Background

The duration in winter is long in northern China and Qinghai-Tibet plateau areas, and along with the development of engineering construction, long cold temperature brings a plurality of problems to concrete winter construction. In winter concrete construction, because the temperature of concrete is different from the outside temperature, heat exchange can be generated between the concrete and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is very low, the temperature of the concrete can be quickly reduced by the heat exchange, for fresh concrete, the speed of temperature reduction determines the hydration temperature, the faster the temperature reduction is, the slower the strength of the concrete is increased, when the concrete is frozen too early, the strength can not be increased, the free moisture in the concrete is also higher, the frozen expansive force is larger, and the concrete is easy to damage.

At present, most of the concrete in the market is antifreezing, and the concrete antifreezing agent is also abundant, but most of the concrete antifreezing agent is high in cost, the antifreezing effect is not obvious, and the preparation method is complicated.
