Technical Field

The invention relates to a method and a system for preparing an amino acid fertilizer by using industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid, belonging to the technical field of amino acid fertilizer preparation.

Background

We have invented a technology for producing ethanol by using industrial tail gas containing carbon monoxide as a raw material through a fermentation method (application No. CN201710352273.6, a method and a system for producing ethanol by using industrial tail gas through fermentation), the technology discloses that the ethanol is produced by using the industrial tail gas as the raw material through fermentation, compared with the traditional process for producing ethanol through grain fermentation, the technology has the advantages of no competition with people for grain and no competition with grain for land, the cost is far lower than that of the grain fermentation, and simultaneously, the carbon emission of enterprises generated in ferrous metallurgy and refining can be effectively reduced.

However, in the process of producing ethanol by using industrial tail gas fermentation, solid contents in mash after ethanol is extracted by distillation are only mycoprotein, and the application value is high, for example, direct discharge can cause resource waste on one hand and cause overlarge sewage treatment load on the other hand. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new utilization method for reducing the load of sewage treatment while achieving high-value utilization.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method and a system for preparing an amino acid fertilizer by using industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid, so as to solve the technical problems of low resource utilization rate and overlarge sewage treatment load in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing an amino acid fertilizer using an industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid, the method including the steps of:

concentrating industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid to obtain concentrated waste liquid;

carrying out hydrolysis treatment on the concentrated waste liquid to obtain an amino acid solution;

and drying the amino acid solution to obtain the amino acid fertilizer.

Preferably, before the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid is concentrated to obtain a concentrated waste liquid, the method further comprises:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

The industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid can be converted into amino acid fertilizer, and trace elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like in the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid are reserved, so that the resource utilization rate of the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid is improved, and the sewage treatment load is reduced.

the concentrated waste liquid contains mycoprotein with high concentration, the mycoprotein comprises insoluble protein and soluble protein, wherein the soluble protein is easy to dissolve in water, if the concentrated waste liquid is directly dried, a solid protein substance can be obtained from the insoluble protein in the concentrated waste liquid, and the soluble protein in the concentrated waste liquid is dried after being dissolved in water, so that a solid protein substance cannot be obtained, and resource waste is caused. Almost all the protein in the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid is converted into the amino acid solution, at the moment, the amino acid solution is dried, the obtained amino acid fertilizer contains a large amount of trace elements required by various crops such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like, and the amino acid fertilizer meets the index requirements of each standard of NY1429-2010 amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizers.

The centrifugal spray drying is to utilize the disc rotating at high speed in horizontal direction to give centrifugal force to amino acid solution, so that it is thrown out at high speed to form film, filament or liquid drop, and owing to the action of friction, obstruction and tearing of air, the tangential acceleration produced with the rotation of the disc and the radial acceleration produced by centrifugal force can make the liquid move on the disc at a certain speed, and its track is a spiral, and after the liquid is thrown from the disc along the spiral line, the liquid can be dispersed into very small liquid drops, and can be moved along the tangential direction of the disc at an average speed, and at the same time the liquid drops can be fallen by means of geocentric suction force, and the flying distances of the sprayed particles are different, so that the particles fallen at different distances can be formed into a cylinder body symmetrical with centre of rotating shaft, i.e. amino acid fertilizer. The pressure spray drying is to use a high-pressure pump to polymerize the amino acid solution into 10-200 mist particles through an atomizer (spray gun) at 70-200 atm, and the mist particles are directly contacted with hot air for heat exchange, so as to finish drying in a short time. In actual operation, centrifugal spray drying or pressure spray drying can be selected according to specific operation equipment for drying.

Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for preparing an amino acid fertilizer using an industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid, the system including:

the evaporation concentration device 2 is used for concentrating the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid to obtain concentrated waste liquid;

the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid contains mycoprotein with lower concentration, the difficulty of extracting the mycoprotein from the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid is higher, and in order to reduce the extraction difficulty and improve the extraction efficiency, the industrial tail gas fermentation waste liquid is evaporated and concentrated in advance to obtain concentrated waste liquid.
