Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic manufacturing, in particular to a ceramic tile with invisible textures and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

With the rise of real estate market, the building ceramic tile for decoration becomes a main decoration material for household indoor space design application. Especially, in recent years, the ceramic tile technology is rapidly developed and advanced, the decoration performance is more and more superior, the surface texture and the effect are more and more close to those of natural stone, so that in many engineering buildings, the space originally using the natural stone is changed into the ceramic tile with the stone-like pattern, the engineering cost is saved, and the bearing of the building and the mining of a stone mine are reduced.

However, in recent 2 years, architectural ceramic enterprises begin to enter a rock plate market with a larger military specification, the development time of the ceramic tile products is long, the investment cost of the enterprises is higher, and the ceramic tile products are often required to be researched, designed and developed in more than 1-2 years before being put into the market. Once a new product is marketed, the actual flow of the product is not known. From the current marketing model of the industry, most of the ceramic tiles produced are sold to consumer homes all over the world through normal distributor channels, or applied by engineering parties. But still a part is used by the illicit for imitation samples; and most of products of the rest projects are counterfeited by other manufacturers after a batch of genuine products are purchased by some engineering customers, and the ceramic tile products with the rest project amount are counterfeited for production so as to be full of products in time and counterfeited as products of regular brands and manufactured counterfeit goods are actually imitated. On one hand, the behavior influences that a ceramic enterprise invested with a large amount of capital to develop new products cannot normally profit according to a plan, and influences the possibility and enthusiasm of continuously increasing the investment of subsequent new products; on the other hand, the market is also disturbed, the normal product sale is influenced, the continuous development of companies is seriously influenced, the phenomenon that inferior coins expel good coins is caused, and the industry and the operating market are unfavorable. In addition, once product quality complaints and disputes occur, companies cannot or are very difficult to obtain evidence. Once the ceramic tile product is laid, no proper and sufficient basis and method are provided for judging the difference between the counterfeit product and the regular product, and the evidence is insufficient. In a word, the existing ceramic tile does not have a good anti-counterfeiting mark and can not realize the tracing of goods sources.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the ceramic tile with the invisible texture and the manufacturing method thereof are provided aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art, and the ceramic tile with the invisible texture in the prior art does not have a good anti-counterfeiting mark and cannot realize the tracing of a goods source.

In order to solve the problem of tracking the goods sources, in the prior art, an X-ray flaw detector or an ultrasonic flaw detector can be used for detecting the central point area on the surface of the ceramic tile before leaving the factory to form standard images or data information, a product information database with an anti-counterfeiting mark and a complete information storage unit is established, and the product information database is shared with each dealer website through the internet. The same method is adopted at the terminal, the image or data information of the ceramic tile which needs to be identified or tracked and circulates in the market is collected, and the image or data information is matched and verified with the product information database, so that the purposes of judging the authenticity of the ceramic tile and tracing the source of the ceramic tile are achieved. However, the method has a relatively advanced anti-counterfeiting function, but the data for tracing the delivery source of the product is still insufficient, although the shared information in the database can be compared and matched, the specific source of the serial goods cannot be traced, and the source of the serial goods cannot be verified. In addition, in the prior art, the side face of the ceramic tile is drilled by a diamond drill, the chip containing the product information of the ceramic tile is placed in the drill and sealed by glue, so that the product information on each ceramic tile, such as product source information and the like, can be effectively stored and is not easy to eliminate, the product source of the ceramic tile can be quickly identified, and great convenience is brought to ceramic tile manufacturers. In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the present embodiment provides a ceramic tile with invisible textures, the ceramic tile is decorated with invisible textures, the invisible textures comprise invisible textures and/or invisible codes, the invisible textures are used for anti-counterfeiting marks and/or invisible decorations, and the invisible codes are used for source tracing. That is, the invisible texture can provide an effect of the counterfeit-proof mark and/or the invisible decoration and the tracing of the source of goods. In the present embodiment, the invisible texture is invisible because the invisible texture of the present embodiment is invisible under visible light having a wavelength of 380nm to 780 nm. The invisible camouflage function is very good because the invisible camouflage function can be displayed to be visible only when special equipment is adopted to emit light with special wavelength or read and identified by professional equipment.

Further, after finishing the decoration of the invisible texture, the present embodiment may apply a layer of transparent or translucent protective glaze on the surface of the ceramic tile green body decorated with the invisible texture. The protective glaze is applied by covering a layer of transparent or semitransparent glaze on the surface of the decorative pattern and/or the invisible texture after finishing the pattern decoration and/or the invisible texture decoration, so as to cover the pattern texture and play a role of protection. Of course, the protective glaze can be transparent or semitransparent or not used directly according to the requirements of technological effect and function of the product.

Further, in the embodiment, the ceramic tile green body decorated with the invisible textures is placed into a kiln to be fired into a ceramic tile finished product. The function of the invisible texture is not affected after the embodiment is sintered at high temperature. Then, the present embodiment performs post-treatment on the surface of the product according to the function or surface effect of the product. For example, the ceramic tile finished product is subjected to polishing treatment, surface antifouling treatment or surface protection treatment. Most ceramic tiles with lower surface gloss do not need to be polished, and products without protective glaze on the surface do not need to be polished; most finished ceramic tile products with protective glaze imitation marble patterns require surface polishing. And then carrying out surface antifouling and protection treatment on the ceramic tile finished product with the polished surface, wherein the ceramic tile finished product with the matte or matte surface and low glossiness does not need to be subjected to antifouling treatment but needs to be subjected to surface protection in specific application.

After the ceramic tile finished product is obtained, the goods source code is extracted from the invisible texture of the ceramic tile finished product, and the ceramic tile finished product is packaged and stored in a warehouse. Specifically, the invisible texture of the present embodiment is invisible under visible light with a wavelength of 380nm to 780 nm. Therefore, when the source code is extracted, the invisible texture is irradiated by the light with the specific wavelength, so that the invisible texture can be clearly distinguished, the anti-counterfeiting mark and the source code can be obtained by combining a mature pattern recognition technology, and the product database is recorded, so that when goods are mixed at a market terminal, the corresponding delivery information of the ceramic tile can be searched, each product can be tracked, the source provider can be found, and the product is not easily stained and damaged by the goods mixer when counterfeit evidence is obtained.
