Background

At present, an air filter for vehicles and ships is a filtering facility for purifying air in an air inlet system of the air filter, and comprises a shell, a filter element component, an air inlet and an air outlet pipe, wherein the filter element component adopts filter paper as a filter material, has low stiffness in a humid environment, is easily influenced in negative filtration performance, and needs to be replaced after being used; this casing comprises casing upper cover, well casing, casing lower cover, and the setting of well casing has reduced the area of admitting air of filter element group spare air inlet, and has increased the design development and the input cost of mould, and is also more complicated to this three's connection structure. Thereby affecting the filtering efficiency of the air cleaner.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the replaceable wire mesh filtering air filter which is moisture-proof, rust-proof, simple in structure and assembly and capable of increasing the air inlet area.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an air filter with replaceable wire mesh filter comprises a shell upper cover, a filter element assembly, a shell lower cover and an air outlet pipe, wherein the filter material of the filter element assembly is made of metal wire mesh, a support is arranged on the air outlet pipe and on the inner side of the shell upper cover, a throat clamp is arranged on the air outlet pipe and on the side edge of the support, and the other side of the support is connected with the shell lower cover through a screw and nut combination.

The upper end cover and the lower end cover of the filter element assembly are respectively correspondingly connected with the upper cover and the lower cover of the shell through the combination of the salient points and the side sealing strips.

After the structure is adopted, the filter material of the filter element component is made of the wire mesh (stainless steel material), so that the filter element component has enough antirust capacity in a humid environment, and the filter element component is prevented from being reduced in filtering performance and stiffness due to the humid environment. The integral assembly of the upper cover of the shell, the lower cover of the shell and the filter element assembly is realized through the connection of the support and the combination of the screw and the nut, the original middle shell part is omitted, the product structure is simplified, the air inlet area of the filter element assembly is maximized, the development of a die is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the structure is simple, the assembly efficiency of the product is effectively improved, and during later-period maintenance, the maintenance of the filter element assembly can be realized only by taking out the lower cover of the shell through the loosening nut, and the maintenance is simpler and more convenient. The combined design of the convex points and the side sealing strips ensures the sealing performance of the filter element assembly and the upper cover and the lower cover of the shell, and the combined sealing structure has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure and good sealing performance. Thereby the filter effect obviously improves and provides clean air, has promoted air cleaner's whole quality. Is particularly suitable for the ship industry.

Referring to fig. 1, the replaceable wire mesh filtering air cleaner of the present invention includes a housing upper cover 2, a filter element assembly 3, a housing lower cover 4, and an air outlet pipe 15, wherein a filter material of the filter element assembly 3 is made of a metal wire mesh (stainless steel material), a bracket 9 is installed on the air outlet pipe 15 and at the inner side of the housing upper cover 2, a throat hoop 1 is installed on the air outlet pipe 15 and at the side of the bracket 9 (strong mode), and the other side of the bracket is connected with the housing lower cover 4 (nut installed on the housing lower cover) through a combination of a screw 10 and a nut 8 (butterfly shape).

The filter element assembly can be directly taken out for maintenance or replacement, and the air filtering effect is ensured.

The invention can make various vehicles such as household cars, saloon cars, business vehicles, large buses and the like, and the manufacturing industry produce good and clean air environment, and is particularly suitable for the ship industry.
