The sesame oil is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid, and is very beneficial to softening blood vessels, reducing cholesterol and preventing atherosclerosis; also contains antioxidant substances such as vitamin E, sesamin, sesamol, etc., and has the function of remarkably delaying aging.

At present, the conventional sesame oil extraction methods mainly comprise a water extraction method, a mechanical squeezing method, a leaching method, an enzyme method and the like. Although the squeezing method has simple process and is easy to realize industrial production, the oil yield is low, the residual oil content of cake residues is high, the impurity content is high, the process flow is long, the energy consumption is high, high temperature is formed inside the squeezing process, unsaturated fatty acid is easy to oxidize, the prepared crude oil has poor quality, the color is deep and easy to deteriorate, the oxidation resistance of the sesame oil is greatly reduced, the decay resistance of the sesame oil is further reduced, and the storage life of the sesame oil cannot be effectively prolonged.
