1. The nitrile rubber modified polymer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:

nitrile rubber: 100 parts of (A);

vulcanizing agent: 0.3-3 parts;

carbon black: 1-5 parts;

flame retardant: 0.1-2 parts;

sequentially adding a silane coupling agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer, polymer microspheres, carbon black and a vulcanizing agent in the scouring process; and

and after multiple thin passes, cooling at normal temperature to form the nitrile butadiene rubber modified polymer.

9. A sealing material characterized in that it comprises, in a solid state,

the sealing material is suitable for high-temperature spiral extrusion molding of nitrile rubber modified polymer.

The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber, and particularly relates to a nitrile rubber modified polymer, a preparation method thereof, a sealing material and a damping gasket.

Background

As a buffering sound insulation material, rubber is not only more and more applied to electronic products such as mobile phones, computers, notebooks and the like, but also more applied to the field of living homes, such as bedroom door frames and automobile door frame sound insulation sealing strips. Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber as a common sealing material can well insulate water and insulate sound, but is limited by the fact that the material is hard and cannot be stably attached to a door frame, and the sound insulation effect is poor; meanwhile, the problems that the damping effect is poor, the sound generated by closing the door is large and the like exist, and the daily household life of people is seriously influenced.

The nitrile rubber modified polymer and the preparation method thereof have the beneficial effects that the nitrile rubber with larger loss modulus is used as a main material, the polymer microspheres and other additives are matched, and the network cross-linked elastomer with better resilience is obtained by vulcanizing through the vulcanizing agent, so that the elastic deformation recovery capability of the nitrile rubber modified polymer can be improved, the absorption impact is improved, the elongation and the tensile strength are higher, and meanwhile, the material is soft, excellent in waterproof and sound insulation effects and excellent in buffering performance.

In a third aspect, the invention also provides a sealing material which is suitable for high-temperature spiral extrusion forming through nitrile rubber modified polymer.

In a fourth aspect, the invention also provides the application of the sealing material as a shock-absorbing gasket.

The sealing material and the damping gasket are formed by the high-temperature spiral extrusion of the nitrile rubber modified polymer, and particularly when the material is applied to door frame sealing strips or other damping gaskets, the sealing material and the damping gasket can effectively disperse impact force caused by door closing by utilizing the larger elasticity and loss modulus of the nitrile rubber modified polymer; and when the door is closed, the edge of the door can be tightly attached to the sealing strip of the door frame, and the sound insulation and shock absorption effects are excellent. Not only the gas tightness is good, and the sound of closing the door is lighter, has promoted whole life level.
