Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automatic paper separating equipment, in particular to a paper separating device.

Background

In the production process of the PCB, when the PCB is collected in some procedures, in order to prevent the board surface from being damaged by pressure, a layer of separation paper needs to be arranged below the board in a stacking mode, and the separation paper needs to be taken away one by a paper suction mechanism and placed below the board. The traditional paper suction mechanism only uses a suction cup frame with a vacuum suction cup to directly suck paper, the mode is easy to cause the phenomenon of taking two sheets, and after the lower paper is taken off, the subsequent suction cup frame can not accurately take the paper. In fact, the paper is breathable, which causes the 'continuous paper' to be formed, so that when the vacuum chuck sucks the first paper by air suction, air between the lower paper is also sucked out to reduce air pressure, and the lower paper is tightly attached to the upper paper and is also sucked by the vacuum chuck. However, if the position of the suction cup is located at the edge of the paper, outside air can be supplemented more conveniently, so that the air pressure between two pieces of paper is not easy to reduce, and the pieces of paper are prevented from being stuck together.

Chinese utility model patent 201620331789.3 (hereinafter referred to as "893 patent") discloses a paper sheet separating and discharging device, including: the paper sheet pre-sucking device comprises a lifting assembly for lifting paper sheets in a bin to a preset position, an air blowing port for blowing air to stacked paper sheets, a pre-sucking paper assembly for lifting one corner of the paper sheet on the top surface and a paper sucking clamp for lifting the whole paper sheet. The paper pile is lifted to a preset position by a lifting assembly, one corner of a first piece of paper is firstly sucked by a pre-suction paper assembly, then the paper is lifted by a first suction disc group which is close to the pre-suction paper assembly and an air blowing opening on a paper suction clamp for a certain distance, a second suction disc group works again, and after the second suction disc group adsorbs the paper, the paper suction clamp takes out the paper; and the air blowing pipe can blow air to the paper before and after pre-absorbing the paper. However, the pre-suction paper assembly in the patent is easy to suck a plurality of pieces of paper, and the main action part of the suction cup of the paper suction clamp is the middle part of the paper, so that air is not easily supplemented into the paper; although the air blowing pipe is arranged to enable the paper sheets at the top to be fluffy, the auxiliary separation screw arranged for preventing the paper sheets from being blown away limits the fluffiness of the paper sheets, so that the device disclosed by the patent is still easy to suck a plurality of paper sheets and is not stable and quick enough in working.

Therefore, in the field of automatic paper separating equipment, a paper separating device which has high working efficiency, stability and reliability and is suitable for the automatic production process of large-area circuit printed boards is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a paper separating device with high working efficiency, stability and reliability, and suitable for automatic production process of large-area printed circuit boards. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The way of realizing that two rows of sucking discs of the sucking disc frame 30 rise and the distance in the width direction is reduced is that except that two rows of sucking discs directly move to the position above the inner side of the sucking disc frame 30, the height of the sucking discs also rises while the distance in the width direction of the two rows of sucking discs is shortened, thereby forming the shapes of edge height and middle depression in the width direction of the sucked paper, and facilitating the subsequent processes of assisting in separating paper, such as shaking, blowing and the like. In addition, when the suction tray frame 30 moves the top sheet to a predetermined position, the air knife set stops blowing air, and the rotating cylinder 401 rotates the paper pressing member 402 back to the initial state, as shown in fig. 9, which is a schematic view of the device for separating sheets of paper according to the present invention when the sheets of paper are not pressed, the present invention may also be provided with a paper pushing mechanism to push the lower sheet of paper back to the aligned state, and the above steps are repeated to separate the next top sheet of paper. Except that the suction disc frame 30 sucks the paper after the paper is rubbed out by the paper rubbing mechanism, the paper sucking position of the suction disc frame 30 is the edge of the paper, so that the shape that the edge of the paper is higher than the middle of the paper and is concave can be conveniently formed, most importantly, the edge of the paper is sucked, air can also enter the paper, and the paper on the lower layer is not easy to adhere to the paper on the top layer when the suction disc sucks the paper, so that the paper is more suitable for the automatic production process of a large-area circuit printed board, and the common device and method for sucking the small-size paper are not suitable for automatically placing packing paper on the large-area circuit printed board.
