1. A pre-filled pen-type ICI injection device comprising a barrel (1) and a ram (2) characterized in that,

the inner cavity of the needle cylinder (1) is stepped and comprises a piston cavity (11) and a push rod cavity (12) which are coaxial, the inner diameter of the piston cavity (11) is larger than that of the push rod cavity (12), a cylindrical medicine outlet (13) is formed in the end wall of the piston cavity (11), and a sealing film (14) is arranged on one side, close to the piston cavity (11), of the medicine outlet (13) for sealing;

2. A pre-filled pen ICI injection device according to claim 1 where the needle (5) is bottomed with a cylindrical needle holder (51) and where the outer wall of the needle holder (51) is a tight fit or threaded connection with the recess (23).

3. A pre-filled pen ICI injection device according to claim 2 where the outer wall of the needle holder (51) is a tight fit or a threaded connection with the inner wall of the drug outlet (13).

4. A pre-filled pen ICI injection device according to claim 2 wherein the needle holder (51) has a height greater than the depth of the recess (23) and less than the length of the drug outlet (13).

5. The pre-filled pen ICI injection device according to claim 1 wherein the push disc (22) is hemispherical and comprises a curved outer wall and a planar wall perpendicularly connected to the push rod (2).

6. The pre-filled pen-type ICI injection device according to claim 1, wherein the push disc (22) is of rubber material.

7. Method of operating a pre-filled pen-type ICI injection device according to any of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:

1) installing a needle (5): taking the needle holder (51) and the needle head (5) out of the groove (23), piercing the sealing film (14) by the needle head (5), turning over the needle head (5) to enable the needle head (5) to be arranged outwards, installing the needle holder (51) in the medicine outlet (13) and enabling the end face of the needle holder (51) not to protrude out of the end face of the needle cylinder (1);

2) and (3) injection: the penis is fixed by one hand, and the needle (5) is inserted into the proper position of the cavernous body by the other hand; after the puncture, the limiting ring (4) is taken down, and the pull spring (3) pulls the push disc (22) to drive the push rod (2) and the piston (21) to realize automatic injection;

3) narrowing: and after the injection is finished, the needle head (5) is taken down, the needle holder (51) is placed in the groove (23), and the needle head (5) is positioned in the hole (24).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of medical auxiliary instruments, and particularly relates to a pre-installed pen type ICI injection device and an operation method.

Background

The penis erection is induced by injecting vasoactive drug (ICI) into corpus cavernosum penis, and can be used for treating male erectile difficulty. Examples of the vasoactive drugs include prostaglandin E1. ICI has the advantages that: simple operation, small interference from the outside, good result repeatability, rapid result output and the like.

Operating method for injecting ICI: the patient lies down, the root of the penis is banded with a rubber band, and the operation is carried out under the strict aseptic principle after the sterilization. The injection sites are generally on both sides of the mid-posterior portion of the penis, and should avoid the neurovascular bundle and the urethra. After the skin of the injection part is fixed by fingers, the needle head vertically penetrates into the cavernous body of the penis, when the white membrane is punctured, the medicine is slowly injected into the cavernous body without drawing back blood, after the injection is finished, the needle head is pulled out, the cotton swab is used for pressing the injection part for 2 minutes to prevent the occurrence of bleeding and hematoma, after 3 minutes, the rubber band is loosened, and the penis is stimulated by hands to erect.

For patients, the initial injection typically needs to be performed at the hospital under the direction of a physician. The subsequent operation is then performed by the patient himself. Due to the particularities of the application of the medicament, patients are required to inject themselves prior to sexual life. The operation method can be known that in the using process, one hand needs to fix the penis, so that the injection can be completed only by the other hand, and how to use the one hand for injection and make the injection more convenient becomes a problem to be solved.

Insulin pens are complex in structure and high in price, and are currently mainly imported, such as insulin pens developed by austria research institute. The invention patent of the domestic patent number 'CN 105148357A' provides an anti-hardening insulin pen, however, the pen uses a plurality of sensors, a single chip microcomputer and other elements, and still has the problems of high cost and complex structure. ICI drugs are expensive, and the burden of patients is increased by using expensive insulin pens; and some insulin pens have needles that are not disposable, which poses serious health and safety problems if used to inject the penis.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pre-assembled pen type ICI injection device and an operation method, and solves the technical problems of complex injection operation of the ICI medicine, complex structure and high cost of the existing pen type injector.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a pre-filled pen type ICI injection device comprises a syringe and a push rod,

the inner cavity of the needle cylinder is in a step shape and comprises a piston cavity and a push rod cavity which are coaxial, the inner diameter of the piston cavity is larger than that of the push rod cavity, a cylindrical medicine outlet is formed in the end wall of the piston cavity, and a sealing film is arranged on one side, close to the piston cavity, of the medicine outlet for sealing;

the push rod cavity is internally provided with a push rod, two ends of the push rod are respectively fixed with a piston and a push disc, the piston is in gapless sliding fit connection with the inner wall of the piston cavity, the push rod is in sliding fit connection with the inner wall of the push rod cavity, a tension spring surrounding the outer wall of the push rod is arranged between the push disc and the tail end face of the needle cylinder, two ends of the tension spring are respectively fixed on the inner end face of the push disc and the tail end face of the needle cylinder, the periphery of the tension spring is provided with a limit ring, two ends of the limit ring are respectively clamped on the inner end face of the push disc and the tail end face of the needle cylinder; the tail end of the push disc is provided with a groove, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a hole which is used for accommodating a needle head and extends into the push rod; the piston is positioned at the tail part of the piston cavity, and ICI liquid medicine is pre-filled in the piston cavity.

Preferably, the root of the needle head is a cylindrical needle holder, and the outer wall of the needle holder is in tight fit with the groove or in threaded connection with the groove.

Preferably, the outer wall of the needle holder is tightly matched with or in threaded connection with the inner wall of the medicine outlet.

Preferably, the needle holder height is greater than the groove depth and less than the medicament outlet length.

Preferably, the push disc is hemispherical and comprises a curved outer wall and a plane wall vertically connected with the push rod.

Preferably, the pushing disc is made of rubber.

A method of operating a pre-filled pen type ICI injection device comprising the steps of:

1) installing a needle head: taking down the needle holder and the needle head from the groove, piercing the sealing film by the needle head, turning over the needle head to enable the needle head to be arranged outwards, installing the needle holder in the medicine outlet and enabling the end face of the needle holder not to protrude out of the end face of the needle cylinder;

2) and (3) injection: fixing the penis with one hand and puncturing the needle into the proper position of the cavernous body with the other hand; after the puncture, the limiting ring is taken down, and the pull spring pulls the push disc to drive the push rod and the piston to realize automatic injection;

3) narrowing: and after the injection is finished, the needle head is taken down, the needle support is placed in the groove, and the needle head is positioned in the hole.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

(1) the injection can be carried out by using one hand, the liquid medicine is pre-filled, the operation steps are simple and convenient, and the injection is suitable for the independent operation of a patient;

(2) the height of the needle holder is larger than that of the groove so as to facilitate the extraction of the needle head from the groove, and the length of the needle holder is smaller than that of the medicine outlet so as to ensure that the needle holder is buried in the needle cylinder, the front end of the needle cylinder is a plane, and the end surface can be attached to the skin during injection.

(3) The curved surface of the pushing plate is pressed against the palm center when the injection is carried out by one hand, the material is more comfortable, and the hand is not easy to be injured.

Referring to fig. 1-10, a pre-filled pen-type ICI injection device, comprising a barrel 1 and a ram 2,

Further, the root of the needle head 5 is a cylindrical needle holder 51, and the outer wall of the needle holder 51 is tightly matched with or in threaded connection with the groove 23.

Further, referring to fig. 5, the outer wall of the needle holder 51 is tightly fitted or screwed with the inner wall of the medicine outlet 13.

Further, the needle holder 51 has a height greater than the depth of the groove 23 and less than the length of the drug outlet 13. The height of the needle holder 51 is larger than that of the groove 23 so as to facilitate the extraction of the needle from the groove 23, and the length of the needle holder 51 is smaller than that of the medicine outlet 13 so as to ensure that the needle holder 52 is buried in the syringe, and the front end of the syringe is a plane which can be attached to the skin during injection.

Further, the pushing plate 22 is a hemisphere, and includes a curved outer wall and a planar wall vertically connected to the pushing rod 2.

Further, the pushing plate 22 is made of rubber. When the injection is carried out by one hand, the curved surface of the push plate 22 is pressed against the palm center, the material is more comfortable, and the hand is not easy to be hurt.

A method of operating a pre-filled pen type ICI injection device comprising the steps of:

1) installing a needle head 5: removing the needle holder 51 and the needle 5 from the groove 23, piercing the sealing membrane 14 by the needle 5, turning over the needle 5 to enable the needle 5 to be arranged outwards, and installing the needle holder 51 in the medicine outlet 13 without the end face of the needle holder 51 protruding out of the end face of the needle cylinder 1;

2) and (3) injection: fixing the penis with one hand and puncturing the needle 5 into the proper position of the cavernous body with the other hand; after the puncture, the limiting ring 4 is taken down, and the pull spring 3 pulls the push disc 22 to drive the push rod 2 and the piston 21 to realize automatic injection;

3) narrowing: after the injection is completed, the needle 5 is removed, the needle holder 51 is placed in the recess 23 and the needle 5 is positioned in the hole 24.
