The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to an injector.

Background

When a doctor injects or transfusions the medicine into muscles of patients, in order to prevent the medicine anaphylactic reaction, the medicine which is easy to cause anaphylactic reaction is specified to be required to be subjected to a skin sensitivity test before use, the test is called skin test for short, the medicine which is negative in the skin test can be used for the patients, and the medicine which is positive in the skin test is forbidden to be used.

In the process of carrying out skin test, the skin test liquid medicine needs to be extracted according to aseptic operation, after the skin test liquid medicine is extracted into the injector, air needs to be exhausted, the air exhaust is not thorough, and air bubbles exist in the injector, so that the diluent amount and the liquid medicine content are inaccurate; when in exhaust, the needle head needs to be upwards, so that the liquid medicine is easy to flow backwards to pollute the injection needle head; some tiny bubbles are not easy to be discharged, and need to be discharged for many times, thus increasing workload and wasting liquid medicine.

Thirdly, when preparing the skin test liquid medicine, the test liquid needs to be uniformly mixed, and if the shaking method is incorrect or the shaking is not sufficient, the content of the skin test liquid medicine is inaccurate.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an injector which is convenient to use, high in working efficiency and simple in exhaust.

In order to solve the technical problem, the injector comprises a needle cylinder, a core rod and a piston, wherein the core rod is fixedly connected with the piston, the piston is pushed into the needle cylinder from the rear of the needle cylinder to the front, and the piston further comprises a bubble cavity which is arranged above the front end in the needle cylinder and communicated with the needle cylinder.

The exhaust cavity, the exhaust piston and the exhaust core rod are also included; the exhaust cavity is arranged behind the bubble cavity, the front end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the bubble cavity, and the rear end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the needle cylinder; the exhaust piston is arranged in the exhaust cavity, the side surface of the exhaust piston is in contact connection with the inner wall of the exhaust cavity, and the front end of the exhaust core rod is fixedly connected with the exhaust piston so as to push the exhaust piston to slide in the exhaust cavity; the rear end of the exhaust core rod is fixedly connected with the core rod.

A communicating hole is also arranged between the exhaust cavity and the needle cylinder.

The aperture of the communicating hole is less than 0.1 mm.

The exhaust piston is a triangular body; the exhaust piston is arranged behind the piston; the distance between the end face of the rear end of the exhaust piston and the piston is adaptive to the aperture of the communicating hole.

The device also comprises an exhaust cavity, an exhaust piston and an exhaust core rod, wherein the exhaust cavity is arranged behind the bubble cavity, the front end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the bubble cavity, the rear end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the needle cylinder, the exhaust piston is arranged in the exhaust cavity, the side surface of the exhaust piston is in contact connection with the inner wall of the exhaust cavity, the front end of the exhaust core rod is fixedly connected with the exhaust piston so as to push the exhaust piston to slide in the exhaust cavity, the rear end of the exhaust core rod is fixedly connected with the core rod, when the liquid medicine enters the injector, the liquid medicine respectively enters the needle cylinder and the exhaust cavity, in the process, the liquid medicine forms convection to impact the wall of the needle; and the space for accommodating bubbles or gas in the exhaust cavity is larger, so that the use is more convenient.

Because the communicating hole is arranged between the exhaust cavity and the needle cylinder, when the liquid medicine enters the injector, the liquid medicine can better form convection to impact the wall of the needle cylinder and the wall of the exhaust cavity, the mixing of the test solution is more uniform, and the content of the skin test liquid medicine is more accurate. And then, bubbles or gas can enter the exhaust cavity more easily, and simultaneously the bubbles or gas is discharged out of the syringe through the communicating holes, so that the bubbles or gas is better prevented from entering the skin along with the liquid medicine, and the use is more convenient.

Because the exhaust piston is a triangular body and is arranged behind the piston, the distance between the end surface of the rear end of the exhaust piston and the piston is matched with the aperture of the communicating hole, bubbles or gas can be better discharged out of the syringe through the communicating hole, the bubbles or gas is better prevented from entering the skin along with the liquid medicine, and the use is more convenient.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and detailed description:

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the syringe of the present invention includes a cylinder 5, a core rod 7 and a piston 6. The core bar 7 is fixedly connected with the piston 6, and the piston 6 is pushed into the needle cylinder 5 from the rear of the needle cylinder 5 to the front. Also comprises a bubble cavity 4, the bubble cavity 4 is arranged above the front end in the syringe 5 and is communicated with the syringe 5.

In order to make the space for containing bubbles or gas larger and the use is more convenient, the air exhaust device also comprises an air exhaust cavity 3, an air exhaust piston 2 and an air exhaust core rod 1. The exhaust cavity 3 is arranged behind the bubble cavity 4, the front end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the bubble cavity 4, and the rear end of the exhaust cavity is communicated with the needle cylinder 5. The exhaust piston 2 is arranged in the exhaust cavity 3, and the side surface of the exhaust piston is in contact connection with the inner wall of the exhaust cavity 3. The front end of the exhaust core rod 1 is fixedly connected with the exhaust piston 2 to push the exhaust piston 2 to slide in the exhaust cavity 3. The rear end of the exhaust core rod 1 is fixedly connected with the core rod 7.

In order to better prevent air bubbles or gas from entering the skin along with the liquid medicine, a communication hole 8 is also arranged between the exhaust cavity 3 and the needle cylinder 5. The air bubbles or the gas can enter the air exhaust cavity more easily, and simultaneously the air bubbles or the gas is exhausted out of the syringe through the communicating holes, so that the air bubbles or the gas is better prevented from entering the skin along with the liquid medicine, and the use is more convenient. The diameter of the communicating hole 8 is preferably less than 0.1 mm. The aperture of the communicating hole 8 is less than 0.1mm, and the liquid medicine can not flow from the communicating hole 8 under the normal air pressure.

In order to better prevent air bubbles or gas from entering the skin along with the liquid medicine and to be more convenient to use, the exhaust piston 2 is in a triangular shape. The exhaust piston 2 is placed behind the piston 6. The distance between the end surface of the rear end of the exhaust piston 2 and the piston 6 is adapted to the aperture of the communication hole 8.
