Background

The technical scheme of the invention is that the 3-hydroxy-5-substituted benzoic acid is a 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (compound 1) structural analogue, and comprises one of 3-fluoro-5-hydroxybenzoic acid (compound 2), 3-chloro-5-hydroxybenzoic acid (compound 3), 3-bromo-5-hydroxybenzoic acid (compound 4) and 3-hydroxy-5-methylbenzoic acid (compound 5), and the structural formulas are respectively as follows:

The cosmetic composition or non-therapeutic skin treatment composition comprises 0.01-30% by weight of 3-hydroxy-5-substituted benzoic acid; 1-10% of grease; 1-10% of hydrocarbon compounds; 1-10% of wax compound; 1-10% of synthetic oil raw material; 0.1-5% fatty acid; 0.1-5% fatty alcohol; 0.1-5% of glycerol; 0.1-5% sorbitol; 0.1-5% of a surfactant; 0.01-1% of essence.

The oil is one or more of vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil, and petrolatum.

The hydrocarbon compound is one or more of vaseline, octadecanol, hexadecanol and the like.

The wax compound is one or more of paraffin, ceresin, spermaceti wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, jojoba wax, wood wax, lanolin, beeswax, etc.

The synthetic oil raw material is one or more of stearic acid, palmityl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, palmitate, polysiloxane, squalane, lanolin derivatives, fatty acid ester and the like.

The fatty acid is one or more of lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, isostearic acid, etc.

The fatty alcohol is one or more of lauryl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerol, sorbitol, etc.

The surfactant is one or more of fatty acid soap, lauryl sodium sulfate, lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, cetyl polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate and soybean lecithin (lecithin), primary, secondary and tertiary amines of high-carbon alkyl, and quaternary ammonium salts, such as octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, C12-14 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, dioctadecyl dimethyl sodium chloride, cocamidopropyl betaine, imidazoline, sorbitan monolaurate, ethylene oxide adduct, lauryl polyoxyethylene ether, cocodiethanolamide, oleic acid monoglyceride, polyoxyethylene castor oil, and polyoxyethylene lanolin.

Compared with the existing anti-wrinkle component in cosmetics or the component for improving skin spots and acne in non-therapeutic skin treatment compositions, the 3-hydroxy-5-substituted benzoic acid in the cosmetics has the advantages that the anti-inflammatory effect generated by the lactic acid receptor GPR81 can promote subcutaneous fat synthesis, inhibit subcutaneous fat degradation, increase collagen synthesis and show no irritation. The 3-hydroxy-5-substituted benzoic acid in the non-therapeutic skin treatment composition provides anti-inflammatory effects through the lactate receptor GPR81, thereby improving skin spots and reducing or even eliminating acne, and exhibits no irritation, a great innovation in anti-wrinkle, skin spot improvement and acne components.
