the fixed frame 2 is positioned above the dust removing frame 14, and a plurality of guide wheels 4 are uniformly arranged on the fixed frame 2; the movable frame 3 is arranged on the inner side of the fixed frame 2, and the movable frame 3 is connected with the guide wheels 4 in a sliding fit manner;

the pressing plate 5 is arranged on the fixed frame 2, the pressing plate 5 is positioned above the movable frame 3, and a plurality of through holes 13 are uniformly formed in the pressing plate 5;

the plurality of lifting slide pipes 12 are vertically arranged at the lower end of the dust removing frame 14, and the plurality of lifting slide pipes 12 are provided with the telescopic sealing covers 1 which are used for being tightly attached to the upper surface of the sand box after being stretched; the telescopic sealing cover 1 is connected with the other cylinder 11 through the cylinder connecting rod 6; the cylinder 11 is arranged on the dust removing frame 14; wherein, a plurality of dust removing openings 15 are arranged on the dust removing frame 14.

In the invention, automatic sand adding is realized by controlling the sand adding cylinder; when the sand adding device is used, the air cylinder 11 drives the movable frame 3 to reciprocate, and sand grains falling from the through holes 13 on the pressing plate 5 are in contact with the movable frame 3 during sand adding, so that the sand adding is more uniform; and the other cylinder 11 controls the telescopic sealing cover 1 to move up and down along the lifting chute 12, the telescopic sealing cover 1 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the sand box to ensure that sand grains completely enter the sand box, and the dust removing frame 14 is provided with the dust removing opening 15 to collect dust raised from the dust removing opening 15, so that the dust removing device is more environment-friendly.

In an alternative embodiment, two sealing covers 10 are respectively arranged on two air cylinders 11.

In an alternative embodiment, two of said cylinder supports 9 and a plurality of said connectors 8 are included; wherein, the two cylinders 11 are respectively arranged on the two cylinder brackets 9; the two cylinder supports 9 are respectively connected with the fixed frame 2 and the dust removal frame 14 through a plurality of connecting pieces 8.
