Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment equipment, in particular to a filter press.

Background

Rubber production and other industries can generate a large amount of sewage in the production process, and the filter press is one of sewage treatment equipment. The existing plate-and-frame filter press comprises a frame, wherein a fixed filter plate, a movable filter plate and a pressing device for pressing the fixed filter plate and the movable filter plate are arranged on the frame, and filter cloth is respectively sleeved on the fixed filter plate and the movable filter plate. The filter press of this kind of current structure, in the use, easy adhesion mud piece on the filter cloth influences the filter-pressing effect, needs often to stop to unload the filter cloth and wash, but in this kind of structure, the filter cloth is difficult to be dismantled, and needs steps such as acid-base soaking, clear water wash when wasing, wastes time and energy, seriously influences the work efficiency of filter press.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the filter press which does not need to stop to clean the filter cloth, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of filter pressing.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a filter press comprises a frame, wherein two ends of the frame are respectively provided with an oil cylinder, the oil cylinders at the two ends are arranged oppositely, a telescopic rod of the oil cylinder at each end is fixedly provided with a hollow movable filter plate, and the surfaces of the two movable filter plates close to each other are provided with filter press grooves;

rollers are respectively arranged on the machine frame below the movable filter plates, corresponding to the movable filter plates, a tensioning device is arranged between the rollers and the lower ends of the movable filter plates, the tensioning device is arranged on the movable filter plates through connecting pieces, guide rollers are arranged above the movable filter plates, and the guide rollers are hinged with the movable filter plates at two ends through connecting rods;

the roller at one end is wound with filter cloth, the filter cloth sequentially passes through the tension device at the end, the filter pressing tank of the movable filter plate at the end, the upper end of the guide roller, the filter pressing tank of the movable filter plate at the other end and the tension device at the other end and is connected with the roller at the other end, and the roller at the other end is in transmission connection with the driving device through an electric clutch;

a liquid inlet pipe is arranged between the lower ends of the movable filter plates at the two ends, a clamping groove for clamping the liquid inlet pipe is arranged at the position, corresponding to the liquid inlet pipe, on each movable filter plate, and a liquid outlet hole is formed in the bottom end of each movable filter plate.

Preferably, the tensioning device comprises a tensioning roller, the connecting piece is a connecting rod, two ends of the tensioning roller are hinged with the corresponding movable filter plates through the connecting rod, and a spring is connected between the middle part of the connecting rod and the movable filter plates.

Preferably, the driving device is a servo motor.

Preferably, the liquid outlet hole is connected with a water outlet hose.

according to the filter press, the filter cloth is not sleeved on the movable filter plate but is arranged separately from the movable filter plate, the filter cloth is wound on the roller at one end, after the filter cloth is used for a period of time, the driving device is controlled to operate, the filter cloth section adhered with the mud blocks is rotated to the roller at the other end, and under the guiding cooperation of the guiding roller and the rotation of the roller, the clean filter cloth section is conveyed to the position between the movable filter plates at the two ends, so that the filter cloth can be replaced without stopping the press, the automation of replacing the filter cloth is realized, and the filter press working efficiency is greatly improved.

The invention is further illustrated below with reference to the figures and examples. In the following detailed description, certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described by way of illustration only. Needless to say, a person skilled in the art realizes that the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and not intended to limit the scope of the claims.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the filter press of the present embodiment includes a frame 1, two ends of the frame 1 are respectively provided with an oil cylinder 2, the oil cylinders 2 at the two ends are arranged oppositely, that is, the telescopic rods of the oil cylinders 2 at the two ends face each other. All fixedly on the telescopic link of the hydro-cylinder 2 of each end be equipped with hollow movable filter plate 3, two movable filter plates 3 all are equipped with filter-pressing groove 4 on being close to each other on the surface, and filter-pressing groove 4 of the movable filter plate 3 at both ends aligns the pressfitting and forms filter-pressing chamber 5, and the cavity of movable filter plate 3 is the play liquid chamber during filter-pressing.

The frame 1 is provided with rollers 6 below the movable filter plates 3, a tensioning device 7 is arranged between the rollers 6 and the lower ends of the movable filter plates 3, the tensioning device 7 is arranged on the movable filter plates 3 through a connecting piece, a guide roller 8 is arranged above the movable filter plates 3, one end of the guide roller 8 is connected with the movable filter plates 3 at two ends through a connecting rod 15, and the other end of the guide roller 8 is also hinged with the movable filter plates 3 at two ends through a connecting rod 15.

The roller 6 at one end is wound with filter cloth 9, the free end of the filter cloth 9 on the roller 6 passes through the tension device 7 at the end, the filter pressing groove 4 of the movable filter plate 3 at the end, the upper end of the guide roller 8, the filter pressing groove 4 of the movable filter plate 3 at the other end and the tension device 7 at the other end in sequence, and then is connected with the roller 6 at the other end, and the roller 6 at the other end is in transmission connection with the driving device through the electric clutch 10.

A liquid inlet pipe 12 is arranged between the lower ends of the movable filter plates 3 at the two ends, a high-pressure pump (not shown in the figure) can be arranged on the liquid inlet pipe 12, a clamping groove 13 for clamping the liquid inlet pipe is arranged on the movable filter plate 3 corresponding to the liquid inlet pipe 12, and an elastic sealing gasket can be arranged on the clamping groove 13. The bottom end of the movable filter plate 3 is provided with a liquid outlet 14. The liquid outlet hole 14 is connected with a water outlet hose.

The tensioning device 7 can adopt the following structure:

the tensioning device 7 comprises a tensioning roller 71, the connecting member is a connecting rod 72, two ends of the tensioning roller 71 are hinged with the corresponding movable filter plate 3 through the connecting rod 72, and a spring 73 is connected between the middle part of the connecting rod 72 and the movable filter plate 3.

The driving means is a servo motor 11.

The working process of the filter press of the invention is as follows:

the electric clutch 10 between the servo motor 11 and the roller 6 is in a separation state, the oil cylinders 2 at two ends move, the telescopic rod extends out to drive the movable filter plates 3 at two ends to approach each other and press, the clamping grooves 13 at the lower ends of the movable filter plates 3 at two ends clamp the liquid inlet pipe 12, and the filter cloth 9 can be freely stretched along with the movement of the movable filter plates 3 in the process to automatically adapt to the positions of the movable filter plates 3. After the movable filter plates 3 at the two ends are contacted and pressed, the waste liquid to be treated enters the filter pressing cavities 5 between the movable filter plates 3 at the two ends from the liquid inlet pipe 12 at high pressure, and pure liquid penetrates through the filter cloth 9, enters the hollow inner cavities of the movable filter plates 3 and flows out from the liquid outlet holes 14. Then the telescopic rod of the oil cylinder 2 retracts to drive the movable filter plates 3 at the two ends to separate, and the filter cake falls down.

The filter cloth 9 is not sleeved on the movable filter plate 3, but is separated from the movable filter plate 3, the filter cloth 9 is wound on the roller 6 at one end, after the filter cloth 9 is used for a period of time, the electric clutch 10 is in a power-on combination state, the servo motor 11 is controlled to operate, the roller wheel at the corresponding end is driven to rotate, under the transmission action of the filter cloth, the roller at the other end rotates in a driven way, the filter cloth section with poor permeability rotates to the roller 6 at the other end, under the guiding cooperation of the guide roller 8 and the rotation of the roller 6, clean filter cloth segments are conveyed to the positions between the movable filter plates 3 at the two ends, so that the filter cloth 9 can be replaced without stopping the machine, and the automation of replacing the filter cloth 9, and the filter cloth 9 positioned outside the filter press can be cleaned simultaneously when the filter press operates, and the filter cloth 9 can be cleaned without stopping the filter press, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of filter pressing.

In addition, according to the structure of the filter press, when the movable filter plates at the two ends are separated, the distance between the filter cloth between the movable filter plates at the two ends is narrow, and the filter press is beneficial to the falling of mud blocks.

The inventor of the invention has devised a brand new technical scheme through long-term practice and thinking, and solves the efficiency problem of the existing filter press. Through trial production and trial operation, the effect is good, and the method is worthy of popularization.
