The disc filter can be applied to all industries capable of utilizing vacuum filtration, and is widely applied to the solid-liquid separation of aluminum hydroxide seed liquid, salt discharge liquid, bauxite flotation concentrate, flotation concentrate of various mines, tailings and coal slime in coal industry in alumina plants in the non-ferrous metal industry.

The filter disc of the disc filter rotates in a filter tank filled with slurry, materials are adsorbed under the action of vacuum, filtrate flows away through an internal flow channel, and solids are prevented from forming a filter cake by filter cloth, so that the aim of solid-liquid separation is fulfilled. The guide rail is only compressed and fixed through the pull rod, the deflection is easy, and the installation stability of the root part is poor.

The invention aims to provide a fixed ring for mounting a filter plate of a disc filter, which ensures the flatness of a filter disc formed after the filter plate is mounted, and can seal the root of the filter plate to avoid vacuum leakage.

Detailed Description

As shown in figure 1, four fixed circular rings for installing filter plates of the disc type filter are arranged on a main shaft 2 of the filter at intervals, and after the filter plates are respectively assembled on the main shaft 2 of the filter by the four fixed circular rings, four filter discs are formed. Any one of the fixed circular rings comprises a ring body 3 and a connecting component 1 used for fixing the ring body 3 on a main shaft 2 of the filter.

The ring body 3 comprises two side ring plates 301 concentrically distributed on the periphery of the main shaft 2 of the filter, the two side ring plates 301 are same in specification and shape and are distributed in parallel, and the plate surfaces of the two side ring plates 301 are opposite, so that an annular gap is formed between the two side ring plates 301. The width of the annular gap, i.e. the distance between the two side ring plates 301, corresponds to the thickness of the filter plate. A plurality of partition plates 302 are uniformly arranged in the annular gap at intervals along the circumferential direction, and two sides of each partition plate 302 are respectively fixed on the layout of the side annular plate 301 in a welding mode, so that any two adjacent partition plates 302 divide the annular gap into a plurality of slots for inserting the roots of the single filter plates into the main shaft 2 of the filter. The part of the slot corresponding to the side ring plate 301 is used for pressing two sides of the filter plate, the part corresponding to the partition plate 302 is used for pressing two sides of the filter plate, and after the filter plate is inserted into the slot, the periphery of the filter plate is supported by the corresponding forming surfaces of the slot, so that the technical effects of ensuring the flatness of a filter disc formed by the filter plate, keeping the stability of the root of the filter plate and controlling the sealing of the root of the filter plate are achieved.

The connecting components 1 are rectangular connecting plates arranged at the inner edge positions of the side ring plates 301, and the arrangement positions of the connecting components 1 are positioned at two sides of the partition plate 302. One end of the connecting plate is welded and fixed on the inner edge of the side ring plate 301, and the other end is fixedly connected with the main shaft 2 of the filter in a welding mode.

In the application of the invention, a partition 302 is provided between the two side ring plates 301 according to the angle of the sector filter plates themselves and the number of filter plates. After the single filter plate is inserted into the slot, the internal channel of the main shaft 2 of the filter is connected with the internal channel of the filter plate. After all the filter plates are inserted and the connection of the corresponding internal channels is completed, the filter plates are connected through the guide rails to form a complete ring to fix the outer circles of all the filter plates, so that a filter disc is formed, and the installation of the filter disc of the disc filter is completed.
