When no proper section bar is found as the moving track, a plate can be selected to fix the V-shaped clamps, the V-shaped clamps are fixed on the plate every 3m, a steel wire rope penetrates between every two adjacent V-shaped clamps, two ends of the steel wire rope respectively penetrate through the open holes 5 of the V-shaped clamps at two ends and are fixed, and then the safety belt is directly anchored on the steel wire rope for operation.
