The surface of the pot body of the existing non-stick pan is not sprayed with a layer of non-stick coating which takes polytetrafluoroethylene as a main raw material, the non-stick coating is tightly combined with a base material by high-temperature sintering at 420 ℃, and food is separated from the pot body by utilizing the strong chemical inertia of the non-stick coating, so that the non-stick function is achieved, but the wear resistance of the non-stick coating is poor, and the coating is easy to wear and fall off.

And step 5, the sintering process comprises the following steps: heating to 300 ℃ at a speed of 50 ℃/h, heating to 1200 ℃ at a speed of 70-80 ℃/h, preserving heat for 1-2 hours at 1200 ℃, heating to 1450 ℃ at a speed of 80-90 ℃/h, preserving heat for 3-4 hours at 1450 ℃, naturally cooling to 300 ℃, and taking out of the kiln.

And 6, polishing by adopting a diamond special tool.

and 6, polishing the pot body sintered in the step 5 by adopting a special diamond tool to obtain the non-stick pot.
