and 5: paving a surface polyester cotton layer (400), and paving the surface polyester cotton layer (400) on the TPU thin film layer (200) in the step (4);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of fabrics, in particular to aerogel-containing heat-insulating cotton and a production process thereof.

Background

Aerogel is a solid form, the least dense solid in the world. The density was 3 kg per cubic meter. Because of the extremely low density, the current lightest aerogels are only 0.16 milligrams per cubic centimeter, slightly less dense than air. As the aerogel is generally more than 80% of air, the aerogel has very good heat insulation effect, and the heat insulation effect can be also understood as good heat insulation effect.

In conclusion, the aerogel is a light-weight material with a strong heat preservation effect. This means that it would be very suitable if it were applied in the field of textile fabrics.

However, aerogel is a very unwieldy material, and is light in the first place, and the advantage of light is also the key to the difficulty in applying the aerogel, because the light and the vacuum particles in the middle are filled with air, so that the aerogel floats on the surface of the fabric and cannot be fixed during the combination process of the fabric. On the other hand, the fabric is insoluble in water and organic solution, and meanwhile, the fabric is a high-temperature-resistant material and is very difficult to melt, so that the fixing method in the traditional fabric process is completely ineffective.

At present, the only application case of the aerogel is to adopt a physical hammering and needling method, and hammer the aerogel into the fabric by using an iron felt to form structural fixation. However, the greatest problem with this process is that it is very hazardous.

His danger is divided into two areas, firstly during the production process, as mentioned above, aerogels are very light, and when hammering, a large amount of aerogels are in a floating state, creating a dusting phenomenon, which means that these tiny particles are likely to pollute the environment and cause great health problems for the workers. Secondly, in the use process, as the aerogel is physically beaten into the fabric, the unstable embedding structure can cause powder falling, and also can cause certain health problems for users.

and 5: laying a surface polyester cotton layer, and laying the surface polyester cotton layer on the TPU thin film layer in the step 4;

step 6: high-temperature hot melting, namely putting the intermediate piece in the step 5 into an oven for heating, gradually melting the low-melting-point polyester staple fibers in the material layer, hot melting and bonding the aerogel powder attached to the middle of the material layer in the middle of the polyester cotton layer, and wrapping the bottom polyester cotton layer, the material layer and the surface polyester cotton layer into a whole after hot melting of the TPU thin film layer;
