secondly, the conventional cotton fluffing equipment has no safety prompting function, so that when the operator is mishandled, danger can be caused to the operator;

third, the conventional cotton fluffing apparatus is not provided with a moisture-proof function, and thus is liable to damage cotton during the cotton processing process due to the undried apparatus.

The working principle is as follows: when the cotton quilt vibrating device is used, a cotton quilt is placed on the conveyor belt 6 and conveyed into the shell 2 to vibrate, during vibration, the vibrating motor 5 is used for vibrating the placing plate 12, the cotton quilt placed on the conveyor belt 6 is vibrated and loosened, the cotton is easily wetted in the conveying process of the cotton quilt, therefore, the damp-proof component 14 is arranged, the conveyor belt 6 for placing the cotton can be used for supplying air by using the damp-proof fan 1402, meanwhile, the bottom end of the conveyor belt 6 is provided with the plurality of air holes 1401 to achieve good air permeability of the cotton, the traditional cotton fluffing device has no safety measures and is easy to cause danger to human bodies in case of human errors, therefore, the alarm component 4 is arranged, the infrared detector on the detection rod 402 can be used for real-time monitoring, when a human hand touches by mistake, the infrared detector 403 flickers, and then the alarm 401 gives an alarm, the whole device stops operating, therefore, the dust collection assembly 1 is arranged, dust generated in the machining process can be absorbed by the dust collection fan 103, when the dust is sucked, in order to prevent the dust from entering the dust collection fan 103, the filter screen 102 is arranged outside the dust collection fan 103, and when the dust is sucked, the dust can cross the baffle 104 and reach the two sides of the baffle 104.
