Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the invention provides a water pump lubricating device, which comprises a hollow water storage seat 1, wherein a closed water storage cavity 101 is arranged in the water storage seat 1, a connector 102 is arranged at the lower part of the water storage seat 1, a water inlet and outlet hole 103 is arranged on the connector 102, an air hole 104 is arranged at the upper part of the water storage seat 1, an air valve capable of opening and closing the air hole 104 is further arranged in the water storage seat 1, the air valve comprises a valve core 21 capable of blocking the air hole 104, a floater 3 capable of moving up and down is arranged in the water storage cavity 101, a pushing piece 31 capable of driving the valve core 21 to move to open the air hole 104 when the floater 3 descends is arranged on the floater 3, and the air valve further comprises a resetting device capable of driving the valve core 21 to.

Taking a dishwasher with a water pump as an example, the working principle of the invention is as follows:

1. referring to fig. 4, before the water pump is started, no water is in the water storage cavity 101, the float 3 descends to the bottom of the water storage cavity 101, the cylindrical spring connected between the valve core 21 and the spring mounting seat 105 is bent by the gravity of the float 3, and the valve core 21 rotates by a certain angle to enable the air valve to be in an open state. When the water pump is started, the water pressure at the turbine of the water pump is high, a part of water for washing dishes enters the water pump along the water pump shaft 73 to lubricate the action part of the water pump energy, meanwhile, a part of water enters the water storage cavity 101 through the water inlet and outlet, and the floater 3 discharges the air in the water storage cavity 101 along with the rise of the water level;

2. referring to fig. 5, when the water storage cavity 101 is filled with lubricating water, the highest point of the float 3 rises, the cylindrical spring drives the valve core 21 to reset, the air valve is closed, and the action part in the water pump keeps a lubricating state;

3. referring to fig. 6, after the dish washing work is completed, the dish washing machine drains water, at the moment, the water pressure in the water storage cavity 101 is greater than the outside, the water in the water storage cavity 101 is discharged from the water inlet and outlet, and meanwhile, the floater 3 moves down along with the liquid level to open the air valve, so that the water in the water storage cavity 101 can be emptied to wait for the next operation.

The invention adopts the water pumped by the water pump as the lubricant, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of water pollution possibly caused by adopting the lubricating oil for lubrication.
