3. The method of claim 1, wherein the audio control module, upon receiving the notification signal, causes the vehicle horn module corresponding to the orientation to perform a vehicle alert in a preset alert file, including one or more of the following:

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front right of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned in the front right of the vehicle gives an alarm;

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front left of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned on the front left of the vehicle gives an alarm;

when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear right of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear right of the vehicle gives an alarm;

and in a fourth mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear left side of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned on the rear left side of the vehicle gives an alarm.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the audio control module, upon receiving the notification signal, causes the vehicle horn module corresponding to the orientation to perform a vehicle alert in a preset alert file, including one or more of the following:

in a fifth mode, when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right in front of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front left side and the front right side of the vehicle are made to give an alarm;

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right behind the vehicle, the horn modules of the vehicle positioned on the rear left side and the rear right side of the vehicle are used for giving an alarm;

in a seventh mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right left of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned at the front left and the rear left of the vehicle are made to give an alarm;

and in the eighth mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right and left of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front right and the rear right of the vehicle are used for giving an alarm.

5. A vehicle warning system, comprising: the system comprises an anti-collision radar module, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a plurality of vehicle horn modules positioned in different directions of the vehicle; wherein, the vehicle-mounted terminal includes: the processing module and the audio control module;

the anti-collision radar module is used for sensing the position of a barrier around the vehicle and sending a first signal to the processing module when sensing that the barrier exists in one position of the vehicle;

the processing module is used for sending a second signal to the audio control module to inform the audio control module that an obstacle exists in a certain position when receiving the first signal;

the audio control module is used for turning on a vehicle horn module corresponding to the certain direction when receiving the second signal;

and the vehicle horn module is used for giving an alarm for the vehicle by using a preset audio file.

6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the vehicle peripheral obstacle is an obstacle that is about to collide with the vehicle.

7. The system of claim 5, wherein the audio control module, upon receiving the notification signal, causes the vehicle horn module corresponding to the orientation to perform a vehicle alert in a preset alert file, including one or more of the following:

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front right of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned in the front right of the vehicle gives an alarm;

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front left of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned on the front left of the vehicle gives an alarm;

when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear right of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear right of the vehicle gives an alarm;

and in a fourth mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear left side of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned on the rear left side of the vehicle gives an alarm.

8. The system of claim 5, wherein the audio control module, upon receiving the notification signal, causes the vehicle horn module corresponding to the orientation to perform a vehicle alert in a preset alert file, including one or more of the following:

in a fifth mode, when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right in front of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front left side and the front right side of the vehicle are made to give an alarm;

when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right behind the vehicle, the horn modules of the vehicle positioned on the rear left side and the rear right side of the vehicle are used for giving an alarm;

in a seventh mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right left of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned at the front left and the rear left of the vehicle are made to give an alarm;

and in the eighth mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is right and left of the vehicle, the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front right and the rear right of the vehicle are used for giving an alarm.

9. A vehicle-mounted terminal characterized by comprising: the processing module and the audio control module;

the processing module is used for sending a notification signal to the audio control module when receiving the direction information of the obstacles around the vehicle;

and the audio control module is used for enabling the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction information to give an alarm to the vehicle according to a preset alarm file when receiving the notification signal.

10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: a vehicle warning system as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 8, or a vehicle terminal as claimed in claim 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle alarming, in particular to a vehicle alarming method, a vehicle alarming system, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle.

Background

At present, most of vehicle alarm information sends out alarm sound through a buzzer of a vehicle instrument, and a sound source is single and the sound is not loud enough. With the continuous progress of vehicle alarm design, a few brands of vehicles have changed to send out alarm sound through a vehicle horn. The problem that a buzzer is single in sound source and not loud enough is solved by simultaneous sounding of the multiple car-mounted loudspeakers, and the problems are not visual enough and poor in user experience.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle warning method, a vehicle warning system, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and a vehicle, which solve the above problems in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a vehicle alarm method, which is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle; the vehicle-mounted terminal includes: the system comprises a processing module in communication connection with an anti-collision radar module of a vehicle and an audio control module in communication connection with the processing module; the audio control module is also in communication with a plurality of vehicle horn modules located at different orientations of the vehicle; the method comprises the following steps: the processing module sends a notification signal to the audio control module when receiving the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module; and when the audio control module receives the notification signal, the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction gives a vehicle alarm by using a preset alarm file.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the obstacle around the vehicle is an obstacle about to collide with the vehicle.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when receiving the notification signal, the audio control module causes the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction to perform a vehicle alarm according to a preset alarm file, where the preset alarm file includes one or more of the following modes: when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front right of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned in the front right of the vehicle gives an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the front left of the vehicle, a vehicle horn module positioned on the front left of the vehicle gives an alarm; when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear right of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear right of the vehicle gives an alarm; and in a fourth mode, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module is the rear left side of the vehicle, the vehicle horn module positioned on the rear left side of the vehicle gives an alarm.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a vehicle warning system, comprising: the system comprises an anti-collision radar module, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a plurality of vehicle horn modules positioned in different directions of the vehicle; wherein, the vehicle-mounted terminal includes: the processing module and the audio control module; the anti-collision radar module is used for sensing the position of a barrier around the vehicle and sending a first signal to the processing module when sensing that the barrier exists in one position of the vehicle; the processing module is used for sending a second signal to the audio control module to inform the audio control module that an obstacle exists in a certain position when receiving the first signal; the audio control module is used for turning on a vehicle horn module corresponding to the certain direction when receiving the second signal; and the vehicle horn module is used for giving an alarm for the vehicle by using a preset audio file.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the obstacle around the vehicle is an obstacle about to collide with the vehicle.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a vehicle-mounted terminal, including: the processing module and the audio control module; the processing module is used for sending a notification signal to the audio control module when receiving the direction information of the obstacles around the vehicle; and the audio control module is used for enabling the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction information to give an alarm to the vehicle according to a preset alarm file when receiving the notification signal.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a vehicle including: a vehicle warning system as claimed in any preceding claim, or a vehicle terminal as claimed above.

As described above, according to the vehicle alarm method, the vehicle alarm system, the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle of the present invention, the processing module sends the notification signal to the audio control module when receiving the orientation of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module; and when the audio control module receives the notification signal, the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction gives a vehicle alarm by using a preset alarm file. The vehicle horn module in the corresponding direction is opened to give an alarm according to the direction of the obstacle, so that the vehicle alarm effect is more visual.

The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.

It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.

The invention provides a vehicle alarm system which can open a vehicle horn module in a corresponding direction to give an alarm according to the direction of an obstacle, so that the vehicle alarm effect is more visual.

Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle alarm system of the present embodiment includes: the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal 1, an anti-collision radar module 2 and a plurality of vehicle horn modules 3 located in different directions of a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted terminal 1 further comprises a processing module 11 and an audio control module 12, wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 is in communication connection with the anti-collision radar module 2 in a connection mode including but not limited to connection through a CAN bus, connection through a hard wire and the like; the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted horn module 3, and the connection mode includes but is not limited to connection through various audio interfaces.

The vehicle-mounted terminal 1 may be a vehicle-mounted T-box (telematics box), a vehicle-mounted computer, a vehicle scheduling monitoring terminal (TCU terminal), and the like, and the processing module 11 included therein may be implemented by a CPU, an MCU, an SOC, and the like. The anti-collision radar module 2 is installed at a certain position of a vehicle, and can be composed of a plurality of sensors and a microcomputer controller, ultrasonic signals utilized during working are commanded and controlled by a microcomputer, the distance of a measured object is calculated according to the turn-back time of signals transmitted and received by the sensors, and if the distance of the measured object is less than a certain set threshold value, the measured object is considered as an obstacle which is possible to or about to collide with the vehicle, for example: humans, animals, vehicles, poles, buildings, and the like. In the present embodiment, the vehicle horn module 3 has four paths, and is preferably provided on the front right side, the rear right side, the front left side, and the rear left side of the vehicle.

The anti-collision radar module 2 is used for sensing the position of an obstacle around the vehicle and sending a first signal to the processing module when sensing that the obstacle exists in a certain position of the vehicle. The processing module 11 is configured to send a second signal to the audio control module 12 when receiving the first signal, so as to inform the audio control module 12 that an obstacle exists in the certain position. The audio control module 12 is configured to turn on the vehicle horn module corresponding to the certain orientation when receiving the second signal. The vehicle horn module 3 is used for giving an alarm to the vehicle by using preset audio files, and the preset audio files comprise self-made voice, warning sound and the like.

In detail, when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the front and right direction of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module located in the front and right direction of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the front left of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the front left of the vehicle give an alarm; when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the rear right of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the rear left direction of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear left direction of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right in front of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front left and front right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right behind the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned at the rear left and rear right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the right left of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned at the front left and the rear left of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right and right of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned in front of the right and rear of the vehicle give an alarm; and when the directions of the obstacles around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 are four directions, namely the front direction, the rear direction, the left direction and the right direction of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 enables the four-way vehicle horn modules to give an alarm.

It should be noted that the structure of the in-vehicle terminal 1 of the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 1, and any structure, such as integrating the processing module 11 and the audio control module 12 into a whole or further subdividing, should be included in the scope of the present invention as long as the vehicle alarm method of the present invention can be implemented and achieve the same technical effect.

The vehicle alarm method of the invention starts the vehicle horn module in the corresponding direction to alarm according to the direction of the obstacle, so that the vehicle alarm effect is more visual.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a vehicle alarm method executed by the vehicle-mounted terminal in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the method mainly includes the following steps:

s21: the processing module 11 sends a notification signal to the audio control module 22 when receiving the orientation of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the collision radar module 2;

s22: and when receiving the notification signal, the audio control module 22 makes the vehicle horn module 3 corresponding to the direction give a vehicle alarm in a preset alarm file.

In detail, when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is in the front right of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module in the front right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the front left of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the front left of the vehicle give an alarm; when the position of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the rear right of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the rear left direction of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn module positioned at the rear left direction of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right in front of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned on the front left and front right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right behind the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned at the rear left and rear right of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is the right left of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned at the front left and the rear left of the vehicle give an alarm; when the direction of the obstacle around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 is right and right of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 makes the vehicle horn modules positioned in front of the right and rear of the vehicle give an alarm; and when the directions of the obstacles around the vehicle sensed by the anti-collision radar module 2 are four directions, namely the front direction, the rear direction, the left direction and the right direction of the vehicle, the audio control module 12 enables the four-way vehicle horn modules to give an alarm.

The preset alarm file refers to a pre-stored alarm audio file, such as: a whistle audio file, a voice audio file, an alarm music audio file, and so forth.

In addition, the present invention also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle, and the technical features in the foregoing embodiments can be applied to the embodiment of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the embodiment of the vehicle, so that repeated descriptions are omitted.

Referring to fig. 1, the in-vehicle terminal includes a processing module and an audio control module. The processing module is used for sending a notification signal to the audio control module when receiving the direction information of the obstacles around the vehicle; and the audio control module is used for enabling the vehicle horn module corresponding to the direction information to give an alarm to the vehicle by a preset alarm file when receiving the notification signal. The vehicle comprises any one of the vehicle alarm systems or the vehicle-mounted terminal.

In summary, the vehicle alarm method, the vehicle alarm system, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the vehicle of the present invention open the vehicle horn module in the corresponding direction according to the direction of the obstacle to alarm, so that the vehicle alarm effect is more intuitive, and various defects in the prior art are effectively overcome, thereby having high industrial utilization value.
