6. An output device comprising a staining mechanism according to any of claims 1-5.

7. A writing pen, comprising: the staining mechanism (1) of claim 1, a cavity (2) for containing paint located above the staining mechanism (1) and a pen tip (3) located below the staining mechanism (1).

8. The writing pen according to claim 7, characterized in that the coloring part of the coloring mechanism (1) extends with its top end up into the cavity (2).

9. The writing pen according to claim 7, characterized in that a runner (4) for the passage of molten material is provided in the middle of the writing pen; and/or the cavity (2) is vertically divided into a plurality of sub-cavities (201) which are independent mutually.

10. A writing method of a writing pen according to any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising the steps of:

when the writing pen is used for monochrome output: the first component is connected with current, bends towards the side with small thermal expansion coefficient, pushes the coloring component to displace, and the molten material is colored by the coloring component, then enters the melting cavity of the pen point to be melted, and is output through the outlet of the pen point, so that the single-color output of the writing pen is realized;

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a printing output device, and more particularly, to a coloring mechanism, an output device, a writing pen, and a working method used in a printing output device.

Background

Three-dimensional or two-dimensional output devices, such as 2D or 3D printers, 2D or 3D writing pens, etc., are now in widespread use. For example, the 3D writing pen sends the molten material to a preset point through the writing head for writing, the output path is controlled, the writing work of the 3D writing pen is realized, or the 3D writing pen is used for completing the article to be manufactured through manual control. The 3D writing pen utilizes a melting material such as thermoplastic resin and low-melting-point metal, and the melting material is heated and melted at the writing head, so that different shapes can be manufactured. As shown in figure 1, the output end of the writing pen in the prior art comprises a molten material (1a), the molten material is colored by a coloring mechanism (1b) through a flow channel, the molten material is heated and melted by a heating mechanism (1c) in a melting cavity, the melted molten material is output through a pen point, and the diameter of a channel (1e) of the pen point can be set according to the type of the writing pen. As can be seen from fig. 1, in the prior art, the coloring of the writing pen is single, when the color needs to be changed, the color of the coloring mechanism around the molten material (1a) needs to be changed, and each changing step is complicated; or different colors are filled in the pigment cavities, and the colors are colored in a spraying mode, but the coloring cost is high, and in order to realize the output of different colors of the output equipment, the molten material needs to be colored before being heated and melted, but the color of the existing output equipment is easy to be dragged due to the original pigment residue when the color is changed.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a coloring mechanism which can realize quick coloring of an output device and reduce the cost. Another object of the invention is to provide an output device and a writing pen. In addition, the invention also provides a working method of the writing pen.

The technical scheme is as follows: the invention provides a coloring mechanism, comprising: a number of shading units, each shading unit comprising:

the coloring part is pushed by the driving mechanism to generate position deviation; the driving mechanism is a driving mechanism providing a driving force by thermal deformation.

The coloring units are distributed in a circumferential mode, and a flow channel for molten materials to pass through is formed among the coloring units.

The first part is U-shaped, and the U-shaped open end of the first part is a first end to form two extending ends.

The coloring member is a coloring rod, is arranged along the length direction of the first member, and is parallel to the first member.

The coloring mechanism comprises a fixing plate, and a plurality of coloring units are vertically fixed on any end surface of the fixing plate through first ends of the driving mechanism; the fixing plate is provided with a through hole for passing a molten material.

The invention provides a writing pen, comprising: the coloring mechanism, the cavity which is positioned above the coloring mechanism and used for containing pigment and the pen point which is positioned below the coloring mechanism are arranged;

the top end of the coloring part of the coloring mechanism extends upwards into the cavity.

A flow channel for molten materials to pass through is arranged in the middle of the writing pen; and/or the cavity is vertically divided into a plurality of sub-cavities which are independent mutually.

In addition, the vertical direction in the invention is the direction from the first end to the second end of the first component.

The writing method of the writing pen comprises the following steps:

when the writing pen is used for monochrome output: the two extending ends of the first component are connected with current, the first component bends towards the side with small thermal expansion coefficient to push the coloring component to displace, the molten material is colored by the coloring component, then enters the melting cavity of the pen point to be melted, and is output through the outlet of the pen point, so that the single-color output of the writing pen is realized;

Has the advantages that: (1) the coloring mechanism pushes the coloring mechanism through the thermal deformation driving mechanism to realize the coloring of the molten material, and the driving mechanism is sensitive to the response of current and reduces the problem of color dragging of the existing output equipment; (2) the coloring mechanism is simple in structure, and compared with the existing coloring mechanism, the cost is greatly reduced; (3) the invention is provided with the coloring mechanism at the output end of the writing pen or the output device, is used for coloring the output of the device, can simply realize the replacement of different colors, and solves the problems of single output color and complicated color changing steps of the existing output device or the writing pen; (4) the writing pen or the output device can realize mixed color output of different pigments.
