Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lamps, in particular to a lamp lifting device.

Background

At present, most families can install some lamps with larger specifications, for example, a crystal lamp is heavy and high in heat emission; when the lamp is installed and repaired, the lamp needs to be detached and repaired by other tools and then installed, which is troublesome; moreover, some lamps are heavy, and the lamps are difficult to safely disassemble by manpower. The user does not have better protection consciousness when using the lamp, the service life of the lamp is damaged due to the overlong one-time opening time, so that the lamp is easy to damage, and the normal use is influenced; and the dust on the lamp is difficult to clean, which affects the use effect of the lamp.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a lamp lifting device which is safe, simple and convenient to install and disassemble and can detect the temperature of a lamp.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the lamp lifting device comprises an installation fixing plate fixed on the top of a wall, and further comprises a motor, a pulley, a rope and a lamp positioning hanging plate, wherein the motor is fixed on the installation fixing plate, an output shaft of the motor is in a horizontal state, the pulley is arranged on the output shaft of the motor, the upper end of the rope is connected with the pulley, the lower end of the rope is connected with the lamp positioning hanging plate, a mounting hole for mounting a lamp is formed in the lamp positioning hanging plate, and a temperature sensor is arranged on the lamp positioning hanging plate.

Furthermore, a support frame is arranged on the mounting fixing plate corresponding to the outer end part of the output shaft of the motor, and the outer end part of the output shaft is arranged on the support frame through a bearing.

The pulleys are arranged in a group side by side, and a rope is arranged corresponding to each pulley.

And an alarm is arranged on the lamp positioning hanging plate and connected with the temperature sensor.

The lamp positioning hanging plate is of a frame plate structure.

The upper part of the lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a lifting hook which is convenient to be connected with the lower end of the rope.

The lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a through hole, a fan which blows air upwards is arranged in the through hole, and a filter element is arranged below the fan in the through hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the lamp lifting device is reasonable in structural design, the lamp is fixed on the roof through the lifting device, the mounting and dismounting operations are safe and simple, the lamp at home can be conveniently cleaned, and manpower and material resources are reduced; and can control the temperature to report to the police to lamps and lanterns, remind the user to rationally use lamps and lanterns.

Detailed Description

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lamp lifting device includes a motor 1, a pulley 7, a rope 2, a lamp positioning hanger plate 5, a control switch 8, a temperature sensor 6, and a mounting fixing plate 11 for fixing on a wall top, wherein a set of fixing holes is formed in the mounting fixing plate.

The motor 1 is fixed on the mounting fixing plate, an output shaft of the motor is in a horizontal state, the pulley is arranged on the output shaft of the motor, the upper end of the rope 2 is connected with the pulley, the lower end of the rope is connected with the lamp positioning hanging plate 5, the lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a mounting hole for mounting a lamp, the lamp is fixed on the lamp positioning hanging plate through the fixing bolt 3, and the lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a temperature sensor 6 for detecting the ambient temperature of the lamp 4. Lamps and lanterns pass through elevating gear to be fixed on the wall crown, and the installation is dismantled and is operated safely portably, is convenient for clear up household lamps and lanterns, reduces manpower and materials.

A support frame 10 is arranged on the mounting fixing plate corresponding to the outer end part of the output shaft of the motor, and the outer end part of the output shaft is arranged on the support frame through a bearing; the pulleys are arranged in parallel, a rope is arranged corresponding to each pulley, and the lamp is stable and reliable.

The upper part of the lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a lifting hook 9 which is convenient to be connected with the lower end of the rope, so that the lamp can be conveniently installed and operated. The motor is connected with the control switch 8 and controls the lifting work through the control switch.

The lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with an alarm which is connected with the temperature sensor. The lamp can be subjected to temperature control alarm, and a user is reminded of reasonably using the lamp.

The lamp positioning hanging plate 5 is of a frame plate structure, and ventilation is facilitated. The lamp positioning hanging plate is provided with a through hole, a fan which blows air upwards is arranged in the through hole, and a filter element is arranged below the fan in the through hole; the fan is connected with the temperature sensor. When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature is higher, the fan can be controlled to work, the fan accelerates the air flow rate around the lamp, and the heat dissipation effect of the lamp is improved; and the filter element can purify air through the lower part of the fan, so that more dust accumulation on the lamp is avoided.

The rotation or the pause of user's accessible switch control motor, motor output and pulley cooperation, the rotation of motor drives the rotation of pulley, and the just reversal of motor also can make the rotation of pulley different simultaneously. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor drives the pulley to change the direction of rotation, so that the rope is collected and released by the wheel changing wheel, the ascending and descending of the lamp are further realized, and the operation is simple and convenient.
