The moving direction of the rotating bracket 7 is the front-back direction of the working platform 6 in the construction state, and the actual overturning and inclining direction of the working platform 6 is also the same direction.

When a worker needs to incline the working platform 6 to work, firstly, the worker manually operates the rotary bracket 7 to indicate the required inclination angle on the inclination angle operating panel 5 according to the scales, at the moment, the adjusting inclination angle sensor 3 arranged on the rotary bracket 7 can incline along with the rotary bracket 7, and the required inclination angle of the working platform 6 is displayed, the controller 1 reads the inclination angle signal sent by the adjusting inclination angle sensor 3, can correspondingly control the platform leveling control valve 4 to enable the working platform 6 to incline in equal quantity, in the process of inclining the working platform 6, as the rotary bracket 7 is fixed on the inclination angle operating panel 5 through the locking mechanism, the rotary bracket 7 can move along with the working platform 6, the adjusting inclination angle sensor 3 is arranged on the rotary bracket 7 and also inclines along with the working platform 6 until the inclination angle detected by the adjusting inclination angle sensor 3 is 0 degree, at the moment, the working platform 6 is already inclined to the angle required by the staff; the working platform 6 stops leveling and allows the working personnel to work; meanwhile, the real-time tilt angle sensor 2 is arranged on the platform 6, so that the real-time tilt angle sensor can tilt along with the working platform 6, and the real tilt angle of the working platform 6 can be truly reflected in real time; the controller 1 can read the detection angle of the real-time tilt sensor 2 at any time, and when the tilt angle of the working platform 6 is close to the tilt safety limit, the controller 1 can prohibit the working platform 6 from further moving to the dangerous direction, and the tilt angle of the working platform 6 is always controlled within the safety range.
