In summary, the following steps: taking a hollow box body 10 with the appearance of 530 multiplied by 370 multiplied by 290mm as an example, the hollow box body is formed by pressing five layers of carbon fiber prepreg cloth, the wall thickness is 15mm, the weight of a single layer of carbon fiber prepreg cloth is 160-240 g/m2, the resin density is 1.15g/m3, the resin content is 50%, the weight of the box body of the storage box is only 560-840 g, and the weight is equivalent to the weight of 680g of a No. 1 postal carton; the weight of the box body can reach 45kg, which is far more than that of the carton box, namely 22.5 kg; the ultraviolet lamp irradiates the box body for 8 hours every day, and the irradiation lasts for one month, and compared with a polypropylene plastic box, the box body has no ageing phenomena such as whitening, cracking and the like on the surface. The box body and the aluminum metal box are continuously tested for 48 hours at the test temperature of 90 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 70 +/-2 percent and then are checked every 72 hours, and after a 500-hour damp-heat test, the box body has no obvious size deformation.

The special storage box for quilt core nursing with integrated structure and function is designed and manufactured by adopting the carbon fiber resin matrix composite material, and compared with the box bodies with different volumes and made of different materials, the special storage box for quilt core nursing has the characteristics of light weight, firm structure, radiation aging resistance, good moisture and heat resistance and the like, and is simple and convenient to manufacture, energy-saving and environment-friendly. The quilt core can complete daily care such as drying, degerming, removing odor under the state of accomodating, real-time supervision quilt core humiture. The invention provides convenience for batch treatment of the quilt cores by using industrial waste heat, and can effectively reduce the transportation cost, simplify the operation flow and prevent cross contamination.
