Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pure natural cigarette smoke adsorbent and a using method thereof, aiming at the defects of the existing cigarette harm reduction technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a pure natural cigarette smoke adsorbent, which comprises plant extracts rich in flavonoid substances. The invention mainly utilizes the physicochemical property of the action of flavonoid substances contained in the plant extracts and cigarette smoke substances, and can fully exert gas adsorption on harmful ingredients in cigarette smoke when the plant extracts are contacted with rapid airflow passing through a cigarette filter. The main adsorption effect of the plant extract rich in flavonoid substances on cigarette smoke is as follows: (1) during smoking of cigarette, when smoke passes through plant extract rich in flavonoid component, the smoke forms gas-solid sol with the plant extract, and part of aldehydes, olefins, benzenes, cyanides, nicotine and other organic matters in the smoke are adsorbed and trapped by the sol; (2) the flavonoid is a compound with 2-phenylchromone (shown in figure 1) as core, and can be combined with free radicals of harmful gas components in smoke to adsorb and retain when contacting with rapid air flow passing through cigarette filter. The novel pure natural cigarette smoke adsorbent is formed because the grape seed extract, the hawthorn leaf extract, the cyclocarya paliurus leaf extract, the rosemary extract, the folium artemisiae argyi extract, the ginkgo leaf extract, the persimmon leaf extract, the sea buckthorn extract, the radix puerariae extract, the buckwheat extract and the like are rich in flavonoid components.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method for using a pure natural cigarette smoke adsorbent, which is characterized in that the pure natural cigarette smoke adsorbent is used as a filler in a cigarette filter, 15-20 mg of plant extract which is smashed into 80-mesh particles and is rich in flavonoid components is filled in the filter outside a cigarette or in a self-contained filter, or 15-20 mg of plant extract which is smashed into 40-mesh particles and is rich in flavonoid components is filled in the middle of an acetate fiber tow of the cigarette filter.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the plant extract rich in flavonoid components is used as a cigarette smoke adsorbent, is nontoxic, harmless and pure natural, can fully exert gas adsorption on harmful gas components in cigarette smoke when contacting with rapid airflow passing through a cigarette filter, and reduces the influence of the cigarette smoke on human health.
