 2 is locked by a locking mechanism 15 after moving on the sliding rail 14 in place, and the stretcher 2 is provided with a safety belt 210; one side of the partition board 3 facing the double-layer stretcher device is provided with first-aid equipment, medical instruments and medicines. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the root (i-shaped) of the arm 13 is inserted into a groove on the upright 12 and connected by a quick release pin 19, and the upright 12 is connected with a joint 33 on the partition 3 by two joints 18 and the quick release pin 19, so as to be conveniently and quickly installed in a narrow cabin.

As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the anti-falling structure on the support leg 22 is a T-shaped groove 222 located below the roller 221, the anti-falling structure on the slide rail 14 is a T-shaped plate located at the top (two L-shaped pieces are installed on two sides of the slide rail 14 to form a T-shaped plate), the T-shaped groove 222 is inserted into the T-shaped plate, and the roller 221 is supported at the top of the T-shaped plate.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the anchor mechanism 17 includes an anchor block 175, an anchor bolt 174, a cap nut 171, a resilient washer 172, and a washer 173, the anchor block 175 being engaged with an anchor hole on the floor of the nacelle, the anchor bolt 174 connecting the anchor block 175 to the sill 11, the cap nut 171 being engaged with the tip of the anchor bolt 174 and pressing the resilient washer 172 and the washer 173 against the sill 11.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 15 is located at both ends of the slide rail 14, and includes a fixed base 151, a reversible turnover plate 152 and a quick-release pin 153, which are arranged on the base 151, the turnover plate 152 is provided with a limiting hole 154, and the frame head and tail end of the stretcher 2 is provided with a limiting shaft 21 (see fig. 6, 7 and 9); the turning plate 152 does not affect the movement of the stretcher 2 on the slide rail 14 after turning downwards (see fig. 14), the turning plate 152 is fixed with the base 151 through the quick-release pin 153 after turning upwards, and the limiting shafts 21 at the head and tail ends of the stretcher 2 are respectively positioned in the limiting holes 154 and locked at the front and the rear of the stretcher 2.

As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, a stop block 155 is disposed on the base 151, and the turnover plate 152 can only turn over outwards under the action of the stop block 155 to prevent hitting the sick and wounded; the limiting hole 154 is a waist hole.

As shown in fig. 6, 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the frame of the stretcher 2 includes a front frame 23 and a rear frame 24, the front frame 23 and the rear frame 24 are butted by the connecting rods 216 at both sides, both ends of the connecting rod 216 are respectively hinged with the joint rods on the front frame 23 and the rear frame 24, the joint rod of the front frame 23 or the rear frame 24 is sleeved with the sliding sleeve 26, the sliding sleeve 26 is provided with the positioning bead, when the sliding sleeve 26 moves to the connecting rod 216 and covers the hinge points at both ends, the positioning bead is clamped in the positioning hole of the joint rod, the stretcher 2 cannot be folded, when the sliding sleeve 26 moves to the outside of the connecting rod 216, the positioning bead exits from the positioning hole, and the stretcher 2 can.

As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the present embodiment, the frame of the stretcher 2 includes a front frame 23 and a rear frame 24, the front frame 23 is hinged with a turnover frame 25, an adjusting mechanism 27 capable of adjusting the lifting angle of the turnover frame 25 is provided between the turnover frame 25 and the front frame 23, the turnover frame 25 and the rear frame 24 are respectively provided with a front plank 214 and a rear plank 215, and the front plank 214 and the rear plank 215 are respectively provided with a front mat 28 and a rear mat 29.

In this embodiment, the front pad 28 comprises foam, cloth cover and hook and loop fastener, and is connected to the front board 214 by the hook and loop fastener, the inner layer is made of flame-retardant polyurethane foam, and is soft and comfortable, and the outer layer is covered by flame-retardant fabric; the rear pad 29 comprises foam, a cloth cover and a fastener, and is connected to the rear plank 215 by the fastener, the inner layer is made of flame-retardant polyurethane foam, and is soft and comfortable, and the outer layer is covered by flame-retardant fabric.

As shown in fig. 8 and 12, in the present embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 27 includes a gas spring 273 and a gas spring control button 271, and both ends of the gas spring 273 are hinged to the flip frame 25 and the front frame 23, respectively.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 14, in this embodiment, the harness 210 includes an upper torso four-point harness and a lower torso two-point harness. The safety belt 210 is composed of a mesh belt, a buckle and a Chinese character 'ri' buckle, the upper torso restraint belt can restrain the shoulders and the waist of the sick and wounded, the upper torso four-point restraint belt is connected to a cross beam of the front bed plate 214, the waist belt is connected to the lower part of the front bed plate 214, and the lower torso two-point restraint belt is used for restraining the thighs of the sick and wounded and is connected to a cross beam of the lower part of the rear bed plate 215.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 14, in the present embodiment, the stretcher 2 is provided with adjustable shoulder straps 211 at both ends thereof, and the shoulder straps 211 are provided with velcro for fixation. The shoulder belt 211 is convenient for lifting the stretcher 2, the shoulder belt 211 is formed by sewing a connecting piece, a silk band, foam, a cloth sleeve, a hasp and a Chinese character 'ri' button, the shoulder belt 211 is arranged on the stretcher 2 by the connecting piece, the foam is wrapped in the cloth sleeve and can slide in the silk band,

as shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 14, in the present embodiment, the head end of the stretcher 2 is provided with a head fixing belt 212, the tail end is provided with an adjustable foot support 213, and the foot support 213 is long enough to hold the sole of the foot. The head fixing band 212 is sewn on the front pad 28 and fixed by a hasp; the foot pedal 213 comprises a cloth cover, foam, an adjusting belt and a Chinese character 'ri' button, and the length of the Chinese character 'ri' button is adjusted to adapt to wounded persons with different heights.

In the present embodiment, the partition plate 3 is an aluminum honeycomb plate.

As shown in fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the emergency equipment includes an electric aspirator 35, a ventilator 38 and a defibrillator 39, and the electric aspirator 35, the ventilator 38 and the defibrillator 39 all operate by their own batteries; the medical instrument comprises an oxygen bottle 34, an oxygen mask and transfusion articles; the partition board 3 is provided with a flashlight 311 and a lamp 312, the flashlight 311 is equipped under emergency condition when the light in the cabin is insufficient, and the lamp 312 is powered by the battery of the battery and is equipped under condition of insufficient light in the cabin; the partition board 3 is also provided with a medical waste collecting box 36, a handle 32, an infusion hanger 310, storage boxes (31, 37) and other practical parts.
