Car 204 top one side all has welded gag lever post 8, gag lever post 8 top is fixed to be inlayed and is had spring 801, can carry on spacingly to the rise height of car 204 through gag lever post 8, avoid the equipment at car 204 top to strike crossbearer 202, and when the contact, at first contact with crossbearer 204 lower surface through spring 801, can play the effect of buffering when gag lever post 8 contacts with crossbearer 202 through spring 801, make more comfortable when reacing the limit for height department.
