1. A filter cartridge cleaning assembly, comprising:
a backwash tank capable of storing a certain amount of backwash water;
the water storage pipeline is provided with a water storage inlet and a water storage outlet, the water storage outlet is communicated with the backwashing tank, and the water storage inlet is communicated with a water outlet end of the water pump;
the pressure stabilizing device is connected in series with the water storage pipeline and is used for adjusting the water pressure flowing through the pressure stabilizing device within a certain range;
the backwashing pipeline is provided with a backwashing water inlet and a backwashing water outlet, the backwashing water inlet is communicated with the backwashing tank, the backwashing water outlet is used for being communicated with the filter element, and the backwashing pipeline can convey backwashing water in the backwashing tank to the filter element;
and the backwashing valve is connected in series with the backwashing pipeline and is used for controlling the flow of backwashing water in the backwashing pipeline.
2. A filter cartridge cleaning assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the pressure regulator comprises a pressure relief valve or a pressure maintaining valve, the pressure maintaining value of the pressure regulator being adjustable or fixed.
3. The cartridge cleaning assembly of claim 2, wherein the pressure regulator is adjustable to regulate the pressure of water flowing through the pressure regulator within a first predetermined pressure range.
4. The cartridge cleaning assembly as recited in claim 2, wherein the pressure stabilizer is fixed at a pressure value that regulates the amount of water pressure flowing through the pressure stabilizer to be any value within a first predetermined pressure range.
5. The filter element cleaning assembly according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the backwash valve comprises a backwash switch and a backwash check valve, and the backwash switch and the backwash check valve are respectively connected in series with the backwash pipeline.
6. A filter cartridge cleaning assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the backwash tank is spherical, cylindrical, square or profiled and has a volume of 5 litres or less.

The filter element cleaning assembly according to claim 6, comprising a plurality of backwash tanks, the plurality of backwash tanks being in communication with the water storage outlet and the backwash water inlet, respectively, the plurality of backwash tanks being connected in series or in parallel.

A water purification machine comprising a filter element, a water pump and a filter element cleaning assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7; the water pump is provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the filter element is provided with a water inlet end and a purified water outlet end, the water inlet end of the filter element is communicated with a water source, the purified water outlet end of the filter element is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump, the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the water storage inlet of the water storage pipeline, the backwashing water outlet of the backwashing pipeline is communicated with the purified water outlet end of the filter element, and the backwashing pipeline can convey backwashing water to enter the filter element in the reverse direction.

The water purifier according to claim 8, further comprising a water discharge pipeline and a water discharge control valve, wherein the water discharge pipeline is communicated with the filter element, the water discharge pipeline is used for discharging backwash water after the filter element is washed, and the water discharge control valve is used for controlling on-off of the water discharge pipeline.

The water purifier according to any one of claims 8-9, further comprising a water conduit and a water guide valve, wherein the water conduit is communicated with a water outlet of the water pump or a purified water outlet of the filter element, the water guide valve is connected in series to the water conduit, and the water guide valve is used for controlling the on-off of the water conduit; the water guide pipeline conveys water flowing through the water pump to a user for use, or the water guide pipeline conveys water flowing through the filter element to a subsequent water treatment assembly.
11. The water purifier of claim 10, further comprising a fine filtration and post-treatment assembly in communication with the water conduit, the water conduit delivering water flowing through the filter element to the fine filtration and post-treatment assembly.
12. A method for cleaning a filter element, which is applied to the water purifier as claimed in any one of claims 10-11, and comprises the steps of, after the filter element accumulates water for a first preset time, cleaning the filter element:
s3: closing the water pump and the water guide valve, and opening the drainage control valve for a second preset time;
s4: and opening the backwashing valve to allow backwashing water in the backwashing tank to enter the filter element through the backwashing pipeline, and backwashing the filter element by the backwashing water conveyed by the backwashing pipeline, wherein the backwashing time is a third preset time.
13. The filter cartridge cleaning method according to claim 12, further comprising, before the step S3, S2: closing the drainage control valve and the backwashing valve, opening the water pump and the water guide valve, enabling the water filtered by the filter element to sequentially flow through the water pump and the pressure stabilizing device and finally to be stored in the backwashing tank, adjusting the water pressure in the backwashing tank to be 0.1-0.8 Mpa by the pressure stabilizing device, and operating the water pump for a fourth preset time; the steps S2-S4 are executed in a loop.
14. The filter element cleaning method according to claim 13, wherein in the step S2, the pressure stabilizer adjusts the water pressure in the backwash tank to be stabilized at 0.25 Mpa.
15. The filter cartridge cleaning method according to claim 12, wherein said step S4 further comprises: the water introduced from the water inlet end of the filter element positively washes the filter element.
16. The method for cleaning a filter element according to any one of claims 12 to 15, wherein the filter element is kept on standby after accumulating water for a first preset time, and the water purifier is kept on standby for a fifth preset time to clean the filter element.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water filtration and purification, in particular to a filter element cleaning assembly, a water purifier and a filter element cleaning method.
Background
In the application process of the water purifier, the pretreatment filter element can be generally used for removing impurities such as silt, suspended matters, rust, colloid, bacteria, large-particle substances and the like contained in tap water. In the higher abominable quality of water area of impurity content, along with the extension of purifier system water time, have a large amount of impurity attached to the preliminary treatment filter core, cause the life of preliminary treatment filter core short, and then lead to the problem that the preliminary treatment filter core is changed frequently or is influenced the purifier performance, user experience feels poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a filter element cleaning assembly, a water purifier and a filter element cleaning method, which can clean the filter element in time, for solving the problem of short service life of the filter element in the existing water purifier.
A cartridge cleaning assembly comprising:
a backwash tank capable of storing a certain amount of backwash water;
the water storage pipeline is provided with a water storage inlet and a water storage outlet, the water storage outlet is communicated with the backwashing tank, and the water storage inlet is communicated with a water outlet end of the water pump;
the pressure stabilizing device is connected in series with the water storage pipeline and is used for adjusting the water pressure flowing through the pressure stabilizing device within a certain range;
the backwashing pipeline is provided with a backwashing water inlet and a backwashing water outlet, the backwashing water inlet is communicated with the backwashing tank, the backwashing water outlet is used for being communicated with the filter element, and the backwashing pipeline can convey backwashing water in the backwashing tank to the filter element;
and the backwashing valve is connected in series with the backwashing pipeline and is used for controlling the flow of backwashing water in the backwashing pipeline.
In one embodiment, the pressure stabilizer comprises a pressure reducing valve or a pressure stabilizing valve, and the pressure stabilizing value of the pressure stabilizer is adjustable or fixed.
In one embodiment, the pressure stabilizing device has an adjustable pressure stabilizing value, and the pressure stabilizing device adjusts the pressure of water flowing through the pressure stabilizing device to be within a first preset pressure range.
In one embodiment, the pressure stabilizing value of the pressure stabilizing device is fixed, and the pressure stabilizing device regulates the water pressure value flowing through the pressure stabilizing device to be 0.25 Mpa.
In one embodiment, the backwash valve comprises a backwash switch and a backwash check valve, and the backwash switch and the backwash check valve are respectively connected in series with the backwash pipeline.
In one embodiment, the backwashing tank is spherical, cylindrical, square or irregular, and has a volume of less than or equal to 5 liters.
In one embodiment, the filter element cleaning assembly comprises a plurality of backwashing tanks, the plurality of backwashing tanks are respectively communicated with the water storage outlet and the backwashing water inlet, and the plurality of backwashing tanks are connected in series or in parallel.
A water purifier comprises a filter element, a water pump and the filter element cleaning assembly in any scheme; the water pump is provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the filter element is provided with a water inlet end and a purified water outlet end, the water inlet end of the filter element is communicated with a water source, the purified water outlet end of the filter element is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump, the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the water storage inlet of the water storage pipeline, the backwashing water outlet of the backwashing pipeline is communicated with the purified water outlet end of the filter element, and the backwashing pipeline can convey backwashing water to enter the filter element in the reverse direction.
In one embodiment, the water purifier further comprises a water discharge pipeline and a water discharge control valve, the water discharge pipeline is communicated with the filter element, the water discharge pipeline is used for discharging backwashing water used for washing the filter element, and the water discharge control valve is used for controlling the on-off of the water discharge pipeline.
In one embodiment, the water purifier further comprises a water guide pipeline and a water guide valve, the water guide pipeline is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump or the water purifying water outlet end of the filter element, the water guide valve is connected in series with the water guide pipeline, and the water guide valve is used for controlling the on-off of the water guide pipeline; the water guide pipeline conveys water flowing through the water pump to a user for use, or the water guide pipeline conveys water flowing through the filter element to a subsequent water treatment assembly.
In one embodiment, the water purifier further comprises a fine filtering and post-processing assembly, the fine filtering and post-processing assembly is communicated with the water guide pipeline, and the water guide pipeline conveys the water flowing through the filter element to the fine filtering and post-processing assembly.
A filter element cleaning method is applied to the water purifier in any one of the schemes, and after the filter element accumulates water for a first preset time, the method for cleaning the filter element comprises the following steps:
s3: and closing the water pump and the water guide valve, and opening the water drainage control valve for a second preset time.
S4: and opening the backwashing valve to allow backwashing water in the backwashing tank to enter the filter element through the backwashing pipeline, and backwashing the filter element by the backwashing water conveyed by the backwashing pipeline, wherein the backwashing time is a third preset time.
In one embodiment, before the step S3, the method further includes step S2: closing the drainage control valve and the backwashing valve, opening the water pump and the water guide valve, enabling the water filtered by the filter element to sequentially flow through the water pump and the pressure stabilizing device and finally to be stored in the backwashing tank, adjusting the water pressure range in the backwashing tank to be 0.1-0.8 Mpa by the pressure stabilizing device, and operating the water pump for a fourth preset time; the steps S2-S4 are executed in a loop.
In one embodiment, in step S2, the pressure regulator regulates the water pressure in the backwash tank to be 0.25 Mpa.
In one embodiment, the step S4 further includes: the water introduced from the water inlet end of the filter element positively washes the filter element.
In one embodiment, the filter element is standby after accumulating the water production for a first preset time, and the filter element is cleaned after the water purifier is standby for a fifth preset time.
According to the filter element cleaning assembly, the water purifier and the filter element cleaning method, the filter element cleaning assembly can effectively clean the filter element of the water purifier, so that pollutants intercepted on the surface of the filter element can be timely removed, the service life of the filter element is prolonged, the service performance of the water purifier is ensured, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, the pressure stabilizing device can effectively realize the regulation of water pressure in the backwashing tank and rapidly reach the design pressure, so that the filter element cleaning assembly can effectively and rapidly clean the filter element. The filter element cleaning component can also be used as an independent component to be combined with various water purifiers without the function of automatically cleaning the filter element, so that the application range of the self-feeding cleaning component is enlarged.
