Background

The standard breathing pattern of swimming in water is to inhale with the mouth and exhale with the nose (or exhale with both the mouth and the nose). This normal breathing pattern is primarily from a safety point of view, i.e. the nose is absolutely unable to enter water. The phenomenon that a person is choked by water is that water enters the airway of the person from the unobstructed nose hole. Since humans do not belong to animals living in water, the nose naturally does not have a function of closing itself to prevent water. The swimmer can only exhale with the nose and cannot inhale with the nose. For swimmers, despite breathing in a regular breathing pattern, water is not prevented from being forced or flushed into the nasal cavity during swimming. Because the long nostril of the human body is the opening condition of the gate, especially the large hole which is opened without obstruction, the water is not porous and can not be imported. Although the amount of water entering the nasal cavity sometimes does not reach a level that affects safety, it is still an insanitary concern. Especially, water in public swimming pools enters the nasal cavity, causing rhinitis or infectious diseases. The swimming pool contains chlorine chemical for disinfection, and allergic rhinitis is easy to occur after the chlorine chemical enters the nasal cavity. The nasal cavity is not easy to discharge after water enters the nasal cavity, and bacteria in the swimming pool are easy to attack through the nasal cavity. Swimmers often have a tendency to lose nasal water themselves when lowering their head, after a few hours or more after swimming. The defects of the prior art are mainly caused by conceptual errors. For example, the sealing and retention structure is relatively complex with two plugs projecting into the nostrils. Referring to fig. 1, the nose mask 2 and the headband 1 are made as a single ferrule made of silicone material. The sealing surface of the nose cup 2 is provided with a leather pattern, which is only slightly rougher than the smooth surface, but which is sufficient to ensure that the nose cup cannot be displaced for soft skin. For a headband with an adjustment device that directly connects the two end structures of the headband 1, it is not easy to manufacture the wide face of the headband on one plane. However, the basic requirement of such a construction is to be achieved by providing an adjustment device which requires an extra length of the headband 1, which is relatively complicated.

The present invention adopts a method of manufacturing all the wide faces of the headband 1 and the plane of the nose mask 2 on a plane within 360 degrees. In order to reduce the area of the die, the die is designed into an annular ring structure in the shape of a track and field runway.

As for the structure that the two ends of the circular head band 1 are directly connected with the two ends of the nose mask 2, the invention adopts the method that the circular head band is flattened into the shape of the track and field sports to open the mould, namely the head band 1 is directly manufactured into the shape of the track and field sports. The annular head band 1 is made in the shape of a runway bend, so that the mould is simplest and the processing is simplest. In order to solve the problem that the headband 1 does not conform to the actual three-dimensional shape caused by the 'runway curve' on the plane, wrinkles 6 can be arranged on the plane of the inner curve, and the length of the wrinkles 6 is calculated in advance, so that the perimeter of the edge of the headband 1 of the inner curve 5 (the inner diameter of the curve) of the wide face of the headband is equal to the perimeter of the edge of the outer curve 7 (the outer diameter of the curve).
